We had a great stay, accommodations were roomy, and as described.

We loved this place! Clean. Comfortable. Great amenities. Other than the steep driveway, it was a great place to stay! Will definitely book again when we return.

The property was great! It was located perfectly for our trip.

Great location for the first time in Gatlinburg. House was clean and roomy for 12 people. Overall great stay.

We had a family of bears living under the bottom deck!! We got to see a mother and 3 cubs hanging out and climbing tress just off the deck!!!! They were not problem or nuisance at all. Just had to make sure trash was locked up and check the driveway before leaving. The momma bear likes to lay in the sun right off the front porch.
Over all beatiful cabin with a so so drive way but worth the driveway for the nature and awesome cabin. We would rent it again and would reccomend Vacasa to anyone.

8 of us went and it was the perfect size! It was clean and well kept.

Overall, we really enjoyed this cabin. It was very clean but there will be bugs (it’s the middle of the woods).
cons:
* upstairs bedroom has no door and very loud to stay in
* trash was not picked up during our 6 night stay and we ran out of space in the outside trash cans
* driveway is steep and a low car will bottom out
* driveway would be very tight fit if you were parking 3 large vehicles
* no basic cooking necessities left from prior guests, such as salt/pepper, foil, paper plates, spray oil
* beds are more firm
Pros:
* feels very secluded even though another cabin is close by
* provided Silverware, plates, pots/pans, dishes, dishwasher tablets, basic starter set of soap/shampoo/conditioner
*maintenance came out within an hour to fix the smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping and was too high to reach
* saw bears twice during our stay around dusk, one right by the cabin and others from the deck (mom and 3 cubs)
* location is perfect for gatlinburg and pigeon forge

The checkin process was extremely easy. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. We only had a few minor complaints. The pictures for the movie room had two video game tables and beam bags chairs, which our kids were excited about. When we arrived there was only 1 video game table and no bean bags chairs. They still had a great time with what was there, it just would have been good to know about the changes ahead of time. Also, the hot tub would not heat up when we got there. Vacasa was very responsive to texts and finally had a maintenance person come out who addressed the issue quickly. He said the hot tub was in sleep mode, but changed the settings. It likely is something we could have changed ourselves if there were some basic instructions that were provided at the cabin or in the listing. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

The view, the game room, the home.

Our kids adored the downstairs area. We enjoyed unwinding for the day with a dip in the hot tub and movie night. The bunk beds next to the theater seats aloud for plenty of movie viewing space. The house was adequately stocked w extra blankets for chilly nights. The cabin is perfectly spaced in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night getaway.

Good location to be near restaurants and entertainment as well as the national park and trails. Well maintained property with everything you need. We had a great time!

Because of the fees and the crap I took from my group about them, I will not be returning to this property. Great house, but the fees added about 460 bucks to our trip. Not cool and my bad for paying them.

Well stocked cabin. Comfy beds and close to everything. Kids enjoyed the game room. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location and spacious cabin! Loved everything except the driveway is a little steep and difficult to turn into at night. Everything else was good! Love the little game room hangout area!

The cabin was a great space for our group of 7. Having a bedroom with a bathroom on the main level was perfect for the older guests in our group with mobility issues. (there were 5 steps to get into the cabin which were manageable) We spent most of our time in the living room/dining room - having an open space was great for everyone to relax and visit.
The kitchen was well stocked with various cooking items and a starter supply of dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We could not find any laundry detergent to be able to start a load of laundry at check out, so you may want to bring a small quantity of those if you plan on doing any laundry.
The views from both decks was beautiful - leaves were just starting to turn during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub each night and had no problems with figuring out how to operate it.
Although the cabin appeared very clean on the service, we found lots of spider webs in corners - all bathrooms were dusty with cobwebs in the corners of the floors and so were the bedrooms. A more thorough cleaning of the floors and behind the commodes would be a good idea. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

House was amazing. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Lots of space for large group.
Very clean.

We loved the house. It’s was fun, spacious, and still gave off the feeling of seclusion. We only had a couple little complaints; no hand soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and leaving the driveway was kind of dangerous (maybe installing a mirror would help?). We would roll down the windows to try to hear if a car was coming before pulling out of the drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stayed!

The house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 5 pm wasn’t cleaned until 6 when check in was at 4, and the hot tub wasn’t working the whole stay and no one ever reached out or checked in about it after the first day. No word from anyone about the hot tub or the fact that the house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived or about the hot tub will not using the house again or recommend it to anyone. I asked for a partial refund and still haven’t heard from anyone.

The property was just as the listing. Everything was clean and neat. It was a home away from home. We had an issue with the hot tub, and they fixed it the next day. I would definitely stay here again

I WOULD DEFINITELY BE VISITING AGAIN

The cabin is beautiful and perfect for a family getaway . There was still some trash from what looks like when the cabin was built and beer cans , red solo cups and things like that thrown over the balcony . We had to call property managers to fix hot tub but they came and fixed it with no problems . Woukd recommend staying and would stay again

You will not be disappointed if you stay at this location. It has a like home feeling to it with plenty of space and up to date appliances.

When we entered the house, we saw the bathrooms were leaking in the bedroom which is located in the basement. We called service, one guy showed up, told us that he cannot fix it as he has to open the roof of the basement bedroom. He left. But, the customer service lady said, she got a report saying it is not a major issue. No alternate arrangements or help to fix. We wasted 2 days (couldn't go out) hoping that we will get some help. As a result, we could not use 2 of the 3 bathrooms and we could not use 1 bedroom. We did not have any choice. Waste of money, precious time and disappointing vacation.

Pros: great location, each level had a bed and bath, nice porch and hot tub.
Cons: advertised two stand alone video games (one was no longer there and the other was broken big drawback for an eight year old) ants crawling up wall from the theatre area where candy was on floor and not cleaned by maid service which was right next to a bed, ants in main floor too so pack your bug spray! We had 7 people in cabin and had to launder towels daily so bring extra towels too. Emailed Vacasa about issues and never got a response .

We loved everything about the cabin. It was perfect and met all of our needs…we had an incredible time and will certainly book this place again
6.0
This house was perfect for our family vacation and a wonderful location. I would have given it five stars EXCEPT for the big black ants and centipede especially on the bottom level. I contacted Vacasa twice but no one responded. A few bugs would be expected in a setting like this but this was an infestation despite our efforts to keep all food in the refrigerator and the trash clear. Very disappointing.
