We, my husband, myself and two young children, had an amazing time at the Mountain Splash cabin. It was everything we needed in order to getaway from our COVID scary lives and forget for a minute. The cabin was very clean and the pool was perfect for our non-swimming (floaties wearing) girls. It was removed from the city enough to feel like we were on vacation. At one point the smoke detector was beeping and they sent a technician right away. I was truly impressed with the service. Thank you for everything. We WILL be staying with you again.

We always have a great trip in Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice, the indoor pool was nice, and we enjoyed the indoor heart shaped jacuzzi tub. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but more lighting was needed. The biggest issue we had with the cabin was the millipede bugs. We contacted house-keeping and they sent a maintenance rep to spray to try and get rid of the bugs. Additional pest control measures are required for this cabin. Although millipede bugs are harmless, they were annoying and there were too many millipede bugs. We will not be returning to stay in this cabin and we will not recommend anyone to stay in this cabin.

The roads leading to the cabin are narrow and steep. There are also very few street signs which can make it hard to navigate. We made sure to be in before it got dark. The cabin was clean. The kitchen has basic cookware and utensils. Nothing fancy but it got the job done. The bed and sleeper sofa served their purpose. We slept fine with no complaints. The pool area is a nice size. There's an alarm on the door and a code is required to access the area. The only issue we had during our stay was the millipedes. They were on the main level and in the pool room. I didn't notice any upstairs. It felt like we were stepping on potato chips. After a quick phone call management sent someone out to spray which helped a little bit. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay at this cabin again.

This was our first time staying in a cabin and it was a wonderful experience. Pluses - cabin was private and quiet. We arrived to a clean cabin. The kids loved having the private pool. We do wish we would have been able to sit outside with the pool door open but the alarm sounded every 7 seconds. Wi-fi worked fantastically. Having the hot tub on the enclosed deck was a plus to not worry about bears! Negatives- the mattress needs to be replaced. You can feel the insides while laying on it. Same for the pull out mattress. Although I’ve yet to find one of those that were comfy. Also would have been nicer to have sink bases to be able to put stuff on instead of carrying all your items to and from bathroom. Shower water pipes squealed the entire time you showered but water was hot enough! In the hot tub only 1 jet worked so that was a little disappointing. Also more signs leading to the cabin would have been helpful. All in all the cabin was wonderful and the pluses outweighed the negatives and we’d 100% recommend it to others.

The jacuzzi and pool are the highlight of this cabin. With a small kitchen, one bed and one and a half bath and a pool table, this cabin has everything you need for an evening after walking the strip. Clean and has a washer and dryer. Keep your food out of the car!!! Saw two bears!

We decided to get away last minute and booked this cabin mid morning and everything was handled very fast. 10 minutes after I booked we had the door code and we were on our way. We recently stayed at Mountain Splash. It is a nice cabin but could use some updating far as furniture goes. The couch was very worn down and hard to sit comfortably. The bed mattress was not the most comfortable as well. We mainly booked this cabin for the pool use which was super nice having our own private pool. We also seen a momma bear and 2 cubs in our driveway one evening.

The cabin had everything you need. Multiple TVs, pool table, indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and kept us from having to leave for every meal. Location was definitely in the mountains and the drive was challenging. Wouldn’t attempt if winter weather was possible. Sleeps 4 includes a pullout couch so could be cramped.

Staff and instructions were perfect. Location was ok. The cabin was a little run down. The grounds needed to be cleaned. Broken table in the yard. Grill almost falling over. Pool table in need of repair. Ants! Ants on the counter. Ants everywhere. The porch was unkempt with debris and not clean. It needed to be swept off. Not the value we expected.

We loved the pool. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The customer service was amazing! We've stayed with 2 other companies and they don't even compare to Elk Springs! The only thing that I didn't like was when I pulled back the bed sheets to get in bed, there was a spider crawling in the sheets and that happened 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. I hate spiders so I hardly slept because I kept waking up making sure there wasn't a spider crawling on me or my 6 year old son. Other than that.... it was great!

we went to mountain splash for spring break and was pleased with the home. The house was tiny but we expected that and didn't spend too much time there anyway. My kids loved the pool. It was clean and well maintained. They also provided plenty of towels around the pool area. The cabin was close enough to town for us to make frequent trips during the day. It was was pretty clean except for I did find some random hairs on our towels like they got washed and then just stuck to them. It was gross but understandable. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs shower is terrible. It fell several times during our visit. Overall, it's a good clean cabin.

The cabin was available early which was nice, it was clean and everything worked properly. The Elks Spring email and text processes work perfectly and they have a high level of customer service which is refreshing. The cabin was as expected. The views were a bit lack luster, but the indoor pool certainly made that less of an issue. This cabin was ideal for our use, being only two of us. Any more and I feel it may be a bit cramped. Access to Gatlinburg is ten minutes yet feels very secluded and private.

This unit more than exceeded our expectations. You will never want to leave and go anywhere.Everything was immaculate from the pool to the hot tub, the heart shaped Jacuzzi and extra large bed. A bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay in this unit. The downstairs indoor pool is a great addition for adults and especially the children. We brought our grandaughter on this trip and could not get her away from the pool!! :) She loved it. The pictures do not do justice to the pool area. A great place to relax. We have vacationed in Gatlinburg during the holidays for over 20 years now and I can say this one was the best. Close to downtown, easy to get to and the checkin/checkout process is super simple. This was our Honeymoon. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the property and the views. After settling in we started dinner and noticed that the dishes and utensils were filthy. When I got the butcher knife out to cut vegetables it had to first be cleaned because of the dirt and gross grime. Then after cleaning the knife it fell apart in my hand, which could have been very dangerous. The bathrooms had not been cleaned and there was grime and stains in the toilets and shower. We called the office to complain and asked that the bathroom be cleaned the next day while we were out. This was never done! Someone did come to the rental while we were out and dropped off a new box of knives. We also called and complained about the rodents or animal in the attic area between the roof and the rafters. Overall we were very dissatisfied in our stay. The lack of maintenance for such a beautiful home and location was a huge disappointment. We called as we were leaving the home to check out and left a message and never heard anything back.

Let me first say that this property was WONDERFUL. Everything listed on the site was there. We really couldn't have asked for more. However, I would not stay here again nor recommend this particular cabin to anyone. Where the cabin is located there is a neighboring home about 200 feet from the front door of the cabin. The home is not a rental and has a tenant who I assume lives there year round. We stayed 7 days and I was calling Elk Springs on the second day because the neighbor continuously walked his dog on the property throughout the day. The hot tub is located on a balcony along the left side of the cabin. That side also contains a fair piece of grassy area that leads into the backyard. Well we were in the hot tub and here comes the neighbor without a care in the world. Well at that time were in no particular state of dress to say anything so we just hunkered down. Around midnight he again walked his dog up to and in front of the window on the front side of the house. I called the next morning and had to leave a message because they were busy. NO return call. Two days later I had definitely had enough and again called several times in a row and finally spoke with Dan who I told it was really to the point that I was ready to call the police. He told me that is exactly what " I " should do. Well... I don't think that I should be the one to call the police. I rented the cabin for safety, security, and relaxation. I still had three more days left to live there and possibly have to deal with then an irate peeping tom. It continued all week until we checked out at 10am. He walked his dog at 927 up to and around the backyard right back to his front door. Elk Springs. This was a our second visit and will not be our last. However, you did drop the ball on this one and we will never rent this particular cabin again even though it was fabulous.
