Compass Rose in Olivia Beach is a serene and inviting home designed to provide you and your guests with the perfect Lincoln City experience! Inside, you'll find an open, island kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare anything from beach snacks to full-course dinners. Meet up for mealtimes or family game nights at the nearby table for six, and then channel surf or pop in a Blu-ray or two for movie nights in the cozy living area. Don't forget the popcorn! And outside, you'll find a furnished deck with a gas grill for perfect summertime cookouts, an enclosed yard, and a private hot tub for relaxing soaks.

For sleeping options, there are three bedrooms. Two are on the second floor and both are equipped with cable TVs and Blu-ray DVD players. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Also on the second floor is a bonus game room with cable TV, a Blu-ray player, and a futon for extra sleeping accommodations. The third floor has four twin beds in an open-loft arrangement, and there are two TVs with Blu-ray players.

This home is right across the street from the community park, and the shared swimming pool and exercise facilities are close by as well. Walk across the community park to the beach access, or take the short stroll to historic Nelscott where you can browse for hours in the famous Robert's Bookshop, second only to Powell's Books in Portland.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A lot of privacy with the bedrooms. NO BUNKBEADS!!!! Great house with plenty of beds and bathrooms on each floor. We are retired and appreciate these things.Very clean-you could smell the bleach when getting there. We are all old hospital workers and that was a plus!! Great kitchen except for fridge shelving problem primarily. Had to double check closed freezer door. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans and bowls. Would like a few more measuring cups. Perfect stay!!!!!

Enough room for 6 of us. Right by the park for grandkids to use up all that energy. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you needed. We arrived at our check-in time and the house was still being cleaned. Please give our great appreciation to the woman who was cleaning the house on Aug. 19th when we arrived. A lot of food was left in the frig., none of the beds were stripped and she still had all of the regular cleaning to do. Please thank her for us.

This was our second family beach week at Compass Rose. We came back as the house and location really suits our group. Olivia Beach is an oasis on the coast. Some feedback that would improve the experience next time includes: The stools at the bar need replacement (some are dangerous at this point) There are no cutting boards bigger than a postage stamp Crab crackers are a must on the coast The blender doesn’t have a rubber seal and leaks everywhere

Home is beautiful, clean and well decorated, with a cottage-beachy theme. The three level design gave our family gathering plenty of space. The kids loved "their" space on the third floor, while adults slept on the second. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the outdoor space around the fire. This is the fourth time I've rented in Olivia Beach and I love the community with the central park area and beach access. I would definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

We loved the house. Clean, modern, full kitchen, plenty of room. A few small items to note: kitchen gear was incomplete, some pots had loose hardware, hot tub needs a tune-up (jets are loose) and grab bars needed to simplify getting in & out (safely)

We had a great time at this property! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is pretty well outfitted (bring a larger pot and skillet if you've got a big group!), and we were pleased to find several board games to choose from. Future renters, note: there are a LOT of steep stairs! It didn't slow us down any, but may be important for families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns. ...and finally, to the powers that be, we discovered that the dishwasher isn't currently working.

This house was just what we needed for a weekend in Lincoln city. Perfect for kids and dogs. We appreciated the beach toys available for our kiddos. Adjustable heat in each bedroom was nice for warming up after cold mornings on the beach!

The house was great, my only complaint was with the check in being delayed due to a late check out from the previous guests. We were on the way with small children and had nowhere to go. Was told twice that the local property manager would call and it never happened.

Nice house, quite a distance to walk to the beach with tons of steps down to the beach area . A challenge for elderly or toddlers. The gas fireplace was locked so couldn’t turn that on.

Lots of space in this well maintained home. It’s not easy finding a pet friendly house with a hut tub close to the beach. We had a great time and would love to come back. The only downside was the 4PM check in and 10AM checkout.

Very cute modern farmhouse style home.. with plenty of beds to sleep atleast 10 comfortably. Love the twin bed rooms upstairs. Wasn’t wild about the quite a bit of dog hair in the home, but that’s because I’m not a pet owner. Otherwise very nice/very pleasant stay. The fireplace was so cozy! ♥️

We really enjoyed our stay. They house was clean and fairly well stocked. The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike, but very doable. And the community park was literally around the corner. We had a few people drop by one night and the house and deck were more than sufficient to handle our group. The only inconveniences were a missing rack to the dishwasher and only one full propane tank that we had to swap between the grill and the fire pit. Otherwise this is a great house to sleep a number of people in a quiet little corner of Lincoln City

Cleanliness was not up to standard as we found globs of sticky food matter on the kitchen counter tops upon check in, and also dirty pans in the cabinets that we had to scrub clean in order to use. Overall neighborhood was nice and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Dog friendly so that was a plus. Would stay in the neighborhood again but not this particular home… more attention needs to be given on cleaning… this was a huge disappointment with this rental.

I stayed here with my family of 9 and our two family dogs. There is a cute community park across the way and a community pool up the street. The parking and street access to this place is extremely narrow so if you have a truck you are going to have a hard time getting in and out of the parking space. There isn’t air conditioning but we just cracked windows open and used the ceiling fans. Hot tub was great, keep in mind there isn’t the best lighting at night for the hot tub but there are LED lights in the hot tub itself. I would definitely stay here again!
