It was amazing. Rough drive to get too. My kids notice there was a bee hive at the window. So they didnt like going out the door. Interenet keot going out. My husband had hard time getting work done. Beds were comfy. Nice get away from life.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, close to hocking hills

Perfect location for a quiet getaway, short and easy drive to all of the hiking trails. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable and inviting. Good communication with host

The place was amazing. The location was great, the amenities were fantastic, and personally, I'm really happy about the quality and the care of the place. It felt homey and spacious for 4 people. The roads there were bumpy one way, but good things theres two ways. Highly recommend if you want a place to get away from society and have fun with the people you bring.

We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary and decided to do a quick family getaway with our 26 & 22 year old children. The cabin fit perfectly! We used the hot tub, grill, games & built a fire. Love the 3 smart TV's with 2 adult children. It was the perfect size. Also, enjoyed the sign on the door.

We had a fabulous weekend to ourselves at the Cliff’s edge! House was super clean and had nearly everything we needed! The hot-tub and game room were the most fun and the grill worked nicely. Fire pit was perfect as well! Hard to find with GPS because of service but we were expecting this. Lake nearby was also a must. We would come back!

All in all it was what we were wanting. Quiet and peaceful. The exterior was a little startling with all the spider webs and windows looked like they have not cleaned in months. the interior was clean. and how about beside the phone on the wall there is emergency numbers such as local police and owner info incase no cell phone service. just a suggestion. Again not dissapointed at all.

Thank you so much we had a great time! Beautiful property!!

Lovely place, gorgeous setting, close to everything and still secluded. We will be back! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

The cabin was very clean and spacious. The cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was cleaned the same day we arrived and it was perfect! The property manager was VERY NICE and HELPFUL. I would not recommend driving a sedan down this road... it is a little rough riding. Very peaceful area. Two of the chairs by the fire pit were broken when we arrived, but we brought a couple chairs with us so it was no big deal. I do recommend a hamper in the bathroom or basement for the towels (we were not sure where to put them or what to do with them). Adding instructions for the bath towels would be a great addition to the binder in the cabin. The sheets on the bed were clean (no dog hair). It was only about a 20 minute drive to Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave so that was PERFECT. The shower was good and we had no issues with the shower (not sure why there were reviews mentioning that). The Wifi worked great and we had some service (although we weren't really on our phones). The air hockey table was not functioning properly while it was not a big deal for us other people who stay may be disappointed. If it is possible I think better signage near this particular cabin would be helpful. There are more signs further down Trillium Way but not close to this cabin so we were a little lost on the back roads. The lake near the cabin has clear and clean water and is perfect for swimming or fishing. Overall, it was a great stay and we are already planning our next vacation.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was clean, cutely decorated and charming. I did also really like that the whole house is hooked into a water filtration and softening system. Given the house’s remote location, I was expecting stinky well water but the water coming from the taps was clean, soft and drinkable. I also like how dog friendly this location is, the provided dog bowls, dog beds and pooper scooper was a nice touch. I had a really good time here and would definitely consider returning.

The Pros:
- Beautiful view from the decks
- Somewhat Secluded
- Close to Hocking Hills (20min drive)
The Cons:
- House sits 30' off of the road. Experienced a lot of traffic especially noisy ATV's and Dirt Bikes.
- Parking is not spacious at all. No level place to park, especially if you have more than 2 vehicles.
- House is much smaller than what the photos show. Photos are very deceiving.
- During our stay we had 4 adults / 2 Kids 10 & 12 / Dog. This property is best suited for up to 2 adults, 2 kids, and a pet, that would be the max for a comfortable stay.
- Found the interior to be somewhat clean but when looking for doggie toy under the beds it was horrifying dirty.
- All three levels of the deck need major pressure washing. Very dirty. (would have liked the option to upload photos).
- Firepit area is on an angle of approximately 25% slope.
- Found the water softener not working and looked like it has been off for sometime. Screen on top read "Clean". No water in salt drum, just half filled with dry salt pellets. Water very hard, showering destroyed everyone's hair.
- One bathroom was a bit of a challenge for 6 people. The shower has one head which is a 12" x 12" square head right above the center of the shower. It might seem nice but taking a shower in it is impossible. Need to have an option for a regular shower head.
- Hot tub was scary. Green water and did not smell clean at all. No indication posted at all if or when the water had been tested. This should be posted

We absolutely loved the cabin! We will definitely book it again. The privacy was the best part, the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed on the Anniversary of a family tragedy.

Overall great place, clean and comfortable, roads getting their were a little much, but otherwise no complaints. Hot tub was hot and clean:)

Very relaxing and the style of the house fits the environment.

We loved the property! Check In was easy. Had just enough things for our stay. Only issue we ran into is there was no sink plug in the kitchen. I texted the number given and it took 2 days to hear from them. We used a bag to plug the hole as we needed to do dishes. Hot tub was clean. It was so peaceful and we felt alone in the woods. We would definitely visit again.

I highly recommend this cabin. The seclusion is so quiet and peaceful. The view out the back is breathtaking. We enjoyed the private trails around the cabin as well as the games (air hockey and foosball). Hot tub definitely hit the spot every evening after all the hiking. Will stay again for sure!!

We enjoyed our getaway in this cute cabin! A little far from the parks though!

We love this property! It is always very clean it is quiet and secluded, love have coffee in the porch in the morning. It has a fire pit and I really like the new upgraded charcoal grill. We love that pur Boston Terrier can come with us and has her own bed there waiting, without a huge upcharge like some places. This place will always have special memories for us.

Average cabin in the woods, perfect for a few day get away.

upon arrival the property was filled with a very musty smell. we ended up getting pet odor eliminator spray, which we left there for others to use. there was dog hair everywhere, including the sheets and blanket, so we had to rewash all linens before use. there were lots of sticky surfaces, especially in the downstairs area. we were told the hot tub had to be refilled and may take awhile to get to temp, but once it was there was so much gunk floating and orange stuff. clumps of stuff in the filter. i tried to clean it as much as i could, but ultimately we didn’t feel comfortable getting into it. which was a bummer because this was our valentine’s and birthday getaway and a hot tub was something we were looking forward to when booking. in addition we saw 3 cockroaches during our stay, and the mouse trap in the laundry room had been set off and was upside down. 9am the day of our checkout the wifi shut down and after being restarted still did not work so we were left with no service and we’re unable to log out on any tvs we had put our information into.

Great property. Clean and fresh. Very secluded and quiet. Neighbors are quite a ways away and rarely did anyone drive by. The sunrise in the hot tub was stunning. Beautiful relaxing time.

Other than losing power on the morning of us leaving, which was because of the high winds, the cabin was beautiful. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of space for myself and two kids. The sunrise in the morning you can watch from the back decks. Just beautiful!

This was our first time to Hocking Hills and staying with VRBO and it was very good, the house was exactly as described, had everything we needed. Definitely would stay at this house again.

The cabin was super clean and cozy. And a lovely view off the back porch! And the property owner provided a little dog bed and some toys for our little furry friend. My boyfriend and I had a nice relaxing time and would definitely rent this spot again!

My family enjoyed staying there. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for cooking.

Had a lovely time. Clean and accommodating. Very fun for family stays with many options for offline fun! Back road to it was just say enough but google maps always wanted to take us up a ‘front’ or southern entrance and that road should not be driven on by a sedan 😂 but hey that’s country and I love it! Close to many attractions for visiting hocking hills. Recommended to specially for its value. Thank you! Would recommend!

Beautiful cabin!!! Has EVERYTHING you need! Secluded and Beautiful location. Awesome hot tub! Spacious and Clean! Will definitely rent again! Thank you!

There was a bees nest by the fire pit outside and my husband is deathly allergic to them. We have to buy seven dust to get rid of them before we could enjoy a frie. I think we could only have one fire due to the bees.
4.8
Awesome cabin great location. Uptight and out of site location. Only negative is the grill needs some TLC
4.8
Roads coming into Agape are very narrow, road very uneven. Parking is not good at cabin and no type of yard you can either be in the decks or fire pit area. Don’t recommend for anyone with small children as no room to run around and play or even for dogs. Rooms are much smaller than looks in pictures. Outside deck areas spider webs everywhere, we had to knock them all down with broom to enjoy sitting on the deck.
4.8
Great property, great location, very relaxing. Only recommendation is to replace the grill.

Perfect for explorers
The cabin is lovely and we found the interior to be very tidy. Everything you could possibly need to feed your family can be found within the open kitchen area. Parking is very limited! The exterior of the cabin isn’t as appleIng as the inside. We have a toddler and be aware that there is NO outdoor space/ yard for a restless child. The fishing lake is very far from the cabin and was not easy to locate. Keep in mind I am currently a cancer patient so long hikes are not an option for me. There is a huge variety of cabins in the surrounding neighborhood area. Some are lovely and some are questionable. It is a heavily wooded area that is beautiful- lots of hills and valleys. Anywhere you want to go is going to be at least a 30 min drive on twisting and winding roads. The master bedroom is very cozy and has a comfy chair that was perfect for my quiet time to embroidery, and relax. They even had all you could need for your little pup should you opt to bring one along.
It’s a wonderful cabin and would stay there again should my circumstances and needs change.

Great Mountain Hideaway!
This was our first time to Hocking Hills and we were not familiar with the roads and times for getting to all the places around. This is the only negative of this place, as it does take a bit longer to get to the main attractions. However the charm of this little cabin is terrific and soaking in the hot tub after a hike was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfy. Be prepared to climb steps down to laundry, hot tub, fire pit and living room area, or upstairs to a loft living area. Main floor does not have a sitting area, outside of the dining room.

Beautifully designed cabin. You look out at the awesome from every floor. You are one with the Cliff.
