Spacious home, decent location. Needs lots of repairs. Roof deck is unsafe to walk on and should be replaced immediately.

Was with in walking distance to all the places we wanted. We used the scooters also which were located across the street! Comfy beds and just an overall nice place.

We had a great time in Nashville. Nashville Majesty is a great place to stay. It is walking distance to Broadway 1.8 miles to Kid Rocks bar. The rooms were large the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms here. 2 car garage to park you car. There is 3 flights of stairs to get to roof top patio. Felt safe and secure while staying here. TV in living room could be bigger. Over all great place to stay. Thanks Marcus H. NC USA

Great location and both units were clean.
Communication was very good.
Lots of stairs ... we got a work out ; o )

Location was walking distance to Gulch and Broadway (if we weren’t lazy). Clean and spacious unit(s).

Overall really good place. Entry is only thru the garages in the back (let Uber know). Street is very busy in the mornings and the fire dept drives thru all the time with the sirens. Older home so not very sound proof. If you have a full house, all sitting in the living room is a problem unless you bring over the kitchen table chairs.

I do not believe in writing negative reviews because most of the time they are not true. Since I travel most of the year, love to book with VRBO, and have never had a bad VRBO experience before this trip — I feel it is important to put this out there so others know. The listing is false and misleading, and the house is filthy and poorly maintained. Vacasa and VRBO do not need this house in their property inventory; and you do not want to make this property your home away from home!

So much room awesome rooftop quick Uber to broadway

Lots of privacy between bedrooms. Nice roof top. Nice furnishings. Would have been nice to have more cookware (frying pans). Needs light maintenance - replacing light bulbs, fixing shades, greasing squeaky doors. The units are NOT adjoining so you have to go outside to go into the other.

Nashville is a party city, and these homes have been partied in. Check in was tough because I did not receive a pin code to unlock the homes. So we all stood in the rain until I could reach customer service and verify my reservation (about 30 minutes).
Once inside we found the home clean but worn out. Stains on furniture, broken fixtures in bathroom, paint missing from walls, and generally needing a lot of maintenance and repairs.
The good: beds we're clean and comfortable, house was newer, location was good, heating worked well, kitchens were very nice, and we all had a great time.
So 3 stars... Meh

July 2022 –
We rented 1013 A & B 12th Avenue South. GREAT PROPERTY!!! We visited for a full week of Nashville fun. Our party includes 6 couples staying in the adjoining townhouse properties. We had a fantastic week and strongly recommend this place.
We loved the Edge Hill townhouses which served as our home the week.
#1 The Location. We walked, we ubered, we had a great time. Edge Hill is convenient to downtown and great exercise going down and back up the hill. Edge Hill and the walk into downtown felt very safe to every member of our group. We never had any concerns or issues, even when coming and going late at night or very early in the mornings. Nashville has a big city vibe… but seemed fine to our group. The 12th Avenue corridor has traffic and is under construction to add bike lanes, but the street was a straight shot to get down to the action (Broadway & the Gulch) and return home. The construction on 12th Avenue should end soon and was never a big issue for our group. Parking (we had 4 cars) is accessed by the alley out back. We used the garages every day coming and going. WE LOVED NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE LOCATION.
#2 The accommodations. Between the two townhouses, we had 6 bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms plus a powder room off the kitchen in each unit. The living rooms were spacious and adequate in giving our large group a space to eat, gather, have drinks and unwind. We loved the roof top decks. The roof was put to use as an impromptu bocce ball court. Lots of fun (bring your own balls). We used the laundry many times during our stay. Bottom Line – WE LOVED THE TOWN HOUSES.
There are a few issues with the roof top deck. One, there is no covering. So when it’s 95 degrees in July with 85% humidity… there is no place to hide. The addition of a sail cloth for shade would be great. Two, maintenance; the grills were not cleaned in a long time. The grease trays were overflowing onto the composite decking making a real mess. We did our best to clean it up, but the grills need some TLC. Three, as mentioned in several reviews, the outdoor furniture is in poor condition, is an eye sore, and needs replacing. The roof could be a showplace with a little investment and imagination. Still…. We loved the roof top deck and used it most days.
#3 The local Management. We had only one big issue during our HOT week in Nashville. The lower HVAC on one building failed. The management company was responsive and scheduled an HVAC technician for the next day. I held the umbrella while he replaced a failed capacitor on the outside unit during a thunderstorm. The air conditioning began functioning again immediately.
#4 Ideas for your visit… Shows at the Ryman. Rooftop at Acme Feed & Seed. Tootsies on a weekday afternoon for day drinking. Big Jimmy’s for requesting your favorite John Prine tunes live. Pins Mechanical in the Gulch for games and adult drinks. The trails along the Cumberland for morning walk/runs. Arrington Vineyard for a lovely evening outside of town.
Suggestions for Vacasa Mgt Team: Replace the outdoor furniture & clean the outdoor grills. The kitchens could use a resupply of large pots & pans and cookie sheets for groups like ours that enjoy making meals together. Also.. more coffee mugs to accommodate large groups. The local garbage pickup service is erratic at best – lower your expectations.
THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEK IN NASHVILLE.

We had a group of 12 staying at the two properties beside one another. Fantastic location, an easy walk in a comfortable neighborhood. A quick 10-15 minute walk to Biscuit Love ( look it up!) or a 25 minute walk to downtown Nashville and all the sights and sounds you are anticipating on Broadway St. and the surrounding streets from Music Row to the Ryman. If not walking a cheap Taxi, Uber or Lyft is always an option. The units themselves are designed for a short term tennant. Three bedrooms all with ensuite a, so you have your own space as well as really great common areas in the large kitchen and living room combined with a large island to hang around and a roof top deck that gives you a view of the Nashville skyline with fantastic sunsets and even better sunrises. Laundry facilities in each building make it easy to pack light. We were not driving so need for parking, but there is secure indoor parking for 2 vehicles per unit if you are in the garages. There are too maby positives to mention, just a really great spot for families or for groups of friends. If we had to identify anything that could improve are slight but could be remedied easily- 1) painting - knowing these are rental units this is not a big deal- but I think they are due for an interior paint job. They appear still to have the builders grade paint and the units would show so much better. As I mentioned, not a big deal 2) the other area that would require a little more attention is cleaning. Now don't think this place is a mess, it's not, but I am sure there is not a lot of time between guests sometimes and things get missed. These units could use a really good thorough detailed cleaning, but still not a deal breaker. I expect the management company was available if we needed them as they texted for arrival and departure but we never needed them for anything, and that's a good thing. Thinks went like clockwork and we will be recommending to our friends and family that are headed to Nashville.

Two separate houses with similar set up in both. Stocked very
well with all your needs. The slipcovers on the living room furniture on the one house were distracting to the decor of the rest of the house. Location convenient to downtown and walkable to the Gulch.

We loved the location, decor and size of our townhomes in Nashville. Eleven of us went down for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it, we chose these units because each bedroom had a bathroom of its own, a big plus.
Vacassa did not give us any opportunity to check in early, we requested it and were told IF the units were clean we would receive a text message, we never received so we stored our luggage elsewhere until the 4 o'clock check in. A few of us were in the neighborhood earlier in the day (about 1 o'clock) and used the codes to enter and found empty and cleaned units. We were clearly misled about the early check in policy.
The number of kitchen glasses/ dishes etc that were available to us was limited. We had 6 people in each unit and only 4 coffee mugs and even fewer wine and drink glasses. We were able to work it out, but it certainly was in inconvenience.
The other problem was ants, not just in the kitchen, but in the bedrooms too! The overloaded garbage in the back of the unit may have been the cause, no trash upon out arrival is what we had expected.
On a positive note, the units were nicely decorated and the bathroom, kitchen, floors and linens were clean and fresh.
We enjoyed our stay in Nashville.

We had a great stay! The property was excellent for our stay! The only comment I would give is that it did take a good bit of time for the host to respond to my messages. I generally had to send a follow up message to get a response. Overall, we loved the property and would definitely stay there again!
