Overall pretty nice. Beds generally were uncomfortable. ceiling fans in bedrooms were so noisy they could not be used. Wifi was perfectly useless. Pool and hottub were very nice. House was clean, but there were a noticeable number of flies in the house. Overall not too shabby for the price.

We had a great trip and loved the cabin! It had everything we needed and more. We loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub that were right next to the covered porch. The kids and adults both enjoyed the air hockey, foosball, and pool tables! The service and WiFi were not great, but it was kinda nice to unplug for the weekend. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The physical location was awesome and close to town, easy to find and get to! The set up of the house was also nice. Large common areas.
Improvements needed in internet, electric (lots of plugs did not work!), overall general maintenance and tune ups.
Loved all the views and common spaces to gather with friends and family.

This was our 3rd annual stay at this property. We have had a blast each and every time. The property is wonderful, spacious and very tranquil.

The lodge is beautiful and very spacious!
I, however was disappointed there were no trash bags as promised in the kitchen and the Master Bathroom jacuzzi did not work. I communicated my concerns with th host but the solutions offered did not remedy our needs. Additionally there was no explanation about operating th TV. Many people attempted but were unsuccessful.

The Mountain Lodge in Logan is a beautiful cabin and easily accommodated our group of 15 (10 adults, 5 teens) during Thanksgiving week. We loved the large, open areas and high ceilings – but also the fact it provided spaces to “retreat” from the hustle and bustle of a large group. The location is great, and we found some great hiking trails in Hocking Hills State Park.
That said, however, we were very disappointed with several facets of the Lodge. Having paid a premium daily price for our four-day stay, we expected a premium experience – but it fell well short. Simply put, the cabin isn’t well maintained and needs a lot of attention to live up to its billing as a family-friendly destination.
We have provided detailed information about all of this in a separate email to the property management team. But in brief, some outside and inside light fixtures were not working upon our arrival (a real problem because we arrived after dark), the WiFi service was equivalent to a phone hotspot (far less than advertised), circuit breakers had to be reset a few times, we had to fix the wiring on the air hockey table so it would work – and unbelievably, a bat was inside the cabin.
To their credit, the property management did send someone to address a couple of the lighting issues and attempt to remove the bat.
We are hopeful the owner and/or team will take our review as constructive criticism so that the Mountain Lodge can live up to its potential as a great gathering place for families.

Spacious, beautiful wood cabin on an unevenly sloped challenging driveway past an abandoned building about 1/8 mile off the road. Green dumpster as you enter is where you will need to put all of your garbage after your stay.
First floor has covered beautiful decking in front and back of home with seating easily for 20.
Well worn green tinted hot tub and cold pool access in September still.
First floor has spacious, well equipped kitchen and two large tables within living area.
Separated room is huge for tv billiards games
Another separated master bathroom with full bath and loft with tv and futon.
Above main living room is a loft with 3 separate bedrooms and one. Small full bathroom.
Down into the deep basement are two finished bedrooms with several beds in each and a full bathroom. Floors are a little rough in the hallways
Full laundry available

Loved the location and the pool. Had to go get WD40 for the sliding door - the kids could not open and close it. Had to unclog the upstairs bathroom sink. Chairs around the fire pit are in bad shape, but except for small details, it was a good experience.

The property has good bones and location was good but there were many issues that came up during our stay. The first item we noticed was the place was not very clean and the hot tub was green. Many of the surfaces were dirty amd looked liked they had not been cleaned in awhile. The dishwasher and toaster did not work very well. Both the patio and doors to the porch were not functioning correctly. We brought this to their attention but did nothing about it. We were also told this property had internet and it did not. They did not do anything to address that situation either. One of the couches in the main area was completly broke down. Finally the lighting was terrible. Not only were all the lights dirty but many of them didnt work. For example the only light in one of the bathrooms was a floor lamp that was put in there. Every time I let them know about an issue they just sent me a note back saying they followed protcols. I even sent them pictures and they did not seem to care. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting! We had 11 adults and it was a great size! The game room was amazing with huge TV (college football), pool, air hockey and more...the hot tub was nice. We had a campfire one evening, great area for that! The porches were amazing and could accommodate everyone! The linens were tired but it didn't affect our stay.

Great place!
This is a great place with super amenities. The addition of the pool right off the main deck was excellent!! There are a few discrepancies in the online bed configuration, but when I questioned it, I was given a more accurate description. The living room and separate family/game room was wonderful. More than enough room for my family group of 20. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Family-Centric Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend
We had a fabulous time. Wonderful home. Great property - spacious living areas, outdoor porches on either side of the house, firepit, hot tub and new pool (which we didn't use). This was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and had everything we needed.
