Large 2 car garage - a luxury for snowy winter days and to protect from summer hailstorms
Guest Access:
+ Guests have access to the entire house and grounds including the large garage. The only exception is a locked storage space above the garage.
+ Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. Be aware that we charge a $30/night fee for additional guests after 4.
The Neighborhood:
+ You will fall in love with the idyllic mountain town of Green Mountain Falls! Follow the creek 1 mile into town and you'll find killer breakfasts at the Pantry, beer & wings at the Blue Moose, a coffee shop, beautifully cooked game meat at the Mucky Duck, art galleries, ice cream, and the famous Gazebo lake for fishing and a lovely playground!
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
+ Sleep in peace on super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed.
+ As with most Green Mountain Falls properties, there is no AC at the property. Colorado evenings are usually cool, so we recommend opening windows in the evening and closing them if it's hot during the day. We have provided enough fans to keep the air moving in every room. Local coffee grounds are provided. There is a Keurig, please bring your own preference of k-pods to use.
+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.
Interaction with Guests:
We love helping guests make the most of their time in our beautiful area and live very close by. However, we give our guests space unless they ask for help or want to say ‘hi’ in person. Our team will be available throughout your stay and is always happy to provide advice on local restaurants, attractions, and adventures.

We had a great time at the cabin! It was perfect for the 9 of us. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kids had a ball!
The host, Stay Colorado, was fantastic to work with! They were readily available anytime we needed them for questions or assistance. We had a visit from the local bear who tipped over the trash bin. Stay Colorado immediately had help on way to upright the bin and clean up the area. Excellent Customer service.
We would no hesitate to book this property again.

We loved our stay at the evergreen chalet! It's a beautiful cabin in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with awesome views. The hike to the falls is just a short walk up the road. There were 9 of us total including 5 children ranging from ages 2 to 16 and we all had plenty of room with the upstairs loft being perfect for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and the outdoor grill was a nice addition too! We even saw deer right behind the cabin when we were grilling out! Don't hesitate to book this cabin. You won't regret it

We all loved staying at this house! The house was very clean and just as pictured. We really appreciated the pack and play and highchair. The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen had everything you could need. The waterfall and hiking trails nearby really added to our trip as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The property was perfect for our 3-night stay, exceptionally clean, supplied with everything you might need. It's kind of on the corner of a quiet gravel road, but Woodland Park is just a short drive away. The hot tub was very private, tucked in next to the cabin. We didn't use the firepit, but the hot tub was well maintained and we used it every night.
We had an initial issue that we communicated to the property manager. They always responded almost immediately, and there were a few messages back and forth. I came to discover that the misunderstanding was primarily because I failed to read the entire listing and the confirmation email they had sent. I have to say the manager was extremely patient and polite in their responses, and did agree that the listing could be improved, which I see they have done. To me, this was excellent customer service and I appreciated their patience in explaining the situation. We would absolutely stay in this cabin again.

The house was perfect for my group of 7. The fire pit and hot tub were great to come home and relax with after a day of activities. The trail to the waterfall near the house was also very nice.

We enjoyed this home so much. We choose a VRBO each summer and our grandkids said this was their favorite so far. The fire pit and hot tub were a bonus. Communication with the property manager was very good when we had a specific question. The walk to the waterfall was beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We booked this property for our family traveling to attend our son’s wedding! IT WAS AWESOME!!! Beautiful, clean, lots of room, and very conveniently located while still offering the “mountain feel”! Highly recommend 👍

The property was beautiful, the cabin was beautiful inside & out. Spotted deer and fox multiple times. The property owner furnished the cabin with everything needed to eat, sleep, shower and enjoy the time inside of the cabin. The hot tub was amazing & very close to multiple attractions. My family & I loved it & would definitely rent this property again.

We went to this place for our 15 year anniversary. AND CHOSE IT BECAUSE IT HAD great reviews!!! BUT it was the Absolute worst experience ever! Place was dirty, stains from animals on the floor, disgusting hot tub that looks and smelled like it had never been cleaned, no propane to use grill or fire pit outside and extremely nosey neighbors BUT to top it all off they had a Leaking fireplace which almost killed us because of carbon dioxide!! We called police and fire department and they red tagged it and banned it for our vacation. It was Me my wife and 3 children all girls 17,14 and 10 the thing that saved us from not falling asleep and dying was the alarms going off about carbon dioxide and to escape! We contacted the management about all of these issues and was not only told to continue to use the FIREPLACE anyway but we would be reimbursed for some of the stay. NEVER was reimbursed for our ruined vacation. The money wasn’t as big of an issue as the utter disregard for our family and as I explained that to him he said now that you say it that way maybe it’s best to not use fireplace etc! Please trust me on this one and save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! I spent over 3 thousand dollars for the week and it was truly unforgettable in a bad way unfortunately…. I hope I have saved one of you that read reviews from all of the heart ache that our family had experienced here. STAY FAR AWAY!!

What a beautiful chalet tucked into the hills of Green Mountain Falls. The property was perfectly fresh and clean upon arrival, yet very inviting. Everything about this place is warm and welcoming and we cannot wait to come back with the rest of our family. We loved the nearby trails, the Pantry and Blue Moose all within walking distance. This property felt like home away from home!

The house was clean with lots of room and fully stocked with all the utensils and supplies we needed. The property manager kept in contact with us throughout our 3-night stay. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions to the property. The house is about a 5-minute walk from miles and miles of beautiful, mountain trails. About 3/4 of a mile downhill is a great restaurant bar with live music two of the nights we were there. We were very satisfied with our stay and will likely return in the future.

A dear friend and I recently stayed during the week. We were so pleased with this property and amenities. We walked down the road to the quaint village for dinner our first night, great food and a perfect walk down and back. Hiking close by is perfect and Manitou Springs was a short drive for additional restaurants and lots of shops. We also found a perfect little spot for a massage and energy healing session.
At the cabin, we enjoyed evenings doing a puzzle and used the hot tub. Really, a perfect spot to get away for a few days.

My family and I stayed at this property mid September.
The house had a fantastic location, close to Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods. Plenty of room to spread out, hot tub, grill, fire pit, table to eat outside and enjoy the scenery.
Stocked coffee & tea , kitchen had all the basics and then some.
Communication was excellent with Management the entire time & they were quick to resolve a couple small issues that we had.
The beds were a bit more firm then what we are used to & only enough hot water for 1-2 showers per night.
Otherwise no other issues.
Thanks for letting us stay at your property.
