About this house rental

Newly renovated and newly furnished, including beautiful wood floors, central A/C, rear composite deck, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is the star of the show boasting granite countertops, breakfast bar, custom cabinets, stainless steel fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a large pantry for storage. The open layout allows for a small dining area which seats six. Just off the living room there is interior access to an unfinished basement with laundry and additional storage. Large fully fenced back yard with outdoor deck seating at deck (oversized umbrella), full dining table and gas grill. Both bedrooms and Living Room have cable TVs. Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed and Secondary Bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle. In addition, the Living Room has a Queen and a Full Pull-Out Sofa and coffee table with convertible dining/storage to maximize space. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located immediately next to the Falmouth Country Club (Public Golf Couse). Short drive to local beaches (less than 10 minutes), including Manauhant, Falmouth Heights, etc. and Island Queen Ferry for quick access to Martha’s Vineyard. A very short drive to Cape Cod Winery and Falmouth Center is also conveniently located close by. A few miles away from shopping and restaurants at Mashpee Commons. It’s the perfect little Cape Escape for your next vacation.

Tucked out of the way, but with pretty easy access to anywhere you might want to go. This was our third time staying at a Falmouth location, and Larissa made sure that the place was clean, orderly, and ready for our stay. Secure while still remaining very hospitable. The grill is a wonderful feature that we used every day - easy kitchen to work in as well, with great appliances and counter space. Indoor area is a well-organized balance between furniture and space. The photos are entirely accurate - best stay yet!

We had a great stay at Larissa and Jason’s place! The house was very welcoming, clean, fully stocked, and so cutely decorated! It was perfectly located for our needs and first time in the cape. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful property! We loved it and it was the perfect weekend get away and the perfect home. With the work they put into this house, I can say every detail was intentional. The mattresses were so comfortable which you rarely get in a rental. It is clean, modern and is equipped with everything we needed to cook every meal at the cottage. The nice touches of the Host letting us arrive early and leave late to the bottle of Champagne on the counter. Highly recommend! I absolutely loved the decor. It was everything I would have chosen myself if it were my cottage. We will 100% look to book this property again. Thank you!!!

While our friends we were visiting had a change in plans, we took advantage of a planned long weekend and had a great time away from the reality of our work. The house was lovely and perfect of us 3 girls. Any and all questions were answered quickly. While the bunk beds could benefit from a mattress topper, everything was updated and easy to access and use. Plenty of dishes and all you’d need to make a meal, reheat leftovers or make coffee! Definitely would return.

We are also short-term rental hosts, and when we walked in my wife said "This is the kind of host I want to be." In addition to the home being clean, well amenitied and easy to check in, Larissa left us a nice note and lots of treats ;-) Highly recommend!

Larissa's cape house is perfection and I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Falmouth area. The house was well decorated, very clean, and had everything you could think of. There were plentiful supplies (beach chairs and beach towels, linens, coffee, and a stocked pantry!). Larissa thought of everything to make this a comfortable, perfect stay.

Outstanding to explore Falmouth and cape

Lorissa and Scott have created an immaculate and comfortable house with all the comforts of your own home. Everything is brand new: furnishings, furniture, outdoor seating and grill. Plenty of room for a large family in a convenient location for access to beaches, ferries, golf and biking. Recommend booking this place before word spreads…oh what comfortable fun you will have.

Wonderful stay

The hidden gem of Cape Cod. Spent 6 nights during April break with family of four. Place is great and could easily fit a couple more. House is incredibly clean, sleek, comfortable and well stocked. Every convenience you can think of is included. House is also centrally located for the lower Cape activities. The owner Larissa was great to work with. Definitely plan on coming back. Highly recommend for a great stay on the Cape.

Larissa and Jason were incredible hosts! Their home was so beautiful, well kept so beachy 🏖 they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and and welcomed. I would highly recommend them when booking your next vacation. They and their home, were so inviting. They even left us a little gift. 🍾🥂 thank you for a wonderful time!

Great location to beaches and Ferries.

Our family of four wanted to spend Christmas at the Cape- near the beaches. This beautifully decorated and newly renovated house was great. Plenty of room for us. Larissa was wonderful in being so flexible with the check-in and check-out time. Responsive to our emails. The house was FULLY STOCKED with everything you can possibly need and then some. It was very impressive. She even left us a large bottle of Sparkling Wine upon arrival with a lovely note. We had a peaceful and great time. Would love to come back again in the summer!

Wonderful cute house in Falmouth!

We had a perfect stay in this adorable house in Falmouth. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our family is nearby and had trouble with house damage after a recent storm and some health issues so we were anxious about finding a place to stay for our family of 4. We totally hit the jackpot with this place! The kids loved the bunk beds and the fenced in yard. It was truly a wonderful home away from home for a few days. I would absolutely stay there again! Hopefully everyone who stays will love it and care for it as much as we did!
