The floor plan design and location of this Home was perfect for our family. There were lots of trails and open space and we were near the base of the mountain with access to shops and restaurants. The Home was beautiful and decorated beautifully and there was a really nice outdoor pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Our only frustration was that the Kitchen needed many repairs to make it functional for cooking so we had challenges with that. If those items had been fixed, our stay would've have been wonderful!

This was a great landing pad for our generational family of 6. Very clean, modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and with great amenities. The location was fantastic. The AC was a bonus for summer. Thank you for having us!

The view is amazing from the main room and master suite. The gondolas are close to the deck. The kitchen, lighting, and bathroom fixtures were top shelf. The overall feel is peaceful and we didn’t hear anybody else thru the floor or walls tho we know they were there. Very restful experience. There was plenty of room for 2 couples to relax and enjoy their stay.

We loved the accommodations. We’ve been coming to Steamboat for decades and this became our favorite place to stay. It had everything you would need for a family of four with two young kids. Great location with easy access to the mountain. We will be booking it agains for our Spring Break next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at your mountain condo. The views were amazing and your cabin was clean, organized and comfortable. We highly recommend your cabin for future guests !

The house had some issues upon check-in and had to call maintenance to let us in the home due to the keypad out of battery. The heat in the house was also not working, requiring the company to bring space heaters to heat the residence during our stay. Management was helpful and the place fit 5 adults comfortably. Very close to lifts.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homestead 1470 in Steamboat Springs. It was quiet, clean, well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and everyone bedroom had a bathroom with huge showers. I highly recommend staying here. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

On our way to the airport heading home we decided to return and hope to have the very same experience! Our location was phenomenal, the shuttle service was spectacular and all of the people were so kind! We had wonderful restaurant experiences as well. 10 out of 10! Loved the unit and location. Very nicely decorated and felt like we were in a luxury resort. Only issues were ice maker still doesn’t work (saw previous reviews on that) and the master ceiling fan has a mind of its own 🙂 Maybe leave instructions for that cause still couldn’t figure it out after a week. Also when we checked in, it wasn’t clear that the code is for garage door to house not front door and had to get garage code from front desk. But would definitely rent here again. So convenient with the gondola to the mountain.

This property was as beautiful in person, if not more beautiful than the photos! Amazing location, impeccably clean, gorgeous views and proximity to skiing and to town, it was everything we could have wanted. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean and spacious. We were staying with 2 other adult couples and each bedroom and bath provided privacy to each couple. The townhouse is located within walking distance of the gondola, tennis/pickleball center and many restaurants.

Open, spacious, well furnished and clean with numerous windows for wide views from inside as well as out on the deck. Well furnished but master bed too soft for us. Kitchen well stocked. there are enough towel rings, rods and hooks in master bath, which can't be said for vast majority of places we stay!

This condo is in the perfect location - sunrise, sunsets, close to town but not too close, it I. The really co vested part of the ski slopes. The amenities were great except for the ice maker that did t work and the sofa that could definitely use some padding. Otherwise a perfect place! Thank you!

Overall, this place was better than expected. Only one slight issue...one side of the sofa is not so comfortable, sinks way down (might have to do with the sofa bed inside). Very quiet, restful location in the off season. Look forward to staying here again.

I would have planned on cooking more had I known how great the cookware selection was. Beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was a great addition. Views from home are nice and the Gondola and hot tubs are what really make this home extra special. Only thing negative I can say is the Couch was not very comfortable, but we didn't spend much time on it. Highly recommend staying here!

I would have planned on cooking more had I known how great the cookware selection was. Beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was a great addition. Views from home are nice and the Gondola and hot tubs are what really make this home extra special. Only thing negative I can say is the Couch was not very comfortable, but we didn't spend much time on it. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect getaway
We had a great experience at this beautiful property which started right off the bat as the property manager was very responsive and communicative when I had questions. The townhome itself is very nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our entire group (4 adults and 1 toddler) and had large modern bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need…A few things to note regarding the kitchen / cooking (I found out via property manager): there are two types of coffee makers (Keurig and traditional) and the grill is electric. The location is convenient to downtown, plenty of areas to walk around in the morning and close to lots of helpful conveniences (liquor store, grocery store and Starbucks). We would love to stay here again in the future and have no complaints or issues.

This property was everything we expected’. We had 3 couples in our group and we all had our own bed and bath and the common areas were plenty big enough for all of us. The home had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool and hot tub area was great. Overall a great home for a group of friends or family to hang out summer or winter!
