Modern and clean condo one block from the Pacific Ocean and one mile to the Redwoods. Fully Renovated unit offers a full kitchen, kitchen table (sits three), a cozy couch and coffee table ... a perfect space for relaxing. There is a great walking trail steps from your room, not to mention beach access where can take a stroll all the way to the lighthouse! This location is close to everything (banking & shopping + Redwoods, Lake, Smith River) including many restaurants and two grocery stores. My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Redwoods. It was clean, very nice, and is in a wonderful location. Ample parking, quick responses by owners, and a cute little town. We had a blast.

Place was perfect for a one night stay passing through. Room was clean. Host communicated quickly. The room is right on the 101 so it is a little loud but the fan in the room drowned out majority of the noise. Not a whole lot going on in Crescent City so I wouldn’t stay long

Unit was merely average. Entrance stairs are tight and challenging to carrying luggage. Bed is soft and poor for the back. Couch is uncomfortable. Stay was only one night -- thankfully.

This space was a perfect fit for our short stay in Cresent City! We were close to the water, parks, and restaurants. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfy. The road noise from 101 was noticed, but we were so tired we slept right through it. The fan helped provide white noise. We would stay here again when visiting Cresent City!

This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price.

This unit is in a building reconfigured to house a few apartments. After we figured out which door to enter, we found the unit clean and equipped with what we needed. Although we only stayed for one night while driving across the country, it would have been great for a longer stay. Enjoyed the closeness to the water and seeing the seals at sunset. A bit noisy due to being on a busy street and the TV was in the bedroom but we weren’t there a long time. Overall, nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and we enjoyed the trail mix our hosts left for us. It was close to the water and other restaurants. The town is very quiet, but we spent most of our time out near the water. Would recommend this place.

You can walk to the Lighthouse, the Rumiano Cheese Factory, to the park, and to many stores, shops, etc. The rental is above businesses and there is ample parking. Note the rentals are on Highway 101 so there is traffic noise 24/7. The hosts provide earplugs which is very kind. The bed is comfortable. Major bonus for travelers or long term stays is the laundry facilities. Kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

Not only was this property perfectly clean, the attention to details in decor and amenities made me feel as though a friend had prepared specifically for our arrival in her home. Little essentials under the bathroom sink helped me tremendously with a few necessities I found myself lacking—thank you for thinking of everything a guest could possibly need! Although it’s in a high-traffic area, we didn’t feel unsafe at all. We walked around a good bit, and the traffic noise was not loud or bothersome to us by bedtime.

Loved that it was beautifully decorated, had full size fridge and freezer, laundry facilities and a very comfortable bed. Location was a little sketchy and there was a lot of street noise. Dumpster in adjacent parking lot that we were asked to put trash in was locked. Enjoyed our overnight stay and would stay again

The place looked a bit sketch from the outside but it was really nice inside and clean. They did a great job updating the place! We parked on the street right below our room.

Positives: condo was very well kept and clean. Bed was comfortable. Modern. Friendly, responsive owners. Negatives: check in was difficult without a VRBO account, but owners were very responsive in getting things sorted out. Not a great area of town, didn't feel super safe especially at night. Loud, sits right on 101 and you can hear also hear the fog horn. Ear plugs were included, but we prefer not to use those due to our own personal safety.

This place is unexpectedly nice. The blue building it's in is a bit janky, but once you go inside, it's updated and very clean. We were a bit concerned about noise, since it's right on L Street/Hwy 101, but the noise wasn't too bad. Check in was easy, and check out was even easier (no request to wash dishes, start a load of laundry, etc. like some other places we've stayed). The Keurig and trail mix snacks were greatly appreciated. But it would have been nice to have dish soap and a Kleenex box (picky, I know). Overall, we were very comfortable- several levels above the Motel 6 across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

You can tell the owners care about the property. There were little thoughtful things from granola bars to extra personal hygiene items and soaps. It was clean and redone on the inside. Cons: noisy, police yelling in mega phones, horn all night, paper thin walls, no AC, hot and stuffy, bad smell, like when you are trying to cover a terrible smell up and mix it with an air freshener. I was traveling with my three teenage daughters and we did not feel safe. I was afraid to leave my car on the street overnight. Lots of homeless and people wandering around the area. The Redwoods State Park office next door was fully fenced and locked at night. We left after one night having not slept well due to the noise (they do provide ear plugs and we had a noise machine) smell, heat and environment surrounding the building.

Excellent place to stay. Perfect location- easy on/off of main roads, two blocks from the grocery store, very clean and we had everything we needed. It is on the corner of 101 so there is traffic noise but so is the location of every other motel or inn for this area. I never needed to communicate with the owner other than I messed up the dates of my original online booking which was no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

I rented this property for 3 adults. The property said it would sleep 3 adults. The sleeping situation for the 3rd adult was a couch. Not a pull out couch, just a couch. And the only linen provided for that 3rd person was a blanket. No pillow, no sheets. I don't think it should be advertised as sleeps three if no bedding or true sleep space is provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/dishware, except for glasses. Only a few plastic tumblers provided. Oherwise happy with property. It was clean and easy to find. But the description of sleepspace needs to be provided (and bedding should be provided!)

Great value! I was pleasently surprised by every aspect of Seaside. The booking process was quick and easy. The location was easy to find and was so close to the lighthouse, beach, and Seaquake. The room was big with a full kitchen and TV. The bed was so comfortable and the heaters worked great. All around great stay and the communication with our host was super clear and helpful. We will be returning soon!
