About this apartment rental
Located in the scenic, safe, and private residential community of West Hills. This unit comes fully equipped for the modern day traveller with quality furnishings ensuring guest comfort. Upon arrival at the entrance you'll quickly notice the community conveniences of a coffee shop/cafe, a bodega and pharmacy. There are also onsite amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, and kids playground. This community is gated and secured, with key card access and 24/7 on site security.
Our team will always be available to assist with meeting your needs throughout the duration of your stay.
Diego Martin is a town and is the urban commercial center and capital of the Diego Martin region in Trinidad and Tobago. Its location in the region is just on the south eastern border, west of the capital city of Port of Spain. It was once filled with a number of small valleys but is now a densely populated area, consisting of a cluster of communities.
Petit Valley extends from the Four Roads area all the way through the hills of the Northern Range crossing over into Maraval.

A spacious and welcoming living area with a dedicated business and work from home space awaits equipped with a Netflix/YouTube ready Smart TV and centralised AC to relax comfortably after a day or night out.
The large area sectional conveniently doubles as a sofa bed for additional guests with a fully equipped kitchen complete with pot, pans, cooking utensils and dinnerware.
It is ideal for families and groups, with an inviting eating area to enjoy local dishes.
All 3 bedrooms are furnished comfortably with queen and full sized beds inclusive of quality linens and more than ample closet space to unpack for extended stays.
A dedicated laundry room is located inside the unit complete with a washer and dryer, and an added bonus of tennis rackets and balls to enjoy the courts throughout your stay.
Our preferred team of drivers are available upon request for your convenience. This service is at an additional cost. We do recommend contacting the driver directly to receive a quotation based on your flight arrival time, and destination.

Incorrect access code caused delay in checking in but property manager responded with correct code so problem was resolved almost immediately thanks

The property was exactly as the photos depicted and we felt comfortable and safe. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and will certainly be back again. The only concern was that I called the number listed on the poster and left a message 2-3 times and didn’t get a response. However, we found everything else to be exceptional and will be more than happy to recommend it to our friends and family. Looking forward to another stay in the very near future 😊
