About this house rental

It is so easy for me to tell you about all the great things for you to do here in Sublette County: Bike paths, Walking paths, The Aquatic Center, The Mountain Man History Museum, 1000’s of acres of public land, off road bicycle trails, ATV trails, lakes, fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting, alpine & nordic skiing ( and lots of trails) & ice skating! No big box shopping for a 100 miles but do we have fun shops. The "Nested West" just down the street on the left, “Painted Pony” across the street from the courthouse, 307 Mercantile sporting goods, the quilting store, The Cowboy Shop (a favorite!), Bison’s Bounty has homemade freshly baked goods & gifts, Pine Creek Coffee a sit down coffee shop & Mountain Mocha Coffee a drive up coffee shop. 6 great eatery’s: Wind River Brewing (Pub), Stockman's (a steak house), the Wrangler Cafe & Heart & Soul Cafe the BEST breakfast menus(!), 2 Mexican Restaurants (Los Cobos & The Pato) & 1 Chinese cuisine. I love them ALL personally! Fun and sometimes interesting bars (music occasionally) & Dave’s Last Stand drive up has great hamburgers & ice cream with outdoor dining!
Don't forget to check out Geared Up bike shop for bicycle rentals (ebike"s included), Rocky Mountain Power Sports for ATV & snow machine rentals, The Great Outdoor Shop for mountaineering gear & ski rentals AND the ice cream shop located next door to the brew pub!!
One more mention of the local Lodges: Lakeside Lodge on Fremont Lake, Halfmoon Lodge on Halfmoon Lake & Boulder Lake Lodge on Boulder Lake.
Probably enough "bragging " for now but just go out & explore with a smile on your face! Keep our backcountry trails & lake beaches clean, pick up after Rover and love this place like we do thus keeping it “Our Little Slice of Heaven”!

We loved the place and location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kathryn was fabulous and responsive. Super clean, sheets and bedding were comfy and great decor.

This was such a nice place to stay. Very clean, very roomy and very cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt at home here. I really hated to leave. Kathryn was very nice and very responsive. We had a couple light bulbs that had went out and she brought us replacements very quickly. Had a electric outage, the whole town was out, and she was so kind to bring us a battery powered lantern just in case we needed it. Very sweet lady! Kept us updated on the power outage when she received info. Town park right beside the house, with a beautiful stream and nice walking path. Loved the little town of Pinedale. I would stay at this house or the other house next door next I go back to Pinedale and of course, recommend it to anyone that would be looking at this house. THanks Kathryn!

The cabin was perfect. My sister and her husband took the upstairs and had total privacy. I took one bedroom downstairs and my daughter and her man took the other. The place was so well stocked. It was right next to a beautiful park and I the center of town. We had a great vacation

Chasing snow brought us to Pinedale. This was a nice place not ideal for a four place snowmobile trailer but we made it work.

The house on Pine we stayed at was very very accommodating to our needs. Beautiful home and right next to a crick, the weather was not great, but we made the best of it and the back room worked out wonderfully for the kids. We will definitely be back and definitely will use the house again! Well done!

4 older men on a fly fishing trip. It was great to come back home each night to a kitchen stocked with what we needed to whip up supper quick or walk a few blocks to some good food. We each had our own room and shared a bathroom so comfort and space made the trip pleasureable. Beds were comfortable. Gas fireplace was nice on those chilly mornings and evenings. Enjoyed the firepit one night. Ample parking for 2 cars and 1 small boat. This really fit out needs well and Kathryn check on us to ensure we had what we need. Very pleasant.

This house was perfect for us with two separate living rooms and tons of beds. The outdoor campfire spot on the deck was great for gathering. It was located right in the middle of Pinedale, but also next to a park. The place was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute cottage with plenty of room for our family (all adult kids). Next to a park and a great deck with fire pit. Kitchen well appointed and whole house stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop. We were a bit worried about noise since it is right on the main road but very quiet at night. Definitely recommend.

This is my 4th time staying in Kathryn’s two properties, and it was great as always. The main house was very comfortable and spotless making for the perfect Memorial Day weekend getaway. Will be back again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! It’s a spacious home with plenty of beds, conveniently located right on the Main Street, within walking distance of everything in town and is right next to a park where you can often see moose. This beautiful home has a historic feel with all the updated amenities you could ever need. I highly recommend staying at Pine Creek Inn!

This house was very comfortable with many niceties thrown in. Great showers and comfortable beds, a moderately stocked kitchen had everything we needed. 20 minutes up to the White Pine ski resort/ tubing and miles and miles of perfectly groomed Nordic track. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house! Super clean, easy to access, and love that it is next to a park. We excitedly had Moose visits throughout our stay. So peaceful even being on a busy road. We had an amazing time!

This house was a perfect home base from which to explore Pinedale as well as the Wind River Range. Gorgeous setting! The house is roomy and great for multiple groups meeting up to do some hiking, backpacking and whitewater rafting. Kitchen is well appointed and we also enjoyed the outdoor grill. The house is located next to park, so bring frisbees , croquet or your badminton set. It is walking distance from a great outdoors shop as well as a fun brew pub. It IS located on the Main street in town, so traffic noise (especially in the upstairs bedroom) was present. Problem solved easily using the fan from the closet for a little white noise. There are 2 living room/family room areas, so we could play music, read and watch TV as people wanted...perfect for a multi family meet up!

Great location! Adjacent to the Pine Creek and park. Short walk to shops and restaurants. The house was sparkling clean and was fully stocked with all the necessities. We loved the town and hope to be back!

Six family members got together for a week of hiking and golf. This home is clean and very roomy. It was perfectly located on Veteran’s Park, where out hiking group gathered each night. We had 3 vehicles which we were able to park on the property. There are 2 large living room areas in the home and a large kitchen with eating area. It was great to have a washer and dryer to wash our sweaty hiking gear. This is one of the best stocked VRBO’s I have stayed in. The perfect location for accessing the many different entrances to Wind River hiking.

We had a pretty idyllic stay at the cabin. Walked to the brewery, other restaurants and could pop in and out of the adjacent park where they were having a charming festival going on. Short drive to Fremont Lake / trailheads. We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch watching the rain and the back porch as well. Good parking, cabin has everything you need. We all slept soundly even though the cabin is on the main street.... Would absolutely stay again!

Upon entering the property, we knew we were in good hands. The very clean property was well stocked with paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo, a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, silverware, extra blankets and pillows and a well functioning laundry. There’s a propane grill and lovely wood burning fire pit on the back deck. The property is adjacent to Memorial Park and Pine Creek. At this location you are within a couple blocks of restaurants and a pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day.
