Room not adequately stocked. 1 coffee pod. Asked twice to have room cleaned with fresh towels and garbage bin overflowing. We were in and out exploring area and nothing was done. Poor breakfast choices, 3 trips down to lobby for coffee, none.

We booked this hotel having stayed here before when it was owner or run by Baymont. We wish it still was owned by Baymont. The one positive item was the front desk personnel, at check in, was delightful. Now for the bad news. The pool and hot tub were closed due to the inspector shutting it down. This is what we were most looking forward to. The room was run down since the last time we stayed, the bed was old and soft, not all the lights worked, the bathroom floor was heaving, the shower required a hand to assist it to stay up, there was ONE tiny waste basket in the entire room. All in all not what remembered and with plenty of other options for lodging in this lovely town we will be trying one of them next time.

The hotel itself was fine. Pool was nice. Somehow we ended up in a handicap accessible room which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were plenty big but would have preferred 2 queens instead of double beds. My big complaint was breakfast. I wasn’t expecting fancy, but cheap store bought bread still in the bags, frozen waffles in the freezer, kids yogurt, and hospital half frozen juice cups is disappointing. They have a great space. They could put a little more effort into a decent breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and the pool and hot tub were out of service. The shower head didn't work, the breakfast was terrible, there were bad powdered eggs and mini muffins nothing else.

Room was great. Checkin was easy. Just wished that we would have been informed that there was in fact an elevator in the hotel as there was not a single sign stating it nor were we told upon arrival/ being placed on the 3rd floor. So after lugging our luggage up… finding one was rather frustrating.

Need to repair shower handles as I had cold showers the first two days. Doors are loud and slam hard. Sheets on the bed were pulling off each night. Location was nice, breakfast options could improve and open earlier then 7am

The room was just fine, but the bed was old & very uncomfortable. It was obvious in the lobby, pool & breakfast areas that some yrs back, this was a nice hotel. The rustic decor is still really good & fitting, but it needs to be updated. The pool was broken. The breakfast was so lacking that we took one look & decided to skip it.

Check in with John was excellent and very efficient. Our rooms were also excellent. Swimming pool was closed (sad) Included breakfast was lame.- only a toaster for bread, bagel, pop tarts and hot water for instant soup...a few apples and oranges

We chose your hotel on 6/23/2024 for a business trip with me and my wife. We chose your hotel because of the complementary breakfast. Your website indicates a full breakfast, and we were expecting that when they handed us the piece of paper as a voucher that we are supposed to hand the gentleman upon entering the dining area. We thought we were going to be in for a real treat because of the level of security upon check-in and how we had to show our paper and tell him our room number and then we took a seat assuming that he would come over And wait on us and ask us what we want because it seem to have that kind of ambience and then we asked what the deal is with breakfast and he pointed us over to a very poorly stocked breakfast section. That was honestly the worst breakfast section I have ever seen at a motel. I travel a lot for work and this was by far the worst. We ended up leaving and going to a convenience store to get breakfast there. You guys really need to work on proper advertising of your breakfast and also if you are going to offer that weak breakfast that you had probably layoff of all the checkpoints that someone has to go through before they enter that area. The customer is not getting much so you guys really don’t need to build it up more than it is. Additionally, the pool was out of order and closed when we were there which was also a disappointment. I will not be staying at this location Again .

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were not bed pillows. They were very small. "Continental breakfast " was disappointing. Nothing hot unless you made oatmeal. Really just grab and go snacks. Muffins were still in store packaging - not in any type of display.

We got a room with the big tub. The jets only worked on one side of the tub. The carpet by the tub was torn Breakfast was served until 9am. We got there about 8:40 the only thing left were the biscuits they made (which were delicious) and some yogurt. They weren’t out of juice and milk if you wanted to eat cereal. The fridge went out sometime in the night the last night of our stay. I expected things to be better having read the reviews. The positives were it was quiet and convenient.

The pool area was beautiful but the hours available were less than appealing. Seems like it would make more sense to open later and stay open longer. The breakfast items were a joke. Nothing hot was offered except oatmeal. Very limited choices even then.

We would stay there again. Very clean with small cafe in the building. The staff and everyone we met there was very friendly and helpful. Very "home town" feeling there and beautiful view of the mountains.

We arrived to our hotel and put our stuff in the room. We put food in the fridge and it was cold when we put it in there. Later throughout our trip we noticed the fridge had stopped working and all of our food had gone bad. There was not an employee on site! no one!!! Not a soul….They left the hotel full of guests with no one here!!! went to the front desk rang the door bell and called multiple times. Even checked the back room to see if they had fallen asleep but no one was on site. The next morning locked myself out of my room and still no one there to helps us. Luckily I found my key and we packed up and left. So unprofessional and unsafe to leave a hotel full of guest with no one there. And to top it all off our jetted tub did not work that we paid extra for also no one on site to help with that issue or ask for refund or some kind of compensation. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Room was clean. Bathroom door... the door handle was installed backwards. You can not close the door fully or lock it. No Bathroom exaust fan or it was not working properly. Bathroom filled with steam thick. Minor cosmetic issues. But the front counter staff was kind polite and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

An old baymont turned into the Pinedale hotel and suites. Some remnants of the baymont remain and it has t changed much since we stayed there then. The lobby area is warm and inviting. Did have some mild plumbing issues but they were kind when it was reported. Comfy bed and that’s what really matters.

Nice staff. Hot tub and pool was nice. There was no heat in the hallways or our room. It took an hour to heat our room up. Probably won’t return in the winter time.
