The J's Nest Deluxe is the perfect property for family reunions and friends wine tasting get away! The main house has four bedroom plus Den/Game Room and three baths, this 3,000 square foot single-level home offers panoramic views overlooking the South end of Lake San Antonio. The great room (living room, dining and large kitchen) boasting forever views. With a huge rock gas fireplace and the dining room, and the kitchen showcases a large island offering additional eating at the counter. The kitchen is amazing and has all the kitchenware and tools for the chef. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. DirecTV is offered, and the home has access to internet WIFI. BBQ station for cooking and entertainment, and plenty of outdoor seating. The lounging furniture is perfect to relax and have a beverage while watching sunsets or viewing the lake. Once outside you can play some Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Ring Toss, Basketball and Darts. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit for a dip in the Hot Tub. You can also enjoy the theater/game room with flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and plenty of movies and games for everyone to enjoy. ~~~~~~~~~~The J's Nest Cottage is 100 feet from the main house. It is comfy, private and has a beautiful deck. Enjoy the views with your morning coffee or a glass of wine and the stars at night! Every detail of this cottage will make your stay enjoyable. If you had a long day of hiking or playing on the lake, each room is comfortable and cozy and has its own TV. My extended family and I spent a few days and we enjoyed ourselves. It was very convenient to have the place stocked with little things we forgot to bring ourselves. Didn’t have to do a quick run down to the store for small items. Kids had fun and played with the games in the house. Adults were able to connect and talk to one another without it feeling crowded. Overall, it was great and having good AC was perfect in the heat. We saw shooting stars late in the middle of the night. Great place to get away to!

I filled out a review from Paso Robles that has a full explanation. Everything was great except for a broken toilet which was between 2 bedrooms housing 4 parents and 5 children. These families had to use the 2 baths in the 2 master bedrooms.The door of the broken bathroom had to be closed as the odor was horrible.The shower and sink could not be used.

The property was listed under Paso Robles when the actual location was Bradley. House was in good condition but we were not allowed access to the garage nor setting the A/C below 72 degrees when the temperature was 110 outside. Took quite a while at night for the house to cool down enough for a comfortable sleep. Host, however, was helpful and responsive.

Simple check-in and out, breathtaking views, comfortable and well-equipped house with plenty of space for multiple families traveling together, as well as tons of toys and activities for the littles. The J's Nest Deluxe is hidden away between two lakes near Paso Robles. We loved waking up to deer on the hillside, birds in the trees, and rabbits hopping around the property. The house had plenty of games and books, wifi, and TVs in just about every room. The outside deck has beautiful views down to Lake San Antonio where deer, cattle, and boar come to the lake to drink. Our stay was perfect aside from a groundwater issue with the well that permeated the house with a strong sulfur smell (really need to address that somehow). Other than that, it was great; close enough to highway 1 to visit Hearst Castle and the tide pools. Far enough away from town to allow for a wind-down from city life. Overall, we loved it!

This was our 3rd time visiting the J’s Nest because of how much we love it! Booking with PRVR is a breeze and their staff is always more than accommodating. However, because we love it so much, there are things we would like to bring to attention- 1) when we arrived, granted, it was 2:45 so 15 min before check in, there were occupants in the house (we think the owners?). We had to wait for them to clean, prep, and exit in a hurry. This meant perhaps things were not cleaned to what they normally are when we arrive. The floors were clearly in need of a vacuum and mop, there were also little gnats throughout the home along with a few other various bugs we encountered while sitting at the table and couch. None of these were a terrible inconvenience (although the bugs were very annoying) but, as I said, we adore this property and because we know and have experienced the potential it has, we needed to make management aware asap.

Our youngest daughter was first to arrive at the J's Nest and she has high standards, so when she texted the rest of us as we were on our way and said, "This place is AWESOME," I knew we had made the right choice. The main house and the "cottage" (a 3-BR, 2 BA, fully-equipped house!) were spacious, clean, and furnished to the hilt. The main house even had a room with toys for the little ones to play with. There was, I think, a TV in the living room and in every bedroom, enough kitchen utensils to prepare a feast for an army, a spacious patio our grandchildren enjoyed playing on, an outdoor BBQ, a "fire table" (as my kids called it) that kept us warm in the evenings, and basically, everything we could have needed. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations! It was wonderful!

Upon arrival we were delighted at the property from a distance! As we entered the front door we were greeted with a messy porch, unraveled hose, broken solar lights and many, many cobwebs on the front porch. This encouraged us to really check other areas of the property. Rather than going on and on about the rental- I would rather be fair in saying that Paso Robles Vacation Property took care of sending up a maintenance man to fix all the issues. He worked along side my husband fixing all the issues for our first full day. The management company was fabulous and the rest of our week was delightful. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped as I love to cook for a big family. Plenty of room for a large party and ample seating outdoors as well. The lake was a short drive away and we had plenty of room to park our boat and 4 other cars with ease. The house is definitely 100% cleaner than we found it and ready for the next vacationer. I would recommend this rental. Follow Waze to get to the property with ease and try not to travel at night- its tricky to find on the first day.

J's Nest was a great place to gather with our family for 5 days! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook most of our meals, plenty of towels, and activties and games to keep everyone entertained. Due to the location, we didn't venture out much, but it was ideal to view the meteor shower! There was an issue with the air conditioning leaking, but the maintenance guys were prompt and did what they could. This is a perfect place for a stay-cation!

We had an amazing experience at the J's Nest. You have no neighbors so noise isn't an issue and the most stunning view to wake up to. They have games like corn-hole, ping pong, paddle ball, ring toss, jenga, etc along with lots of lounge areas. The main house is large with lots of open space and the cottage down the driveway is perfect for the additional couples. The house was clean with plenty of towels for both showers and hot tub. Everything was in working order and the management company was very responsive. My only callout is that Apple Maps takes you down the street about a mile so make sure to check your location ahead of time. The turnoff off the road is a small road that's difficult to notice at night that winds up a narrow, rugged driveway up to the house. Would definitely recommend staying here.

J’s Nest was the perfect place for a group of 11 adults (couples and singles) to gather for a long weekend 65th birthday celebration. We love to cook and between the two kitchens, we had everything we needed. The open living space in the main house was perfect for smaller groups to play games, do puzzles, talk and cook and still all be together. The weather prohibited our using the outdoor space most of the time, which was too bad because it also had everything anyone could want to have a great time outside. The bedrooms were all good size and the bathrooms excellent. It had countless nice touches.

The J's Nest was perfect for our group. Fit us perfectly. Was fully stocked. The only two negatives was that there appeared to be a surround sound/speaker system that there were no instructions for. If there is a house sound system, it would be nice to be able to plug into it. And there should be a set of separate towels to use for the hot tub vs having to use the bath towels and now you have no towels to use for when you shower unless you wash them. I don't go on vacation to do laundry. Oh and there was no regular spatula. Only the big metal kind for the grill. No plastic spatula for just making eggs or grilled cheeses. But other than those couple things, it was great. Super comfy beds in the primary bedrooms. Oh and get a bigger sign off the road and maybe add some lighting. Coming up in the dark, you can't see anything.

This property was perfect for our friends reunion of fifteen. Plenty of room and an awesome patio overlooking a beautiful valley with plenty of comfortable patio furniture to accommodate everyone. We booked the J's Nest for a family get together including 10 adults plus many kids. We are spread out all over the US so this was a great opportunity for us to get together after a long time. We had planned lots of excursions to nearby places, fireworks in paso robles, a pismo beach visit and vineries. However once we got there we loved the place so much we just stayed there for 3 days which helped us all catch up and for cousins to play together. There are many indoor and outdoor activities for the adults and kids and the nearby Oak Hill Market is well stocked making feeding everyone easy. We loved it.

The most amazing escape
They house is gorgeous, tons of room, so many amenities including an airfryer, crockpot, instant pot, bbq and more! But the biggest perk is the porch and view. We hardly spent any time inside. Thank your for the wonderful visit!
