With 1700 sq ft of space, located in a tranquil neighborhood where our street ends at the Garden of the Gods, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Keep an eye out for the deer that often wander through the area and the horses that walk by multiple times a day!

We spent 4 nights with my dog and several family and friends at this property. It worked perfectly for what we needed!
The kitchen was very well appointed with all necessary spices and appliances.
The batrooms were functional and attractive, the bedding was comfortable, and the living spaces were comfortable and welcoming. I especially loved the turntable and vinyl albums.
The location was amazing as well; near the downtown Manitou Springs and Colorado City areas. I would stay here again!

We stayed for five nights in this lovely home, centrally located with quick, easy access to the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak. The house was very comfortable and spacious. Megan is an excellent host and provided a well-stocked and clean rental home. The modern architecture of the home is very appealing. The street the house is on is ideal for quiet, relaxing walks and takes you right into Garden of the Gods (a nice, 7-minute walk). This is an excellent VRBO rental, and we highly recommend it!

The house was everything advertised. An accessible walkout balcony from either upstairs bedroom and a nice seating patio downstairs with a gas grill and fire pit. Easy five minute walk to a Garden of the Gods trail (climbing on the rock formations was a favorite for the kids and it’s FREE)! Easy access to everything you want to visit. Nearby horse stables come by the front with all the daily tours. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were all very clean and stocked. Megan was GREAT at communicating quickly any time we had a question! Check in was a breeze! I would highly recommend this house if you are visiting the area!!!

The house was clean and well stocked with all the usual shampoo, soap, etc and things I consider extra and very nice like sunscreen. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was an easy walk to Garden of the Gods and a short drive from Manitou (Pikes Peak and hiking). This was my first VRBO experience and the owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Located on a quiet street with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pile’s Peak, and Air Force Academy. House had everything we needed for our stay except laundry, but there was a laundromat 5 minutes away. Great communication with owner and no issues during our stay. Would do it again!

Property was great for our vacation to visit family. Well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, a nice living room, fantastic shower heads all helped to make this place perfect for us this week. Also enjoyed being able to walk to the Garden of the Gods from the house.

This home is very welcoming! Spur of the moment trip in late October, but Megan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home was very clean and comfortable with so many little touches to make it homey and included a lot of personal items that travelers can easily forget. The only negative is that there is no access to a washer and dryer for longer stays, but my experience for a 2 night stay was excellent. 5 stars!

Our family stayed here during USAFA Parents’ Weekend. The beds were comfortable so our Doolie was able to get much needed rest. The kitchen had everything we needed to provide him with wholesome, home cooked meals. The neighborhood was quiet and he was able to get in some casual runs. Conveniently located, this property fit the bill perfectly for what we needed. Management was extremely easy to work with and accommodated our requests. Recommend 100%!

Let me start by saying this was probably the cleanest home I have ever been in. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. That's a big +++ from my perspective.
I have stayed at a couple dozen properties over the years during our travels and this home is without question in my top three for overall attention to detail by the owner.
The kitchen was very nicely stocked and all of the cookware and dishes were organized and in the proper quantities. I highly recommend this property for your family.
The mid-century modern feel was cool and all of the other furniture and beds were in good condition and comfortable.
It was in a good central location to all of the sites and activities that we were planning for our trip, so everyone was pleased and happy with our choice.

Everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, beds and living room were comfortable. There is an outlet in each of the bathrooms and the water stayed hot through many showers. Google and Alexa speakers were present along with Roku on the TV. Wifi was present and good for phone use.

This property is very close to manitou springs and old Colorado Springs city. So much to do around this area! Took very little drive time for us to visit what we wanted- pikes peak, the springs, the caverns, etc…

Great location and condo was fully loaded. Very kid and toddler friendly. Had gates and toys which was terrific. Old Colorado city trail is right up the hill and within minutes to garden of gods and downtown manitou springs and old Colorado city. Both great! Never found access to laundry but didn’t need due to short visit! Overall great rental!

Megan was very communicative throughout the entire process. She helped me add an extra day, offered to set up a Christmas tree for us, and we found the place stocked with a pack n play and toys for our 2 year old. The location was excellent- within a few blocks of Garden of the Gods- and everything was clean and functional with fun additions such as music and board games. My family was traveling to Colorado Springs for a wedding, we were lucky enough to find this unique gem on the door step of Garden of Gods, walking distance to Academy Stables, in a quiet neighborhood with deer visiting daily and the clip clop of horses walking past from G of G to the stables.
Close (bike or less than 3 min drive) to numerous restaurants and activities with a host that cares and responds to questions quickly.
My family (kids) already asking to return.

This adorable space was perfect for our quick stop to see the Co Springs area. The additions to the home like the record player were a huge hit with my kiddos! They loved learning about records and singing and dancing to Fleetwood Mac and Johnny Cash!
The house was in immaculate condition and very cozy. The new smart heater system was alerting our host that we may not be getting warm, and Megan reached out immediately to check on us! It was nice to know she was available and attentive to our needs!
Co Springs wasn’t our jam, but this house was a little oasis! Nestled off a dead end street, you could forget you were in the midst of hustle and bustle.

Centrally located from all we wanted to do while in Colorado Springs. The grandkids enjoyed watching the horses go by each day and walking to part of Garden of the Gods was nice. There was even a large dog kennel we used for our puppy that gave her more room then the travel kennel. Would stay here again.

Peaceful & Comfortable
This location is great, right on the border of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, and super close to Garden of the Gods. Every morning we enjoyed watching horseback riders amble down the quiet street while drinking coffee. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We had a delightful stay.

My family stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed it. We were out and about for much of the weekend so we didn't take full advantage everything it offers but the ambience is nice. It's proximate to Manitou Springs by car and, of course, Garden of the Gods by bike, horse, or foot.
