POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Designed by noted architectural firm Hutker Architects, this modern interpretation of a classic farmhouse with pool and Carriage House, is sleekly set on three acres in a quiet Katama neighborhood.

The stunning room features 16-foot vaulted ceilings with vintage beams and trusses, plus a fieldstone fireplace, and large windows with views over the surrounding meadows. The state-of-the-art Chef's Kitchen features limestone counters, prep island/breakfast bar with quartz and oak counters, and commercial stainless appliances. The monochromatic grey and white color scheme from the Great Room is carried throughout the compound.

All of the bathrooms are nicely outfitted with Restoration Hardware vanities and quartz counters. There is a Media Room/Lounge on the lower level with media center, built-ins, sofa and chairs, plus half bath. There is a Sonos sound system throughout.
The Carriage House suite above the garage features an open design with vaulted ceiling and vintage beams. There is sleek outdoor space as well, including a covered porch with outdoor fireplace off the Main House Great Room, and a large, heated 18 x 40-foot gunite pool and bluestone patio with lounging and dining areas. The property is ideally located midway between South Beach and Edgartown Village, with the bike path and Katama General store nearby.

The house was beautiful - it had plenty of space with a large kitchen family room. The outside area/pool was so well designed. We enjoyed the outside fireplace and swing. We were happy to have two refrigerators, washer/dryer and plenty of bathrooms. It was a private house but perfectly positioned between Edgartown and Katama. We loved it
