Great location, wonderful view from patio. Laundry room in basement. Hot tub by other buildings, a bit of a walk.

The property was exactly as shown. The view was spectacular. We found the property clean and well stocked. We would love to stay again. It suited are needs and the view exceeded our expectations. We stayed in another condo unit previously, we love the location of these condos. Thanks for a great sray!

The condo was nice and we enjoyed the stay. The only maintenance item that could be addressed is 3/4 light bulbs in the main bathroom were out. But, that was a small concern. Overall, it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great property - a couple things could use some work some of the eyes on the stove did not work, dishwasher is falling apart but everything else was great!
Not a fan of the new 1 key in a lock box system Vacasa seems to have implemented super annoying compared to just giving your group a door pin #. The key sucked and was very difficult to open the door.
Ski in/out is a little suspect but it does exist, just know if you snowboard, you're walking.
Pool/Hottub closes super early ~8pm but the set up was great and both were looked after and cleaned really well.
Everything was clean in the condo and the beds were comfy! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Took my family and I a couple of tries to notice where the signage was for skiing in and skiing out, but once we figured that out it was a great location. The sofa bed priced to be a very firm mattress but, all and all, we were satisfied with the amenities

The view was worth the price alone. This is a top floor corner unit with an amazing view of the entire Steamboat Spring base area. You can see people ski and ice skate from your window!

Unit has a great view. It is quite dated. I had to fix some burners on the stove. I called the management to fix it on different occations. And when the person came on the third day, he did not fix anything, including a closet that was broken and every item I placed my concerns, they never fixed in our 8 days stay. I hope to get some refund for fixing the stove and spending my very anticipated vacation time, trying to solve problems that were not my job. I payed a management fee for something
Also, it is quite a hazzle to ski in. I have stayed in Storm Meadows Club A, B and C seventeen times and this is the most dated and difficult apartment of them all. I hope the owner and management take notes, so they get better reviews in the future.

The views are fantastic from this condo! It is not walkable to the base or downtown. There is a shuttle that comes twice an hour to go to the base-only between 8-5pm. Uber was easy to use to go to the base outside of the shuttle hours, or downtown. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets. Vascasa customer service was helpful and very responsive when we needed more of something or had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here. We could ski in/out with 10 year old, 8 year old, and 5 year old. We also loved the amenities that come with the condo. We used pool/hot tub each afternoon and made fires every evening. Thanks for making our family memories wonderful at Steamboat!

Dated but functional condo. All expected amenities were there except for tissue (Kleenex) which we bought. Hair dryer in master stopped working after a minute or two. Humidifier in master bedroom was missing a part, but the one in the second bedroom worked. Need to replace the first one or find the missing part.

Loved this place! Unfortunately, we had to ski on fake snow, but did have enough to use the ski in/out one time. Location is absolutely perfect. The view is unbeatable.
I had a couple questions once we checked in and they were so quick to get me an answer.
Can't say enough good things. We'll be back!

Great, comfortable vacation condo with everything on hand for an easy stay. Wonderful onsite amenities (pool and hot tub) and condo shuttle to the resort (would have been ski to the resort but there was not enough snow for that). Easy parking and good ski lockers. Well thought out ski/mountain condo in a great location!

This was a great home base for our week spent in Steamboat over the summer. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, and I liked that one of the bedrooms had a pocket door to open up during the day. The kitchen is a bit sparse on amenities but has most of the basics. There is no A/C but with the windows kept open at night it wasn't an issue. The view from the corner balcony is incredible.
Pool: our kids loved sending hours in the heated pool and hot tub. It's a short walk but not too bad. There are towels available on site and plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade.
Resort: There is walking access to the ski resort for both hiking and biking. We liked hiking the Zigzag trail in the morning and evenings to beat the midday heat. We also bought lift tickets to do downhill mountain biking which was a blast. We managed to find bike storage beneath the stairwells on the ground level of the condo though they were not at all obvious.
Town: It's about a 15 min drive to downtown. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays during the summer months, plus other touristy things like alpine slide, Fun Park, botanic gardens, Strawberry Hot Springs, etc.

Loved the end unit in the 4th floor. The deck wraps around for beautiful scenic views. This unit is <800 sq ft which was plenty of room for only two of us but it is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Having 2 spacious baths is key and that is the case with this unit. The free bus service to the base is also a major perk. Literally picks you up outside your front door. Great amenity when trying to take the fewest steps possible in ski boots.

Smelled like mildew, then like weed thanks to the neighbors. Sheets seemed dirty, probably just old but the top blankets were dirty. Table was sticky. The hot tub/pool were a hike through snow. Then the elevator was out of order so that was fun getting our family in ski boots down 4 flights of stairs. Not my best stay in Steamboat.

The view was amazing from the corner unit on the top floor. Even a good size, but narrow wrap around The Pool and hot tub were a bit of a trek from this building - but I wouldn't trade it for the view or the ski access. The hot tub is not very big - but the heated pool is there as an option or a place to wait your turn.
Building C location was great- we were able to take advantage of the Ski Out/Skin In path behind our building. Yes - you need to be at least a decent skier, but it was totally do-able. Snow boarders probably have to walk a bit on the way back to the building - there are NO signs guiding you - so go look for it or ask another resident. Ski locker was in a location to easily access the door to go out for skiing. Plenty big for lots of equipment.
I was worried after reading reviews regarding the bathrooms - they are FINE. Yes, they are dated but not worn or dirty. It was ideal having 2 full baths as well!
The kitchen was was fine - one burner didn't work on the stove but we didn't need it. Glassware the adequate - nothing fancy.
Absolutely would book here again!!

Great view. Kitchen had everything. Hooks and cubbies for jackets and ski stuff. Not a true ski in and out. Skiing out pretty easy skiing back is a little harder more poling back but better than walking. Hot tub great but a little bit of walk. Now that we figured everything out would rent again.

The Mountain View’s can’t be beat! It’s so private that you don’t even need to close the draperies or blinds in the night.

Ski trip
The property is ski in/out, but not walking distance to the base. So once the lifts stop, the base is only accessible by car. The shuttle appeared to stop at 4:50pm. The kitchen was stocked as well as any recent rental. Having 1 physical key is very inconvenient with a family or group. The unit itself was very comfortable.

Great location!
Loved the ski in/out area. Worked really nice with not having to take a shuttle to the lift. Thanks again!

Condo Club C
We did not realize the shuttle had only daytime hours to the base area and there are very limited options for getting around steamboat for food etc. Unit had only one garbage bag. The ski locker and access to ski in/out was cumbersome for our small group as it required a key and there was only one.

Very comfortable and well equipped
Lovely views and very well equipped for short-term use, ie TP, soap, towels, dish deterg. Only negative is that it can't get cool in very hot weather.

it overlooks the Mountain Coaster ride.

Storm Meadows - 411C - was a clean and well-furnished unit. It is located high above the valley, about half-way up the mountain which provided good views. Access to the ski village is either ski down via the trail and the `greenway` or - absent snow - walk down the trail to the greenway. If you choose to walk, you will have to walk back up the hill...about one-half mile. There is a shuttle that comes to the building in ski season but there is none off-season. The free city bus is accessible one-half mile down the mountain and runs on regular 15-minute intervals. The building was quiet-I don`t believe we ever heard activity from other units. Though we stayed on the fourth floor, there was an elevator to ease the convenience. There are ski lockers located on the first floor which came in handy for stowing our camping gear, and the trash is located on the second floor on the way out the door. The only negative would be a full parking lot on Labor Day weekend. Other than that...it was all positive. The booking was easy to make and completed quickly. Arrival instructions, delivered promptly, were clear and easy to follow, including driving directions. Questions sent via email and phone were answered quickly and issues resolved - the outdoor chairs were damaged and once we alerted Brad, he delivered new chairs within a couple of hours. The view from the condo is fantastic and we enjoyed hours sitting outside gazing at it. The beds are so comfortable with new, lovely bedding. The pool was great and on-site staff was responsive. The condo itself could use updating- some elements are a bit worn and dated. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed staying in this unit!
We truly enjoyed staying in this unit, along with all of the amenities the resort has to offer. Everything you need for your stay is in the condo. My son said the pull out couch was comfortable. I could not work the dryer, I messaged the Property Manager. They came over the next morning with a solution. Will stay here again!

Our family loved our stay in this nice condo!
Our family loved our stay in this nice condo! We enjoyed the view of the Colorado Rocky Mountain sunsets on the balcony! Close access to fishing at Stagecoach and the Yampa river and hiking trails! It was a wonderful place to come back to after spending time in Steamboat! We had all that we needed to cook and enjoy our freshly caught fish! The king size bed was very comfortable and our boys enjoyed the hideaway bed! Everything about our stay was enjoyable and smooth.

Great view
This condo has a great view and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day of skiing! The condo is a bit dated, but overall quite comfortable and clean. The ski storage locker was great and convenient to use. The ski in/out works well for intermediate/experienced skiers, but a bit more difficult for beginners. So, it is nice there is a shuttle during the day for easy travel to/from the gondola. But, it would be a great addition for the complex to have a shuttle available for use at night for travel to/from town. (Or it would be nice for the shuttle to continue service to the base at night in order to have easier access to the bus system.) Uber and Lyft often do not have cars available and getting to town without a personal car is a bit of a challenge. The bus system in Steamboat is great, but it's approximately a 20-25 minute walk to the bus. The arrival information was detailed and easy to follow and Brad was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

I came with some bodies from high school for a long ski weekend and we had a great time. It was my first time to Steamboat and it was fantastic. Skiing was awesome and weather was great. We enjoyed the condo for this group of guys. I will say that if the wives would have been in tow the accommodations wouldn’t have suited them well. The condo is older but has everything you need if your there to ski. The kitchen is stocked and the twin bed I slept in was okay comfort. There is a ski locker on the bottom floor that was great to unload before going to room. Technically it is a ski in/ski out but you have to do some work getting in and out. Not the ski in I expected. If you night ski there isn’t a way to get back to the condo unless you use a Lyft which was available. There are definitely truer ski in/ski out condos right on the mountain if you looking for that. I would definitely rent the condo again because the price was great and had everything we needed. Ski haus was recommended by rent company and they were awesome. Overall great trip. Just know it’s not the ritz but great views and easy to get around.
