We picked this property because it sounded like just what we needed for a short vacation. It fit the bill. Very cozy. The owner was super nice and responded to questions immediately. We didn't prepare any meals but everything was there to do so. Likewise, the "in case you forgot" selection was quite comprehensive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was convenient to lots of things to do in the area. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Nice private patio to sit out on. Cottage was very clean, nice goody basket, refrigerator stocked with waters and sodas. Bed could use a box spring to make it more comfortable.

Enjoyed the mid-coastal area of Maine and our accommodations were fabulous. Clean, cute cottage with wonderful gardens. The owners were helpful and always available if there was a need. Loved our visit and would like, very much to return. Thank you!!

We enjoyed everything about the place. The owner which maintains the place in top form was around and very personable. We loved every day we were there and Seoul’s definitely stay there again!

The property was well kept and maintained. It's in a very private setting. This was the third time we have stayed here. Need I say more?

19 Birch Lane is in the perfect location on the mid-coast. My husband and I were able to take several day trips and return at night to our own little oasis. The cottage was very nice and the amenities were so thoughtful. The welcome basket and “In case you forgot” basket were nice touches. Beautifully decorated as well. And, the stars at night were magical. Totally enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week at this little cottage. The arrival welcome package was a very nice welcome gift.
It was a perfect Midcoast Maine location. The owner Aric was fantastic to rent from and had many great suggestions for us. Thank you again

The property was clean and tidy. It was a cozy little cottage in an area that was off the beaten path but close to Maine’s beautiful coastal towns.

Cottage was simple and clean, with a nice kitchen.

This property was wonderful! It was secluded and very peaceful. We felt safe at all times and the host was great! They provided us with several local activities and restaurants and almost did them all. We will definitely be coming back to the area in the future!

This was the second time that we stayed at this property.
For us it is centrally located on the mid coast and is near every place we like in Maine. The hosts hospitality is exceptional. The cottage has every convenience.

This is a wonderful private cottage. Aric has gone over the top with special treatment for his guests, including a bottle of wine, snacks and cold drinks, topped off with a basket of "in case you forgot" items. The cottage is super clean and perfect for a couple, including all that you might need in the kitchen, a private outdoor patio with fire pit and gas grill. Thanks for a great week!

Beautifully appointed cottage, quiet location, close to ocean, local towns and markets. Spent 10 days reading, cooking, swimming and relaxing in the area in late July. Great outdoor shower, nice and private patio with morning sun. Efficient AC. Situated on a nice property with a main house and a great big garden. Private, romantic and calm. We enjoyed it so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. It is newly built and immaculately clean. It has a charming private patio with a bbq and a real fire pit (all the makings of a fire provided). The cottage is even nicer in person than in the photos.
The decor is lovely and the hosts have left thoughtful items throughout for their guests to enjoy. Everything from information about nearby attractions to toiletries to welcome snacks. They make you feel very at home.
The upstairs has an AC unit but even on the hottest days of the summer we just had the windows on either end of the room open at night and got a lovely breeze. The bathroom has a huge shower.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our whole family has been coming to Tenant's Harbor for many years. As the family has grown, my wife an I have been looking for our own little spot near the family that allows us to also have some time to ourselves. This was the perfect spot. It's a cute little cottage with everything a couple could want. There was also a lot of extras at check-in, including a bottle or wine, cheese, crackers, chocolates, coffee pods, etc. The only slight issue was the internet. The booster in the cabin kept dropping the connection. When connected it was fast enough so there weren't really any issues buffering to watch a movie, however I wasn't able to zoom in to work. If you are looking for a budget friendly spot that is near to everything the midcoast has to offer, you should definitely consider this cottage. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

It was clean and cozy. It wasn’t too far from town, and the “in case you forgot” basket was very considerate.

We loved the cottage. Even before opening the door, we oohed and ahhed over the landscaping. The patio area was completely private due to well kept plants. It smelled amazing and we loved the grill and fire pit.
When we entered the cabin, Aric had left us a “starter basket” which we appreciated. We were able to wait on the groceries until we weren’t so exhausted. The cottage was immaculate and super cute. The tv was easy but we only used it a couple of times,
The shower was fantastic. It’s enormous and super clean. I sincerely appreciate coming in to nice, clean towels and the bed already made.
The only con was the bed itself. The mattress needs support…either box springs or a wooden platform underneath. It was so uncomfortable, I moved to the couch a couple of times but that’s no fun on a romantic vacation.
The swimming hole was awesome and we were able to go the the shore, River, lake etc in no time. The swimming hole was in walking distance though. There are so many wonderful restaurants but we also cooked at the cottage.
I encourage you to book the cottage,,,

Accurate description of property and amenities. Owners provided extra snacks in fridge and counter. Steps to bedroom upstairs a little steep for suitcase carrying so we kept them in the living area which was convenient. Lovely outdoor lounge area . Convenient to area attractions and off the beaten path. All in all a great choice.

This is one of the best properties I've stayed. The cottage is adorable, clean, modern, and has so many details that make it special. There is a swimming pond nearby that is warmer than the air outside. We loved the stunning sunsets, the quiet, and we were able to telework with Aric's super fast wifi.
