About this house rental
Come enjoy Montana's natural beauty from the comfort of this newly-built, well-appointed house located within easy walking distance to downtown Missoula. It is the ideal base camp for a visit to the city of Missoula, or for your peaceful outdoors getaway.
The light-filled house has everything you need and more, with an open-concept, upscale gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room, a cozy private deck, a private downstairs 2nd family room, and laundry area. It is extremely well-stocked for cooking and lounging, with luxury, high-quality finishes: concrete counter tops, rough hewn lumber stairs and accent walls, stainless steel appliances, and solid wood shelving, with a clean, neoWestern vibe.
Enjoy your views of the hills, mountains, trees, and a park with a playground across the street.
Whether you are coming to explore Montana's many outdoor recreational opportunities, including rafting, fly-fishing, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, camping, skiing, or hunting, or just coming to explore beautiful and bustling Missoula, with local stores and restaurants just a few steps away, you can count on returning to this spacious townhome at the end of the day.
Private one-car garage and additional private one-car off-street parking included, although nearby on-street parking is generally easy to find.
Our home away from home has a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a queen bed and two small children's sleeping pads in the elevated children's nook off the other upstairs bedroom, and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. (Comfortably sleeps 6 adults, plus any additional children.)
Ductless AC is in every bedroom and in both living rooms.
Both TVs are smart TVs, with internet-streaming services included, but no cable. We include Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, and Apple TV subscription services.
We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when we come to stay.
There is a train that cuts right through Missoula. We are not close to the crossing, so train horns are not a problem, however there are other train noises (from un/coupling and passing by) that may bother some people, especially if windows are open. We do provide a white noise machine in every bedroom in case that is an issue for you.
Please contact us before booking more than 1 year out, so we can verify availability and rates.
* No pets, no outdoor grilling, no smoking or vaping , including on the outdoor balcony, and no parties (groups much bigger than guest numbers and/or kegs, drinking games involving spilled alcohol, loud late music, etc - basically anything that will make neighbors or housekeeping staff unhappy.) Any violation will result in an automatic $200 additional fine, both to cover additional cleaning costs, and to deter violations, in addition to the cost of any cleaning costs above that amount.*

We loved our home away from home in Missoula. The place was perfect! Comfy, clean, new, modern and easy access to all we needed in Missoula. Our family will stay here again!

This VRBO is so convenient to downtown Missoula and was a great space to accommodate all 5 of us. The listing was very accurate, and low-key luxury describes it perfectly. Very well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. The communication was great with the owners too. I highly recommend.

We had a very quick stay at this home returning from Glacier for our flight home the next day. The house is lovely -and our adult children especially loved the modern/urban finishes. The kitchen island is epic! Front of house is across from a lovely park. The back/garage backs up to an industrial area. Nice choice in downtown Missoula.

Modern, clean, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to town and there is a great little coffee shop two blocks down the street. I highly recommend this rental.

This was a great place in Missoula. It was clean and the kitchen had everything including coffee. There were 6 of us and with 3 bedrooms, it worked great. There is hideaway bed in the family room so it could accommodate a couple more people.

The property was modern and nicely decorated. Very clean and well stocked. There were some issues though. Oven was not working properly (the stove was fine). One of the beds (sofa bed) was not prepared, it would have been nice to have the sheets ready by the sofa. The sliding door in one of the bedrooms was unstable and fell on the bed.

We stayed at this property as a rest stop to the next leg of our journey. The property was clean, well appointed, and a perfect proximity to access points of interest in Missoula.

Our girls family trip (5 of us) stayed at this condo. It’s clean and very nice. We walked downtown multiple times. Great host, excellent location, and beautiful place.

This is a beautiful property. The 3 levels makes it easy for a larger group to be comfortable and have ample space. Missoula never disappoints. Thank you for the beautiful weekend.

The location is walking distance to downtown. The house was clean but had a hard time getting the room temperature in the bedrooms to be comfortable. Had to try and adjust the thermostat and the mini splits several times.

I needed a place close to the hospital. This place is with in walking distance. It was a beautiful place to come to after sitting at my mom’s bedside. The beds and pillows were soo comfy. It was also nice and quiet. The decor was really nice. The owner had great communication. I would stay there again.

This rental was in close proximity to the hospital, and we were in Missoula for medical reasons. Very easy to walk back-and-forth from the hospital. The location is large three different levels. Kitchen was nice with a gas range, and had well appointed higher end amenities. Getting a hold of the owner was easy and quick very responsive and really easy to work with would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night to catch a concert in town. I only have pros:
Location is easy to find and we walked to dinner, the Wilma and the bars around there.
Three bedrooms, just what we needed.
Two full baths, one half by the living area.
Stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, not food! There were creamers and such though!) and comfortable living/ dining area.
If you stay longer, there is a washer and a dryer.
Parking was easy for all parties. There even is a park with playground across the street, if you come with kids.
Communication was quick and made check-in with us all arriving during different times easy!

The place was beautifully arranged with all the amenities needed to eat takeout or make large family meals. There were plenty of linens and a washer and dryer that helped out with our longer stay. We would definitely stay here again. Elinore’s check in instructions were detailed and extremely helpful. Thank you!

The experience started off a little rocky when we arrived at the location the house was 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit in beginning of November in snowy Montana, I quickly contacted the owner and after some miss communication we figured out how to get the system working. We arrived around 3 pm and by 10 pm the home was around 65 degrees. The owner worked with us for a solution to accommodate the cold. She was prompt to respond to any issues/concerns we had. The home was absolutely beautiful and fit perfect for our family to stay in including our 1 year old who loved the house.

Great gathering space in open kitchen/living room. Great bar. Nice dishes. Need new cookware, regular coffee maker. Upstairs bedrooms very small, good closet space, comfortable beds. Great bathrooms; no place to set shampoo, etc. in the shower. Some furniture needs updating. Great space downstairs.

The Best Location and Property in Missoula
Took my two college-age children for 7 nights. Missoula was our base for hiking Glacier NP, Lolo NF and Bitterroot NF. Could not have chosen a better place to stay. Clean, plenty of room, 3 bathrooms (very important), great amenities, ample parking, and incredible location.
Will stay there as each time we visit Missoula!
