This beautifully decorated and fully equipped stay features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1 garage stall. You will be walking distance from TD Ameritrade Park, Old Market, and Centurylink Center and a short 5 minute drive to the world-famous Henry Doorly Zoo. Families, business travelers, or groups looking to spend time exploring the best parts of Omaha are all welcome.
About this Townhome with an attached garage
- 1st floor - Has a private entrance with a keypad for entry, 1 parking stall in the attached garage, floating coat hooks and a closet for storage.
- 2nd floor - Open Concept living area, Kitchen with appliances, Kuerig (and K Cups) provided, condiments provided. Dining room with table and room for 6. Barstool at the kitchen island for an additional 4 to eat. Living room (Smart TV with Roku) and a pullout couch with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for comfortable sleeping. **Note: there is a convertible chair that transforms into a twin bed if needed for a 7th guest. Please let us know if we will need to accommodate 7 for your stay.
- 3rd floor - Bedroom 1 with Queen Casper brand mattress and floating headboard with USB outlets on each nightstand, attached full bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels. Bedroom 2 with Queen Casper mattress, walk in closet with in-unit laundry and detergent provided. Attached full bathroom shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels, hair dryer provided.
- Roof - Private rooftop deck with outdoor seating and beautiful views provided.
Parking is provided by way of the 1 stall attached garage. Please note that oversized vehicles may not fit in the garage. If additional parking is needed there is street parking on the West end of the townhomes on 11th St.
If you are needing to travel ways outside of your personal vehicle. Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. There are also Lime and Spin scooters located around the old market (not available in the winter). Omaha Rapid Bus Transit (ORBT) travels between 10th street and Westroads mall (102nd street) on Dodge. It is recommenced to download the MyRide OMA app to ride.
There is free high speed wifi (1 Gig speed) provided along with 3 smart TVs throughout the house.
We provide all of the linens for all of the beds including the pull out sofa. There are extra blankets and pillows located at the bottom of the stairs in the black storage bench.
All dining equipment and utensils including pots and pans are provided. The Keurig is dual use for both K cups or a pot of coffee and those both are provided.

Location was perfect for the things we wanted to do — very close to downtown. House was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again if ever back in Omaha.

Arrived late from a road trip in, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Roof top gave amazing views. Hate it was so cold but we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for your hospitality and allowing us to extend our stay by 1 day at moments notice. I'm sure we will be back and thi ls will be our home away from home. Thanks again!

Great location within walking distance of Old Market and Little Bohemia. There are lots of stairs so be prepared for that.

Adorable place. Great location. Quiet. Was perfect for two couples. Enjoyed the rooftop patio. Loved that both bedrooms had private bathrooms. Beds were comfy. LOTS of stairs! Wasn’t an issue for us but definitely could be for some. My only complaint/recommendation would be darker window coverings in the bedrooms. It was way too light and there are streetlights on all night. And perhaps add some curtains or coverings on entry level so you can’t see in all the time. If you have personal belongings sitting in there (our expensive bikes) it may entice theft. Garage is small/single but we managed to squeeze our truck in an appreciated having it off the street!

The apartment was as advertised. We did have some issues with the cleanliness when we first arrived, which was not the property manager or owner's fault. We did let the manager know about the issues that were left by the cleaners and it was fixed promptly. Over all a good stay and would stay again.

Owner was very accessible, responsive and accommodating. Generally good location if you are most interested in being downtown. The unit is generally well equipped and stocked. This property is really best suited for two adults. Four adults could not comfortably stay in the two bedrooms on the third level, but you could probably have two adults and two small children. There is just no room to move around in the bedrooms and no space to unpack or even store luggage. The "walk-in" closet in bedroom two is really the laundry room with washer/dryer and lots of other stuff. Using the sleeper sofa downstairs would be a bit of a stretch. Better hope everyone is very comfortable being close to one another. Again, it would probably work for small children. Owner needs to do a better job of providing written instructions as to how various things in the unit work.

We stayed to go to the zoo, it would have been nice to know about the stairs but other than that everything was wonderful

We came here to see what Omaha had to offer and was pleasantly surprised by the location of our Vrbo. We were able to walk to the downtown area. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly and helpful. This space has some great features. Garage parking was our first favorite. Followed by the main floor sitting area and kitchen. The bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck was the highlight for us. If you want a quiet place to unwind the rooftop was perfect. We had a romantic space to unwind before bed. We would stay here again and hope to have it available again in the future.

Awesome Stay
The place is practically brand new. Everything was very updated, clean, and modern. The location is great. The rooftop access was a great place to hang out. We absolutely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful place in a great location
This house was very nice, super clean and decorated so beautifully. We were only in town 2 nights for a concert so this location was great for us. Loved the rooftop deck and would be a fun place to hang out in the warmer months. Would definitely recommend
