Whether a rooftop nightcap on the terrace, backlit by the iconic Houston skyline or relaxing in the desert chic "Marfa" inspired aesthetic of this new luxury townhome, it stays true to the EaDo atmosphere and offers a unique experience of the city. This vibrant and sleek 3 bed / 3.5 bath home welcomes up to 12 guests that can immerse themselves in the art, food and culture that is the East End.

The 4 story open concept space boasts large windows that provide beautiful natural light throughout that leads to incomparable city views via rooftop deck and comes equipped with everything you need for an accommodating stay in a convenient location.

*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in

*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

-Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

The reason for the negative review is, on the day we were supposed to fly in, i had not heard from the property owner. I reached out to him and was told he had property damage and would be unable to host anyone. I booked this property in July 2022 and paid in full at the time. To receive no communication at all until i reached out to him was unprofessional at best. I understand that things happen but to be cancelled and then have to find a new place to stay within hours of going to the airport created a level of stress that was not needed. If i had not reached out to him i probably would have gotten to houston and been stranded searching for a place to stay. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident but either way communication should have been proactive especially if the property damage happened days prior.

We had a great time at this property in Houston! It was beautiful and had plenty of space and beds for us to spread out and have space, but still come together in the main living area. There are two levels of stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms, but our group didn’t mind much. Location was convenient and close to many of the places we wanted to go! Hosts were kind and helpful, and the cleaners did a great job along with cute towel and blanket arrangements. Overall would recommend!

The townhouse was very nice and clean. A few suggestions would be to stock it a little more. A few more towels in each bathroom, we had no dish towels and dish clothes, more toilet paper in each bathroom, we had a broom with no dust pan, aluminum foil, saran wrap and zip lock bags ect. The roof top patio had an amazing view and we loved relaxing up there in the evening but the lights on the patio were falling down, there was trash under the furniture, a couple legs fell off the patio furniture and they were really uncomfortable. The guest also should know there is three flights of stairs to the roof top patio, a lot of stairs!!! I would not recommend for older people or a family with young kids. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was very loud with people just walking around in the kitchen. I am not a light sleeper and I had problems sleeping. Maybe some more throw rugs in the kitchen would help absorb the sounds from upstairs. . I could even hear them walking up the second flight of stairs. So need less to say I didn't sleep well. The trash bins in the garage were full when we arrived. All in all the townhouse was very clean and not to far from George Brown Convention center. An uber is a must when traveling down town or around the area. The area is not the cleanest but safe. We had no worries the townhouse was very secured and we felt safe.
