The newest home at Aspen Brook, next to Rocky Mountain National Park and just steps to the Big Thompson River. Riverview Retreat offers a large great room for gathering the family, retreats, and business getaways. There are many large windows with a large, wooded lot, views of the river and a wonderful private firepit area on property. Main level bedrooms and living area, four bathrooms with four bedrooms and a fun ping pong table room for indoor fun. Riverview has a three-car garage in addition to plenty of parking on the main level front of the home. No stairs required! The natural gas Weber grill on the deck and outside seating adds to the outside enjoyment in the beautiful, natural area of Aspen Brook. No streetlights or power lines makes star gazing a must.

We absolutely loved this home and location. What a great house with 4 large Kingsize beds and bathroom. It was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful deck on the front and had a beautiful view of the river. Everything was just perfect for a great vacation.

This home had everything we needed plus! The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and all of the items needed for exploring the park were in the home to use- folding chairs, ice chest, back pack etc. we flew in so did not have any of those with us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes Park! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Best equipped kitchen in a place I have rented yet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this home made family dinners (and even having some extra guests over) possible AND easy. We had a few minor things come up and Tamara was easy to reach, quick to respond and took care of everything! It was difficult to find a home in Estes with enough bathrooms for the number of bedrooms (in my opinion), but this one worked perfectly. I highly recommend this home to other families or larger groups.

This house is set up very well for multiple couples traveling together. It's rare to find a 4 bed/4 bath house that is this well done. On top of that, the house comes stocked with many things that were unexpected. The attention to detail was evident. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into providing items guests might need for their stay. VERY clean and VERY well maintained. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time with my son from Maryland and his family together with my daughter and sister from Texas. My granddaughter who lives in Germany also joined us. All had a fabulous time and want to return! This property has all the convenience of home. We did a lot of cooking and outdoor activities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

The location of this house was perfect! It was close to town, Rocky Mountain Park, the River, & restaurants. The house was very comfortable and roomy and well stocked. We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

we are a group of 8 friends. We were visiting Colorado and were glad to find such a beautiful, well-furnished, well-maintained, meticulously arranged, invitingly decorated home. The house has very comfortable 4 bedrooms with BR. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the family area with all sorts of games, cards etc. They have a great selection of movies, books, etc. We enjoyed ping pong too. The decor is very inviting. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the home. There is ample space to sit outside on the verandah. The sound of the river flowing nearby is enchanting and kept us outdoors during the daylight. Ample parking space. The house is located in a great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors -- met them in the morning!! We all loved the place so much, we will return next time for a longer duration. Ms. Tamara was very positive, optimistic and friendly. She reached out from day one. She was always willing to help. Highly recommend this gem!!

This place is fantastic! Probably the most well appointed rental we’ve ever encountered. The artwork, decoration and furniture are so well done. So nice. So comfortable. The location was perfect for us - a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but so convenient to everything we wanted to do. This is not your average Vrbo. No, this pace is special. And Tamara was so very accommodating, above and beyond. If you can stay here at Aspen Brook, you should.

We stayed in this beautiful home last year and could not wait to come back. It is absolutely the best home for making family memories. It has absolutely everything you need for cooking, playing games, and outdoor activities. Also the most amazing fire pit area which we made s’mores a couple of nights. Our young Grandchildren loved watching the deer, elk and bunnies in the yard outside the house. They also loved the playground, we would walk down to every day and they would play, then we would all walk down to the beautiful river and sit on the swing and watch the River. The house feels like we were in the mountains, but was so close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes Park….it just had everything!!!! We already are looking forward to going back. Tamara was the best to communicate with us and we got to met her and she is just the nicest person….thank you, Tamara, for all the personal touches you put in this house that made our stay so special. We will hold so many beautiful memories forever….until next year!!!

This property was great, very modern, clean, awesome scenic location, but close to lots of activity. So good to have bathrooms for each bedroom. Lots of great amenities, worked great for our family, including 2 young children. One morning had an elk eating right under the deck, such a fun experience, would love to stay here again, host very gracious and helpful.

This home has it all! It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to town and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance; therefore, there is access to all kinds of activities. The home itself is spacious and lacks for nothing. The kitchen is well appointed and we had lovely family meals. We traveled over spring break and had snow, which was beautiful to us Texans! We would love to visit in the summer when it is a whole other kind of beautiful.

We made lots of great memories for our Christmas holiday in this home. The home met and exceeded our expectations, we made Christmas dinner and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and very gracious to let us use her sleds to take our girls out in the snow. The property is very well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was amazing! It had everything we needed during our stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked, as well as the bathrooms. The views from the house were also incredible! Excellent place to stay for our family!! This house is amazing! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable! It was like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Estes Park. There is plenty of room for a large family with 4 king beds, 2 pull out sofas, and a wonderful living room to hang out in. The area is quite and really clean. And you can see and hear the river as you relax inside or sit on the porch. We had a great time making memories in this beautiful house, and all the great things around Estes Park that it has to offer!!
