It was a gorgeous area. Everything you needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Comfortable and inviting. We came up for ice fishing and it was in the perfect area to do just that.

This was the perfect place for our crew! It was my husband and I, our two boys (12 & 10), and their Godparents. 4-wheel drive in the winter is a definite must, but that is no change for us. We enjoyed cross country skiing on the Echo Lake trails, and going into PBurg during the days. The wood stove was great and we enjoyed it while reading and playing games. My boys loved the loft and the bedrooms were perfect for the adults.

cabin was quiet and spacious. 2 beds on the main floor were comfortable. lots of sleeping space and plenty of room for a large group. unit is heated by radiant basement heat, but also has a wood stove which adds to the cozy mountain cabin feel. it was a nice spot to get away for the weekend!

Stayed in the cabin 4 nights. It is very comfortable with plenty of room and a good amount of comfortable seating. The view thru the trees and down the valley is great, and star gazing off the deck was fun. The cabin is and feels quite secluded and getting there the first time or after dark is a bit of an adventure! This cabin would work well for a family although the stairs to the loft and up to the living area would be concerning for young children/toddlers.
I would stay there again.

1000% Recommend!
I booked this property for a girl's trip to Phillipsburg. There was a mishap with their scheduling system so they ended up being double booked. Since I was the 2nd person to book I would have been out of luck.
However, the property owners were super awesome and found a wonderful solution! They offered their family cabin that they normally do not rent out so we could stay in it. The cabin was beautiful well maintained and the process of checking in was super easy.
The owners were easy to get ahold of when we had questions and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Philipsburg area!

Excellent place to stay!
Very cute and cozy cabin! Super clean place to stay, check-in was easy, and the property manager is very understanding and easy to contact! Only complaint would be the live and dead flies in the windowsills.

Spring ski trip 2022
Just returned from a lovely weekend getaway. This cabin is only about 10 minutes from Phillipsburg but far enough off the highway to really enjoy the peace and quiet. It’s very cozy, has a great wood stove and fire pit out back. Our 3 year old loved the cozy loft and claimed that as his room right away! We’ll be back!

Adorable, comfortable spot for outdoor adventures
We're a local MT family who came up for a weekend of skiing. Spotless and very spacious property with two good-sized bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and a loft, in addition to a spacious living area + kitchen. Very well-appointed kitchen that was easy to cook in and had nearly every utensil and appliance needed. Single bathroom was spacious and very well appointed with nice towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.
Comfortable beds, beautiful wood fireplace, lots of movies and games. This is a great spot to base out of for Discovery or other adventures in the area. It is a fairly steep and long road back into the woods -- both my husband and I had 4 wheel drive vehicles and the road was recently plowed, but something to keep in mind during big snow events. If accessing at night, Google Maps isn't 100% accurate for the driveway.
We came with two elderly parents and two kiddos (5 and 3). There are a fair number of open stairs, so this may not be 100% friendly for really little kids.
Overall wonderful property that we definitely want to return to! Big thanks to the hosts for sharing their space.

Awesome place
The place was super clean and stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. The location is beautiful. Be sure to follow the directions given by the owner carefully as GPS directions are a little off and will not take you right to the cabin. Great stay, lots of beds and space and a wonderfully cozy fire place. We skied at discovery and it was super close and convenient. Would totally stay here again!

Great Semi-Remote Cabin
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin, it was warm and clean. The fireplace was nice, and there was an abundance of movies and books to enjoy in our down time. We only had 3 people, but we could easily sleep another 7 or 8, there is tons of space. The Keurig was much appreciated! My only complaint was the live (and dead) flies that frequented the place, it was nothing too bad, just some buzzing here and there.
