Stayed for 6 days. Convenient. Staircases are a little narrow. Property is in a nice neighborhood. Clean. Well maintained.

Great property in a good location. Grocery store across the street. 10 minute walk to the T and 15 minutes then to downtown. Typically $15-20 Uber from city centre. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs are very steep which could be an issue for an older guest.

Cozy place close to our points of interest. It was a little confusing at first how to get into the loft ( bumped into our neighbors downstairs)) but once situated, it was no problem. Compared to everything compact and congested in Boston, the place was spacious even for my family of 4. Thanks for having us.

We had such a nice time visiting Boston!
Leonardo and Maria were perfect hosts! They responded to our messages promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. We would highly recommend this property!

This place was clean, the AC worked great and fairly close to quite a few things. Wasn't too far to the T, we paid the extra to park behind it and that was worth it-though I wish that was just included in the price. Place itself was quiet, depending on the wind direction sometimes there were airplanes overhead (as mentioned by some).
If you have trouble with stairs, this may not work for you. The stairs were pretty tight and half the time we bumped our head on the angle of the ceiling when arriving into the apartment. This is more like a studio apartment. There is a twin bed on one end, and a King on the other, I thought there would be another bed since it said it slept 4+, but there were 2 pull out twin sofa beds. The regular beds were comfortable enough, but the sofa beds were pretty hard. And it wasn't really a big enough sofa to sit around and visit.
The bathroom is a little odd-I am fairly nimble and I found it a challenge to get in and out of the shower which is inside the non-working jacuzzi tub.
They had something going on with plumbing but it didn't affect our stay. They didn't have a working stove/oven, and had a temporary hot plate that didn't work great. That was disappointing because we wanted to cook more and were only able to do things on a skillet, toaster or microwave.
Maria was VERY nice & helpful and brought a high chair for our visiting grandson. And we did like that we could do laundry! And Costco/stores were pretty close! Overall it was nice.

Open loft with lots of light and space, very clean and neat. A bit tricky for taller folks due to roof angles in bathroom, and only king bed can accommodate those over 6 feet. Good location, enjoyed the Juliet balcony for morning coffee.

This location was absolutely perfect to enjoy Salem and Boston! The Loft was spacious, clean, organized, and just as beautiful as the pictures! The property manager was friendly and very helpful during our stay. The directions and instructions were easy to follow. We especially loved the binder the owner put together with suggestions while staying. We used those suggestions to take the train to Salem rather than fight to park during peak season. Over all our stay was a 10/10!

A gem of a loft apartment. Spacious and pleasant!

Overall the property was clean, but the photos are a bit deceiving. There are no real bedrooms and it’s essentially a studio apartment. Also parking was not clear and I had to drive around to find a spot on the street. The proximity to MIT, Harvard and the City of Boston was great. If you don’t plan on spending much time at the place it would be a good clean location, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the loft for a long birthday weekend. The loft is very spacious, clean, well-appointed and had everything I needed to cook in, which I love to do! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe walking around by myself and exploring. The property is across the street from a shopping center, which made it very convenient to grab groceries and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the T station.
Leonardo and Maria were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. Maria was also gracious enough to allow me to store my luggage on the property after check-out as I had a few hours before my flight. All in all I had a great time in Boston and the loft rounded out a wonderful birthday trip. I would absolutely stay again and this will be a top choice next time I am in the city!

1st time staying in a loft and enjoyed it. Perfect for 2, we had more than 2 and determined we would enjoy having more “private” areas. But that is just us. Location was excellent for proximity to the T and food. Note this is located right in the flight path of Logan Airport and we were awoken every morning by planes taking off almost every minute starting at 5:30 AM. Loft also would benefit in having more comfortable living room furniture and towels in the kitchen. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor problem and Maria came over very quickly. Overall this is a very good choice when visiting the city of Boston!

Great location for easy access to Boston and surrounding areas. MBTA line a short walk away which made our city excursions very easy. The bath/shower was a bit awkward. Otherwise it was great.

This loft is exactly as pictured and we would stay again except for the stairs. There are two flights of narrow and curvy stairs into the loft (which are not pictured) so it might be a better spot for those for whom stairs are no big deal. The subway was about a 15-20 minute walk and the neighborhood felt safe.

Very conveniently located for trips to Boston; a walk (longish) away from Harvard. Loft living as it should be.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The property was exactly as pictured and a fun place to stay. My teen daughter loved it so much and wants to return! Only slight downfall is the stairs but loved the property enough that it was a minimal issue. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Overall, the place was clean and had simple, cozy decor. We were very cold and needed additional blankets, which they were quick to bring over.
One thing that was not clear in the description is that the bathtub is NOT usable. I was really looking forward to a soaking tub and unfortunately, that wasn't a possibility.

Beautiful little apartment. Great price for
The proximity to Boston. Top brewery 1 mile away. Stairs are steep - make sure you’re good at carrying luggage! Bed was comfortable (one queen and one twin in the main living area). Cute kitchen (well equipped). Our hosts were so kind to let us leave our luggage later than check out so it didn’t have to be drug through the rain on our final day.

We stayed in this very cute loft apartment while getting our son relocated to Tufts University. This was the perfect location and had more than enough space for us to spread out while moving back and forth through the area. It is in walking distance to necessary and convenient retail and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Modern, well-equipped top floor, open plan flat. Comfortable, nice kitchen/diner, great balconies. Bit noisy with planes but it's also pretty close to Logan. Also very near Dunkin, which is handy. Thank you, Leonardo.

Great Place Boys Trip Fishing
Leonardo was awesome and attentive, very helpful in setting everything up. Our group may have been a little disorganized, but the house was great, and nice and close to our fishing charter, restaurants and downtown Boston. Highly recommend.

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve had
Leonardo’s a super host, and the loft is spacious and inviting, with a great kitchen and very comfortable king bed. It’s convenient for visitors to Tufts, and there’s a wide range of eateries nearby in Assembly Row—along with a Trader Joe’s. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next time we’re out this way.

Outstanding Location and Property
My daughter and I stayed here when I was attending a class reunion at Tufts University. The apartment was only 2 miles from the on campus location of the reunion. The apartment was quite charming, my daughter and I both loved it, and the views were outstanding. We live in Dallas where it is mostly flat and the New England skyline and hilly neighborhoods were most welcome. The furnishings were elegant and tasteful. Leonardo was an amazing host, extremely attentive, responsive, and communicative, and made sure all of our needs were promptly taken care of.
I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It is as beautiful as advertised, if not more. You do need to be able to walk upstairs, but the ambience and views are spectacular and well worth it!!

Excellent vacation spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Medford. The loft apartment was beautiful. The photos on VRBO really don't do it justice. It was very spacious, with numerous windows to make the apartment bright and cheery. It was very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, with sufficient supplies to make just about any meal. The apartment is very close to a large shopping center and travel into the city was very easy. Leonardo was extremely responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Boston.

comfortable, stylish spot
Overall a really good stay. Leonardo was a responsive host in communication prior to arrival. The location is good and pretty convenient if you don't mind walking to the T. Close too to Wegmann's which makes stocking the kitchen easy if you plan to cook. Apartment was comfortable and well stocked. (I stayed in late April so can't comment on how it is in the summertime / wintertime.) Would stay there again on future trips.

Visiting family
The place was very clean. It would have been nice to have laminated instructions, passwords, etc at the apartment.
I was expecting 2 beds in order to sleep 4 people. Definitely didn’t expect a pull out bed

Close ti the T
Excellent location to T and restaurants. Master bed very comfortable. We were surprised there was wall with a door for the bedroom or for the single bed in the corner.
