This was my second time at Pam’s property on Zipperer Way. I love this place. Clean, super cozy, perfect sized pool for cooling off, and a short drive or walk to Fenny Grill, which we also loved! Pam is very quick responding to any questions you have. I can’t recommend this place enough!

It was a prerfect house for our family! The pool was perfect to relax and the house layout was nice and open and not overly decorated where I had to worry about young kids possibly touching or breaking something. It was a great place to stay while visiting grandparents.

Overall, we loved staying at your place and thought it was very nice! In addition to the house itself being very nice (great floor plan!), we thought there were many extra nice touches and things you did well: 1) allowing our use of the garage, 2) having smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and the lanai, 3) washer & dryer, 4) the coded lock on the front door, 5) the beds were very comfortable and KING, 6) the pool of course, 7) the pocket door we could close to make it quieter in bedrooms #2 and #3, and 8) your responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process. There are a few things we think might help future guests: 1) instructions for the dishwasher - when we used the "Normal" cycle we had the issue that we discussed with you of some of the Cascade leaking out of the compartment and the dishes not getting cleaned. But when we used the "Sensor" cycle, it seemed to work fine. 2) letting guests know that someone will be coming to clean the pool mid-week - and, specifically, which day at what time that person will be showing up would be a nice touch. 3) We think it would have been nice if the kitchen had been supplied with some things that weren't there. My parents live in The Villages so we were able to borrow these items from them, but most guests won't be able to do that. Items such as a crock pot, a 2nd 9x13 glass Pyrex dish, a pair of scissors, a couple of large cookie sheets and, most importantly, more silverware!

We had an awesome time staying at this place in the Villages. The space was very comfortable for our family of four (there are three bedrooms, all with king beds) and the house was clean. I would highly recommend this for people visiting the Villages with kids - the pool was perfect. Pam was a great communicator and we would definitely love to visit again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evenings watching tv and having the bugs kept away by the birdcage. We'll definitely stay here again.

The home and pool were perfect- just like the pictures. Overall the home was like new. The kitchen was well equipped, the large televisions in every room and pool side were a nice addition and the 3 bedrooms were large with nice furniture. This home is in Fenny which has great golf courses and a nice recreation center and restaurant. And Pam, the property manager/owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Very clean and modern home. The property manager needs to communicate better with guest. 1. The pool was not heated 2. Trying to log into the tv’s is almost impossible. We have a Hulu account and could only log into the tv outside. Kept asking for profile vs account info. 3. Told the host this was a golf trip for my dad and I. Our ID’s were not ready when we arrived. Need the ID’s to access villages.net in order to get tee times.

Pam’s home is attractively furnished and well-equipped, as well as clean, comfortable and convenient. The large, screened lanai with pool is a real bonus. Pam communicates clearly and promptly; she is understanding and accommodating. We enjoyed our time and would be happy to visit again.

I rented this house for my husband’s family. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool/lanai area was fabulous. The house was equipped with everything you would need - linens, kitchen cookware/dishes, etc. We all had a great time and would rent this house again. We very much enjoyed our stay at this house in The Villages. Having lived there for a few years (but not since 2018), we were very familiar with this growing part of Florida. The house is well-stocked and clean. The pool is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to amenities, such as golf, town centers, restaurants, grocery stores, Florida's Turnpike. The property manager Pam was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend your stay at this house in The Villages, FL.

The house was exactly as we expected it and was close proximity to amenities. The owner was very responsive to any messages I sent. We had a great family vacation. The pool was very serene and perfect for our small family and young kids with a large tanning ledge that was a perfect kiddie area for them. The only minor things that kept me from giving this a full 5 stars was the comforter in the master bedroom was a noisy material so every time my hubby or I moved, it woke up the other person. There were plenty of other blankets available, so we just switched them out. The house was generally very clean, but I found toenails in the family room rug when playing cars on the floor with my kids and some blue stains on the sheets in one of the bedrooms. Overall a great experience that I would highly recommend and plan to visit again.

The house and property are beautiful, very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. The cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived to check in, however she left within 15-20 mins. We got in the house about 10 mins past check in. The house was clean. There were no children’s utensils as mentioned in the listing. A larger baking sheet or pizza baking sheet would be nice. There is also no pantry/food items like sugar in the cabinets, this might be due to COVID. I communicated frequently with the owner and she is very responsive. During our stay we noticed the glass on the dining room table was cracked and we notified her. If staying with kids I would recommend picking up the glass decor, we set it on the kitchen counter until leaving so the kids couldn’t break anything. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

The house was very clean and nice. Kitchen had all the needed utensils and also had enough towels. The swimming pool was heated, but it is a small pool. The max depth is probably about 4.5 feet and width maybe 7 feet, and swimmable length around 12 feet...but it is perfect for little kids as well as just to hang out in water...overall good place to stay with kids.

Comfortable new house in neighborhood rich with activities

This three bedroom house was the perfect place to stay while coming to The Villages to visit our folks. My group included my wife, adult son, sister and brother-in law. We found the house clean and nicely furnished with three king beds (a great plus). The kitchen is modern and the lani and pool were a great retreat. We played pickle ball at the two nearby rec complexes as well as tennis, bocce and we had a great round at the put and play golf. I will book this same house if it is available for my next visit.
