About this house rental
Beautiful brand new Designer home with open floor plan & professional décor throughout. Eat-in-kitchen enameled light gray cabinetry with a table seating for 6 and a kitchen island for up to 4 more seating's if needed. A game table with seating for 4 that is perfect for puzzles and playing games with the grand kids, family or friends. The living room and kitchen area opens up to a wonderful screened in lanai with expansive sliding doors which truly gives you another living space that you can enjoy a beautiful evening sitting by the gas fire pit/table enjoying your favorite sports or movie on the 55' tv. There is also a nice outdoor patio with weber gas grill. The living room is furnished with a 70' flat screen tv with beautiful new furniture featuring a Nantucket look. Owner's suite is furnished with a King bed, occasional chair, 55' flat screen, walk in closet & bath with dual counter height sinks & walk-in tiled shower with glass block window for natural lighting. Second bedroom is furnished with a queen bedroom set, 2 night stands, dresser and 55' flat screen tv. Third bedroom is furnished with a queen bedroom set, 2 night stands, dresser and 55' flat screen tv. All bedrooms also have floor length mirrors in them. Laundry is located between the garage and the kitchen that offers front load Samsung washer & gas dryer, utility sink is located in the garage. Guest bedrooms have pocket door entrance for privacy. 5 minute golf cart ride or a nice leisurely walk of 30 minutes to Brownwood Paddock square. A 2 seater Yamaha Quiet Tech PTV 2022 included with the rental. There is also a second 2 man cart, same make and year to rent if a one is needed. A 30 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing, 40 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs, 8 minutes to Edna's on the Green by golf cart. Near Lowlands Executive Golf Course and Marsh View Pitch and Putt. 5 minutes to Richmond Pitch and Putt, 12 minute golf cart ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center. 5 minute ride to Water Lily Recreation - Neighborhood pool age 30+, Family Pool, many classes, shuffle board, pickle ball. 1 mile to Publix Super Market at Grand Traverse Plaza for gas, groceries, liquor & more. This property offers all the luxuries of home with high speed wireless internet/printer and cable TV. It is outfitted with all the necessary appliances, furniture, decor, utensils, blankets, linens, beach & bath towels, and much more. 5 min. by golf cart to the new MVP Athletic Fitness Club in Brownwood Paddock Square and the famous World of Beers. 15 min. golf cart ride to the new square Sawgrass Grove. The Villages offer 3000+ lifestyle clubs, 229 Pickleball courts, 711 holes of Golf, 105 pools including Family, neighborhood and sports pools, 107 Recreation facilities, including Regional and Village centers and neighborhood areas. You do not even need to rent a car but this is available very reasonably locally right in The Villages. The medical facilities are amazing and you are less than an hour from Disney World, hour and a half from Daytona Beach, or Clearwater Beach. 2 hours to Siesta Keys which is rated the #1 beach in the U.S. & much more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed, and more. The location was great. We used the golf carts every day to go to the rec centers, play golf and enjoy the evenings in one of the town squares. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful few weeks!

Let me start with saying this property was everything and so much more. The location was 5 minutes from Brownwood Town Square. I loved that each bedroom had large televisions. This property also gives you the option to rent an additional golf cart if needed directly from the owner. The neighbors were very friendly and enjoyed talking with them. Grocery stores and restaurants were all accessible via the golf cart. The property was very clean and had everything needed for our vacation. I definitely plan to stay at this property in the future. This is one of my favorite properties to rent. Kudos Jenny & Dan!

Everything from the house, to the location, to zooming around in very nice golf carts, it was all lovely. Jenny went out of her way to make sure we had a sports channel so we could watch the Timberwolves! Highly recommend!

Our family group of 5 adults were very very pleased with our stay in Jenny's home. Our favorite spot in the house was the lanai which we used every day, rain or shine. Plentiful of seating both outside and inside the home for chats, dining, reading and tv watching. It is a lovely home with beautiful landscaping and decor, thoughtfully furnished for her renters. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.
We dined at the house for most meals so all the appliances (including the grill) were in use without any issues. The house was well stocked with initial disposable supplies and linens. A plus were the folding lawn chairs available for use when we traveled to the music venues.
The home location was an easy golf cart ride for activities and entertainment to the Water Lily rec center, Brownwood Square, Edna's On The Green, and a bit further to Sawgrass Grove. The men in the group were able to play golf as much as they could schedule (although there was a bit of a learning curve to that). The two nature trails nearby were a big plus, being able to walk safely off the road and with so much wildlife to observe.
Any question or concern we had was quickly addressed by either Jenny or the on-site Home Watch person. Compliments to both for being so attentive!

Pristine home with every amenity anticipated and taken care of whether it be use of a golf cart, bathroom supplies, and even the best travel mugs for beverages! Location was ideal for us with quick golf cart rides to social locations, recreation centers, and golf. If you like the pictures on the app, you will LOVE this house when you see it in person. Clean, spacious; so much room. A Villages Designer home close to Sawgrass, Brownwood, and the Okahumpka Rec Center. A terrific walking trail behind the homes at the end of the street, around a retention lake, with lots of birds and trees. Having the golf cart as part of the deal was great. So much fun to get around that way! If you book this house you won’t be sorry.

This location was absolutely wonderful to stay in. Everything described on the listing was true to what you experienced when you arrived. The entire Village is so clean and well-manicured. EVERY home is pressure-washed; EVERY driveway is pressure-washed; EVERY lawn is cut; and EVERY landscaping is neatly manicured. I've never seen such a clean area. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart, and using it to get from area to area. The Villages App was key in helping us navigate our travels. I loved that there are adult pools for those of us wanting a quieter environment to relax. The entertainment in the Town Squares each night was so enjoyable, and we found ourselves gravitating toward that each evening. There's plenty of dining and shopping for any taste and style. Jenny (homeowner) and Don and B.K. Cunningham (Property Managers) were so easy to work with, and were so accommodating with each request or question that we had. My husband and I are already looking forward to our return.

My son and his wife and six year old, plus his wife's parents stayed in your house. They loved the layout of the house, the comfort and the roominess. The house was clean and well stocked with all the necessities to make this a great vacation.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, hair dryers, blender, coffee pot ,beach towels etc. The golf cart was so fun we went all the way to Spanish Springs which took about 55 minutes, then stopped and Sumter and Brownwood on the way home.

The house was clean and very well decorated. My only issue was that the previous renters did not fill the gas in the golf cart. We ended up putting nearly 4 gallons of gas in a golf cart we barely used.

My husband and I are considering the Villages as our retirement home in the near future, so this visit was a chance to immerse ourselves in the Villages lifestyle. We had a great time. The golf cart was a wonderful extra touch that made the villager experience complete. We stayed for a month, and the property more than met our needs. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, everything one could need is provided. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again. Great experience!!!!

Jenny is very helpful and responsive. The home is so nice and well appointed with all the cooking items you might need. Clean and the golf cart was a lot of fun! Not too far from Brownwood Paddock Square. Use Waze or Google bike mode to get there. Lots of relaxing spaces and we had a lot of fun! Thank you Jenny!
