We booked this particular condo unit as it was very close to the keystone village with excellent views of the mountain and pool area. Our view of the mountain was completely blocked with new condominium construction. The construction noise woke us up by 7am each morning. Being from texas we slept with the windows open since there is no A/C in the unit, probably in the building from what we could tell, which is not unusual for Colorado. The unit itself was nicely appointed and clean, but a bit dark for our taste. The bunk room mattresses need replacing. The living room couch could use new cushions. The common areas of the condo building are rundown and were not clean. The pool and hot tubs were unusable several of the days we were there. It seems the hot tubs filtering systems do not work well or were not being maintained during our stay, a soup of circulating flies of some sort. Parking was very difficult due to construction. We did enjoy our stay outside of the condo. We enjoyed Keystone village itself. We would not stay in this building again unfortunately.

The condo room was beautiful and worked very well for our entire family of 5 adult and 3 children. When we arrive the children wanted to head straight to the outdoor area to swim. However to pool and family hot tub and kid water area were all closed. The children were disappointed, since this is one of the reason we selected this resort. I called the property manager and they accommodated us by getting us keys to the neighboring resort. After 3 days the pool area was fixed and the kids had a great time playing in the outdoor water area. We will be back in the future.

Great stay at keystone property. The new construction was the only downfall.

We stayed for a week. The weather cooperated very well and the conditions were perfect. The condo is a short walk to the gondola. Very convenient. The home is as described. Great place for a group of friends Or a family. Wish there was more parking but we figured it out.

Everything was great. Due to construction it is not as ski in/ ski out as anticipated. The view of the mountain is now obstructed, but the pool and spas below are nice. They start construction work pretty early, but other than that, the unit was very comfortable and felt perfect for a ski get away. Loved having a washer and dryer and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were also lots of clean towels. You could tell effort was made so we'd have everything we needed. We could not get the dish washer to work after multiple tries, so had to hand wash... it said it was washing, but wouldn't release the soap.. other than that and the microwave only working about 3-4 times back to back, then needing a break... and then it would work again, it was absolutely perfect. Would stay there again. With the digital code to get in, don't see why we needed to stop at the office in Dillon... would have been easier if it was just emailed. But loved the way it was decorated and was great for a home away from home. Thank you!

The condo was so spacious & beautiful. We were really impressed with the condo itself. It had everything you could need & more to feel like home.
We were really disappointed though that we were not warned about the construction going on right outside of our balcony. The construction made the walk to the gondola long & it was a maze to get to the restaurants & stores. With the new building being built it seems it will definitely change the view, etc.

We had a great time. The building outside our unit was well lit, clean, and easily accessible. Our actual unit was wonderful! It was clean and so roomy. The kitchen was the best stocked (dishes/appliances) kitchen we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in more than 15). The electric grill outside heated up nicely. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The dining room table was nice and large. The bathrooms we're large and I liked having large size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with lotion in each bathroom I especially liked being able to just use a code to get in and not have to worry about carrying a key. We did not use the ski lockers, but we did use the pool. It was quite warm and clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I don't know what it will look like after construction, but we would stay here again. The check in would have been nicer had we been able to do it online. We had to go to a specific location and that parking lot was not spacious enough for the traffic when we were there. It wasn't too bad though.

Location and condo were amazing. Construction of a new building made walking to lifts just a little longer.

Overall our stay was great. Location was perfect and just short walk to gondola . Huge loving space and kitchen, plenty of room for all 10 of us to gather, eat, ply games, etc. A couple things though….it’s advertised it sleeps 10 people….that’s a bit of a stretch. The bedrooms were tiny so hard to have extra people sleep in the rooms even though the futons/pads were provided. The ski locker….not big enough for 10 set of skis/boards. The parking…only one spot provided, 10 people can’t show up in one vehicle! If it’s really for 10 people the other amenities should be accommodating of that as well.

Family stay
Richard’s place was wonderful. Had everything you needed in the kitchen to keep the families happy and was so close to River run for both the gondola and to get dinner and go shopping. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Great Condo in a Great Location
This condo has an amazing location in relation to the ski resort. A simple walk across a parking lot had you on the lift/gondola in just a few minutes. If you're the type who likes to come back to the condo for lunch, this place is perfect.
Overall, the condo was great. Everything was clean, there were adequate towels and linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Everything worked properly in the kitchen.
The beds were generally comfortable. The pillows were VERY soft - my wife travels with her own pillow for this very reason. My mother-in-law traveled with us and said her bed, the full-size on the bottom bunk in the middle room was "saggy" and likely needed to be replaced soon.
Overall, a great condo in a great location, and I highly recommend it for a Keystone ski trip!

Amazing condo, great location
Seemless checkin process. Condo was amazing for 2 families (10 people; 4 adults and 6 kids). Condo had it all, and amazing location for skiing. We love the Springs and would totally stay here again.

Check-in was a nightmare
Overall the location and property itself were amazing. It was the check-in process that was horrible. The day of check-in, my group arrived early and went skiing that morning. When we finally got the check in instructions (same day) we were told that check in was actually back in Frisco so we had to drive 15-20 minutes each way to get the “key”. The instructions for this process were incredibly unclear and excessive; rather than being given an address to the check in mail box, we were given very wordy and confusing instructions to navigate to a location far from the property in very icy winter conditions. Once we finally got to the inconvenient check in location mail box, we opened the envelope to find a piece of paper with a code to the property, not even a physical key. This information could have and absolutely should have been emailed as this process took entirely way too long just to receive a piece of paper with a code. This was a really negative start to our VRBO stay, one that 100% could have been avoided. It was a very frustrating situation and I think this issue needs to be handled differently for future guests.

This condo was perfect for our family’s needs! Very close to gondola, the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen, extremely clean and seamless check in/out. Highly recommend!

Perfect ski getaway
Really enjoyed our week!! Condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen and the 7 of ours had plenty of room. Amazing location and amenities, the hot tub was the perfect ending to our days. Only recommendations or room for improvement would be to have better quality sheets (they were really scratchy), better pillows, and pantry storage.

Perfect Vacation
This property was just as described! We had 2 families of 4 traveling together. It was nice having 2 master suites! The resort was perfect to walk to ski lift, ski rental, and a ton of restaurants. The kids loved swimming in the heated outside pool in late Nov. Will defiantly be back.
