The home is centrally located, a few steps from the event park and a short walk from the Lookout Park, the Event Park and the lake front shuttle stop to the 70-slip marina. Lookout Park features a children’s play area, large open field, a pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, community grill, pool & hot tub!
This three-story house was completed in June 202O and has outstanding lake views from almost every room in the home. Lake Escape overlooks a large green space and features extensive sun decks for mountain, lake and downtown views.
The main living area is on the middle floor with a completely open floor plan for gathering with family and friends. The open dining room area with views of the lake seats 8 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. There is also plenty of additional storage space in the pantry located off the kitchen/dining area as well as a half bath.
The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need for your cooking pleasure, including all the basic spices. In addition, there is a coffee maker that uses both Keurig pods and ground coffee, coffee grinder, a French press, and blender.
In the upper level, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper level master suite has vaulted ceiling, king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds share a bathroom. There are ceiling fans and black-out blinds in the all the bedrooms on the upper level to keep you cool and comfortable.
In the lower level, you'll find a large media/game room, the fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed, a full bathroom and a spacious laundry room. The media/game room has an air hockey table, Xbox(bring your games) and many board games and puzzles for hours of fun for the whole family. There is an electric fireplace to warm you up on those cold winter nights while snuggled upon the couch with your favorite book.
Smart TV's are located in the main living area, master bedroom and downstairs media room. All TV's have DVD/Blu-Ray players with free Wi-Fi and extended TV service provided.
But more than the house itself is the expansive outdoor living spaces, with a massive deck over the garage, a wrap-around deck off the living room, and front porch. The large deck has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and a lounging area that hosts a couch, two large chairs with ottomans. There is a large adjustable umbrella for your sun protection. The propane BBQ grill is available to complete your outdoor fun. The wrap-around deck boasts a large 6-7 person hot tub with lake views to keep you warm on those cold winter nights or just to enjoy the lake view while relaxing. The front porch has two comfy chairs and an ottoman and it's the perfect place to enjoy an early morning beverage and read the paper or simply relax.

We arrived and got into house at 4pm. It was really hot in the house except for the upstairs that had separate wall mounted ACs. We set the thermostat to 70 and the temp in the lower levels was 89. By next morning it had only gone down to 85. We call for someone to check, and did not get service until 5:30 that night. Temp outside 103. It was not an enjoyable 24 hours for everyone.

The house itself is awesome - great deck, beautiful interior in great shape, and well stocked. The size worked well for our large group. Our major complaint was how hot this house got. Only the rooms on the top floor had A/C available. The main floor where you spend majority of time was hot all day and couldn't be cooled off. The bottom floor got so hot that the bedroom was practically unusable. For a house in Chelan rented in the hot summer months, the air needs to be fixed to maintain temperature.

Be sure to leave a pair of sandals by the back deck, the deck gets toasty with all the direct sun. Overall it was a wonderful week away for our family. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The house had beautiful views! The house was also well equipped with games and kitchen amenities. The furniture was very comfortable and fit our family very well. We stayed in the winter and was disappointed that the deck with patio furniture and table with fire pit were all covered with snow and unusable. The cushions were still on the furniture, so even if we wiped off the snow the cushions would still be soaked. We had been excited to sit out on the deck with hot cocoa enjoying the view. Also, the area around the hot tub was covered in ice and pretty dangerous to get in and out of without putting down a bunch of towels. Side note: there was no place to hang or place towels near the hot tub. The other disappointing part was the ventilation as mentioned in other reviews. There were notes all over to keep the house between 74-77 degrees in order to keep the bottom level warm. Which meant the people sleeping upstairs on the 3rd floor were roasting, which made for a few rough nights of sleep. I can imagine the opposite would be true in the summer with A/C. Just for those reasons we won’t be staying in this home again. For the price, and considering it’s one of the newer homes, I was hoping for better nights sleep.

We also loved the propane fireplace on the deck. Views from the home are also good. The air hockey table in the game room was a hit but it is missing pucks and the only other issue is that the hot tub needs a new cover. Other than those two minor issues, the house was great!

Brand new construction and nicely furnished. Kitchen adequately stocked. The best part of the house is the stunning view from the dining room. Only complaint we have is the HVAC. There is easily a 20 degree difference between the main floor and the 2nd floor. We stayed here in February when the temperature outside was in the low teens and had to sleep with the windows open. There's only one temperature control for the entire house. If you have it set for a comfortable temperature on the main floor then the basement is cold and the 2nd floor is HOT.

We loved this home! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! This house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and the beds are very comfortable. The main level has a wonderful set up with access to the amazing deck that had wonderful lake views as well. The downstairs was a dream for the kids with bunk beds, board games, air hockey table, etc. Overall this home had amazing views and was in a great location, close to either pool and short walk to the marina pick up. We would stay here every year!
