This 1,554 sq ft condo is brand new with all brand new furnishings. It is in the Bridges Bay Resort, Stillwater Complex #312. The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond.

***NOTE: Off Season (day after Labor Day until Friday before Memorial Day) waterpark and pool hours are limited:

Bridges offers some availability for rental dock access. There is also a public boat ramp just up the street.

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Love the direct view of the lake and great balcony. 3 king beds are very comfortable. You will have all the amenities in the modern kitchen. Walking access to 2 great lakeview restaurants and the waterpark is a big plus. Then there is the pool right next to your building that makes the walk unnecessary, if you choose. It makes your lake getaway a real treat.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was well stocked and furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind. Everything felt very well done. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Tip: if you plan to go to the water park bring your own towels. I am very glad that we did.

Beautiful area. Great fishing. Wonderful location and view. Beds are comfortable. (If all adults in your party...2 bedrooms are smaller with king beds and not alot of room on sides). Table and chairs for dining are tall...so make sure your group will be able to get up on them. We had some gorgeous days and did well fishing. Loved the time spent here.

We spent 3 days at this property for a quick summer getaway with grandparents and our daughter. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Arnold's Park and the property. Very new and clean, wonderful accommodations. The location was also super convenient to various dining, the amusement park and boat rentals. The on-site restaurants were great and the waterpark fun for littles. The fitness center was a bit run down, but good enough for a quick workout. The host was great - incredibly prompt and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the area and the facilities. The place was just the right size for our family and met all our needs. Only negative was waterparks closing on Thursday due to heat...that's why you go to waterparks.

Our stay was wonderful. It was a little family getaway and the location and spaciousness of the condo was perfect for us. Overall 10 out of 10! Would recommend and stay there again. It was very well stocked (I wish it had a hair dryer but that was just an oversight on my part when packing). A few simple items that could use some attention are: 1) the outdoor patio. I realize that spiders love lakes, but the patio could use some love. It was extremely overrun with spiderwebs and the glass railing/deck was very dirty. My children did not want to spend anytime out on the patio due to this. 2) the shower curtain (in the master) just needs to be brought down a touch. it is super high and causes water to run down and out of the shower area, soaking the floor. I tried to adjust it myself but didnt want to damage it. 3)The lock for the main door into the building was not functioning while we were there. For safety I wish this was fixed. Other than those small things, it was perfection! The bedding is super nice and soft. There are LOTS of towels available and I loved that there was a usable washer and dryer. Great communication with the host!

Overall great stay! Very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some big family meals with enough plates and cups also. Only cons were they were not any hooks to hang wet towels, swimsuits etc. for being a lake condo you would think there would be some. Very minor con but the towels are super small and we aren’t very big people. The parking and unloading area was not designed well but that has nothing to do with the owners of the unit. Okoboji is a great place and the check in process was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the extremely beautiful condo. It was clean and had an amazing view. It was stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and had all the utensils and dinnerware we needed. Check out instructions were left on the counter and were very clear. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo didn’t disappoint. My husband nor I had ever visited the Lake Okaboji area and made rather last minute arrangements. This condo played a big part in our enjoyment of the trip. Very new and very clean. The unit is spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was amazing and we very much enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends.

The inside of the condo was beautiful and very comfortable for 5 people. The deck was spacious and the view was perfect. Almost all amenities were there, but do bring your own hair dryer and wine glasses/corkscrew. The location on the lake and access to pool amenities were excellent perks, but the walk between the condo and those amenities was through parking lots and confusing-no sidewalks that take you there. A map of the property and more informative staff at the front desk would be helpful. Overall a wonderful long weekend vacation with family at this comfortable condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
