Home could easily be a great place to stay but, unfortunately there were many issues. It is advertised as 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5. Yes there was 2 bedrooms but only one had a bed. The other had a tiny cheesy futon which was for a single person and VERY uncomfortable. Only way this sleeps 5 is if 2 people slept in the recliners. The pillows were flat, there was only bedding for the bed and sheets for the futon. No blankets or sheets for the person who had to sleep in the recliner. There were no washcloths or forks, limited spoons. Outside was unkept. The backyard is NOT private. It is open to the road with a chainlink fence between the road and neighbors across the street. The "gameroom" was in the basement which reaked of dampness and mold. Behind the sectional, was a stackable dryer really limiting space in the livingroom. The 2nd bath is a half bath, no shower. When I pointed all of this out to my contact, he said I should have looked at the photographs. When I saw the room with the futon, I anticipated it was a den or something, not a bedroom. The contact person reached out via email prior to our stay through vrbo. Found the place on expedia so I never opened the emails from vrbo thinking it was spam. They wanted to share the house rules and the code to get into the home. I did not realize any of this until we were en-route and I began receiving texts. One text was "Are u guys partying?" It just went downhill from there although the place was clean.

Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

Property was easy to get to. Located right off the thruway. House was clean and located close to plenty of shopping options. There was also fast food restaurants located within walking distance.

Owner changed date of my stay without my permission and charged me for this date without my consent. Vrbo was very friendly to refund me immediately. This person should not be allowed to do business on this app.

Upstairs bathroom wasn't clean. Toilet was gross.
No linens for 2nd bed, so I ended up sleeping on the couch.
Game room had musty smell and was poorly lit.
Questions to owner weren't answered promptly - I had to ask multiple before getting a response.
Was just there for the NCAA basketball tournament with a buddy and we each just needed a bed for the night. Even that requirement wasn't met. Compared to other vrbo stays I' made over the years, this was the worst by far.

Cleanliness of the floors and counters were fine. But there was poop marks in the upstairs toilet along with hair on the sink. Rulesstated to use sheets on beds but there was no sheets for the futon or for the three-quarter filled air mattress with no pump. There were also no pillowcases for the two extra pillows which look to be about 50 years old. The pillows in the main bedroom were terrible. There was no extra bedding. There were three people staying at this location yet there were only two towels and two washcloths available in the entire apartment. Rule stated to wash dishes before leaving yet there was no dishwashing soap provided. There was no toaster. There was no toaster oven. There were two coffee makers but there were no coffee mugs provided. We brought food to make breakfast but we’re forced to go out to a restaurant due to the lack of facilities to make breakfast.

Place was very clean and owner was very easy to work with. The outdoor patio was small and did not have any chairs to sit on. It worked well for one night for our family. Did not have any paper towels so pack those if you need them. Overall was pretty much as advertised.

It was perfect for what we needed. It lacked a few minor items like enough pillows for our family of 4 but overall it was a nice house and worked out great.

Very easy to work with and was quick to answer questions.
