It was just what we needed for the 8 of us. Loved having the ocean right beyond the backyard. Great backyard with chairs and tables to sit and relax in. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and we loved having a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay at this private beachfront house. The house is fully equipped with all the necessities. Drinking morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean was a great way to start the day. A sandy beach and ocean is just a few steps from the backyard deck. We enjoyed riding bikes and walking along the trail that runs in front of the house and along the ocean. We enjoyed walking to town for shopping and sampling food from the food trucks -all delicious. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We would definitely return to this ocean retreat!

Property manager emailed before our trip. Given our evening arrival, he advised us to get dinner in Lihue as most restaurants would be closed in Kapa'a. The location was very convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants, bike rental, and beautiful walks along the Kapa'a beach. House keeping was very responsive. Clean, appliances were in good working order, We would consider again!

Great location of a truly spectacular home. The view from the property is almost too stunning to be real. Everything you need is in the house and the owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she couldn’t have been happier. Very hard to leave this house and this island.

We really enjoyed staying here - amazing ocean view, spacious, clean, located close to town and AIR CONDITIONING! The hosts are prompt with their communication, which is really nice. Would 100% recommend this property for anyone!

This was an amazing property. It was close to everything! Shops, food, Secret Waterfalls, tubing and easy to get to the south area. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had anything you needed. We woke every morning to the sunset and played in the ocean (they had all the items we needed) Communication with property was great! It was a 10 out of 10!

We had an amazing time on Kauai and this home was just perfect! We had amazing ocean frontage. The house was absolutely adorable and well kept. I love the central location in Kapaa to access all areas of the island. Rob was very prompt in his response to my questions and was very helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful property and the island of Kauai.

Our family of 7 stayed for a week and if I could live here I could stay. The home more than exceeded our expectations. It is fully equipped with everything you need and all we had to do is buy food. We cooked breakfast each morning and grilled a few times as well. Loved sitting by the beach and enjoying the waves. Walked along the sea shore behold the house and it was so refreshing. It is a perfect home base to view the entire island. If we’re ever fortunate enough to return to the island I hope to stay here again. Thank you Rob for being so accommodating and sharing your beautiful home. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful time. Rob was so easy to communicate with and got back quickly if we had any questions. They had ample supplies in the kitchen and lots of towels, beach chairs, snorkels, etc. they also had lots of recommendations for places to eat which was super helpful. The proximity to everything was fantastic but at the same time, we had great privacy. The lagoon 100 yards down was perfect for our little one to explore, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This property was perfect! Great communication with the host, accurate listing, very clean and well stocked condo, and great location. We loved being on the bike path and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for family to spend quality time together. Everyone could gather together to cook, eat, and visit. We each had our own private bedrooms with AC and had close access to shared restrooms. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating.

The property is close to everything! Shops, grocery and food/restaurants. The actual property/house is comfortable, clean and spacious! The back yard has amazing sunrises. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the kitchen has everything you need to settle in nicely! We would definitely go back. We hag a group visit and stay a week. The location was amazing!! Walking distance to anything you may need. The beach steps away was an amazing way to start each morning watching the sunrise. We all decided we would definitely stay again! The kitchen was fully stocked and we made use of the grill for dinner one day and had breakfast a few times as well. An easy was to make our stay a little more economical. Rob was a great host extremely responsive and was able to get us an earlier check in. The only thing we did notice is that the community pool is no longer in service, which didn't effect our experience at all! Thank you so much!! We loved it!!!

This property was exactly as advertised. You can sit in the backyard and watch the ocean for hours. The property owner was immediately responsive to any needs that we expressed.

This vrbo won't disappoint, close to so many things. Located on one way street very quiet, access to small beach below. We gathered sea shells, glass and even ran into a sea lion...it was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and bed were very comfortable. We recommend this vrbo to anyone. Well worth the $$$$$. Owners were great. I will truly miss the sunrises I got to see daily.

Perfect family vacation! Plenty of room (4 bedrooms) and we loved early morning walks to watch the Sunset and walking into town for meals (great location- private yet close to everything)! Had Thanksgiving Dinner at the house (house has everything you need). We hope to return someday!

We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend this place. Very central to everything. Easy to find the house. And the house has everything you need. Definitely will book again here. And it's a better deal that staying at a resort. Did the water tubing tour. Which was recommended by them. Great fun tour. Great for all ages.

The house was very nice and supplied with all of the necessities for a temporary stay. The sound of the surf is very relaxing and the sunrises are truly breathtaking! We had a great family reunion until my sister seriously broke her ankle, and Rob was very accommodating by extending our check-out time so that we could manage that emergency. He is very easy to reach and responsive. There is dining and shopping within easy walking distance and we even had a couple of fun backyard barbecues by the sea. A wonderful paved walking and bike trail start at the end of the block and skirt the ocean for several miles. My son and daughter-in-law surfed nearby and the highlight of my trip was taking my 8 year old granddaughter to Lygate park two miles away for snorkeling in a protected lagoon with beautiful tropical fish. Had this emergency not come up, I would have rented a bike. I highly recommend this property!

This beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the accommodations were great. The location was perfect. We were right on beach. We were suprised to even find some snorkle gear and beach chairs in one of the closets! Walking distance to a couple excellent restaurants. Kapa'a itself is a very nice city, seems to be right in the middle of the north and south side of the Island. Easy access to everything we need. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our 10 day stay. From location to responsiveness of th host, to the amenities provided, it truly felt like a home away from home. Couldn't recommend more.

Loved the house! Clean and well stocked with the basics and beyond. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and watching the ocean just beyond . Large kitchen/common area and spacious bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary, with our three boys, 21, 18, and 16. It was such an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, with just the right amount of room for all of us. The beach was right outside the door, and we loved sitting out just watching the waves, or snorkeling when the waves weren't too high. The washer and dryer were perfect to have, and the kitchen was stocked with lots of supplies we used after a quick trip to Safeway (right down the street) for food. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, and relaxing at night in the A/C. We would definitely stay here again! Rob was such a great host, and so easy to communicate with.

Our group consisted of 2 small families. Ours with 2 children (ages 11 and 13) and our friends with 1 child (age 12). The King room at the end of the hall had bathroom access from the bedroom and from the hall. The 2 twin bedroom was next to it. That's the area our family claimed. And our friends also had a King with access from the hallway and the bedroom, with a queen bedroom across from it, which was "theirs". It fit us all perfectly in that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking items we needed, including a rice cooker. We never ended up using the outdoor BBQ, because there's always a decent breeze off the ocean and we weren't sure if it would create challenges with the heat/flames...so we just opted not to bother with it. Having the ocean so close was amazing. We didn't realize until a few days in that the front door had a screen door (rolls/tucked in) and once we discovered that, we loved keeping the front/back doors and windows in the main area open so we could enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. At night, we closed it all up and enjoyed the air conditioning as we slept. There is a large tree out back that provides wonderful shade throughout the day, so during our "down days", we loved sitting under and just enjoying the ocean waves. We didn't do much swimming at the beach out back, as the sandy part of the beach doesn't go too far, then turns to rock/coral. This is also an East-facing beach, so jellyfish are common. Our friend's son was stung while wading in the water on the 2nd day. And the men decided to go snorkeling and had a wonderful time for almost an hour before one of them was stung on his face by a Jellyfish (always keep vinegar on hand!) We enjoyed the beach mostly for walking in the sand, tide-pooling at night, and being so close to the ocean when we wanted to just sit under the tree with a cocktail. When our group wanted to snorkel or play in the waves, we drove and explored other beaches further south to avoid the jellys. The Safeway and ABC stores were super close. You could walk if you really wanted to, but we opted to drive since our shopping trips were not small. We also enjoyed Kenji burger serveral times. Get the sushi burrito, if you love sushi! Overall, we loved staying here. It was a wonderful place to hang out and relax when we weren't out exploring the rest of the island.

We had a great stay here. The property is clean and right on the beach. The beach right behind the house is not very swimmable as the waves were bigger and there are a lot of rocks, but it's great for the kids to play in the sand. Fuji beach is only 1/4 mile walk down if you want to jump in a kid friendly water as there is a sea wall there. You can walk into Kapa'a easily or rent a bike to ride around. The kitchen is fully stocked and Safeway is a 1/2 mile walk away. Overall we had a great time there!

Our large family stayed here and it was the perfect beach house. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and water just steps from the back porch. The views can't be beat and nothing compares to waking up to the sound of the ocean every day. The property is in an ideal location to explore the island without spending the entire day driving. Rob was an excellent host and was extremely responsive. His team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Monica checked in on us regularly and brought fresh mangos and papayas from her own home! I will be recommending this home to everyone visiting Kauai and cannot wait to come back.

The location, the beach…..could you ask for more?! This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, the sunrises are unreal! The AC was another bonus! We were more than pleased with the choice to stay here!!

The location is great on the ocean. We got out in the water right from the back door. Beach chairs and coolers were provided. We walked to the first Saturday after walk and restaurants. We loved the centralized location which is why we chose Kapaa. House is well stocked and in descent condition. It is oceanfront so it does take a beating with the salt water and shows but the house needs constant maintenance with its location. We couldn’t see out of glass sliders from sea water spray but it would probably have to be cleaned almost every day to be able to do that.
