Enjoy a weekend ski getaway or a big family summer vacation by the pool in this spacious 3,500 sq foot Laconia home. This 6 bedroom 6 bath home has a large interior space with a grand family room. Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and a large bay window overlooking the 5.5 acres of immaculate grounds and wooded property.
In the summer months you can enjoy the brand new pool with 2 outdoor fireplaces. Take a hike through the woods down to the creek. In the winter the kids can go sledding down the perfect hillside while everyone watches from the family room!
The home is 1.5 miles from Weirs Beach and 0.3 miles from High Octane Saloon, FunSpot and Go Carts and the house is only 10 miles from Gunstock Ski Resort.

The listing photos does not do this place justice. Gorgeous house with modern bathroom / kitchen. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Very close to downtown Laconia but far enough away that the home is quiet and feels private. We definitely rent again for a large group

This house had it all! The entire family was so happy with how spacious it was. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we all had our own bathroom!! I mean…what! Amazing. It was a cooler week so we didn’t use the pool much but we do wonder how much we would have actually used it if it was warmer…it was cold! The adventurous family members went for it though. Patrick was so quick to respond when alI had a question or two. Check in was easy peasy. It really was wonderful staying at this rental and hope to be back in the future. Felt like home!

This was our very first vacation bringing our extended family of 21 together for a week. We were 14 in your house and 7 in another house 1 mile away. We gathered every evening for dinner for 21. We cooked 3 meals a day for 21 for 7 days from a lobster/clam bake to steak dinner breakfast and lunch. The kitchen was completely stocked and we weren’t missing a single utensil needed to feed our family.
The rooms were large and beautiful. Each couple having their own bathroom made the entire stay comfortable. The pool and deck in the back of the house became our “ dining room”. We set it up with the extra tables and chairs from the garage and it stayed that way all week long. Perfect place to eat all of our meals. The front porch with the fireplace was our morning coffee place for us to start our days. Plenty of room to set up a net for our week long badminton tournaments. We used the inside living.area to play evening board games until late in the evening.
The house was beyond all of our expectations and served as the foundation of a most incredible experience for 2 families to gather and share the love.

We were in town for a family wedding. We had three generations at the house and were easily able to enjoy the space and grill dinners and enjoy the beautiful property. We rented this beautiful house for 11 of us who grew up together. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience with this property. We were all able to have our own beds (which were very comfortable) and the accommodations were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The six bathrooms were a welcoming change from any other rental we have stayed in. Any questions I had were immediately responded to.
The icing on the cake was the pool and lounge area. We had beautiful weather and we were able to hang out, float and have a wonderful time enjoying each others company.
I am hoping to be able to rent again in the future. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Our extended family -- six adults, five children -- enjoyed the stay here. Bunk room worked well for kids and there were separate spaces for various activities. Pool was a big hit, though we wish the water had been warmer. Also especially enjoyed the two porches. Laundry room and good bathrooms were also plusses. Excellent location, with Funspot, Weirs Beach, a good farm stand, and Laconia library and restaurants all nearby. Property owner/managers were responsive. We would stay again. (Note: our GPS had trouble finding the property.)

I chose this house because it had a lot of room for my whole family including adult children. It did not disappoint. I also wanted to host a dinner party for about 30 and it was perfect for that with both indoor and outdoor space for gathering and dining.

There was a group of about 12 of us and this place was perfect. We’re really particular about cleanliness and this place was very clean. The bedrooms were all decent size, with their own bathrooms. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was the perfect location to Gunstock where we skiied. The pool and the covered deck looked awesome and we talked about coming back in the summer. Highly recommend!

Family friends and I enjoy a winter getaway to help ease the seasonal sadness. This is our second stay here and we plan on booking another stay every winter in the future! The house is amazing and accommodates our big group! We enjoyed sledding down the hill. A quick 15-20 minute drive to Gunstock for skiing, snowboarding and tubing! We went to the arcade with the kids and had so much fun! So much to do in the area, but we also had fun grilling at the house! Michael is quick when responding and the best host you could ask for! Cannot wait to plan our trip for next year! You won’t regret staying here, I highly recommend. (:

What a great house for 4 couples! There was plenty of space for when we all wanted to be together and plenty of space for when we needed a break. We enjoyed the fireplace, large kitchen, laundry, puzzle table, large dining table for playing games together, having our own bathrooms, the location, comfy beds, ease of check-in, great communication with the owner, and so much more!

Beautiful home and huge yard - great for our group of 8 adults and 10 kids! The only thing that worried us was the fact that the pool is not entirely gated/fenced in. We kept an extra close eye on the kids and it all worked out fine. Excellent spot for a fall weekend - the foliage was beautiful.

The house suited our family of mine e perfectly. It was very roomy and bedrooms away from public areas which was nice. The pool was a big hit with everyone’s d the two porches were great for evading the sun. We did find the surveillance cameras unnerving.

The property was exactly what we had hoped. The house was and bedrooms were great with a beautiful living room and dining room. The kitchen and eating space were big enough to accommodate a few cooks and tiny helpers. The grounds let the kids run and play while the pool helped on days we were going to the Lake.
The location is absolutely ideal. The boardwalk and Weirs are down the road while Kellerhaus and Fun Spot are about the same distance in the opposite direction.
The VRBO host Michael was incredibly responsive and kind.

Michaels house is everything as advertised and more. The space is outstanding for large gatherings and cookouts. The house came equipped with misc cooking and grilling utensils that were a huge help. The pool and all interior rooms were extremely clean. There was extra propane onsite for the grill and 2 fire pits. Plenty of pool and yard games for everyone and TVs in almost every room. I would highly recommend this house to others.

5 families (8 adults & 8 grandchildren 15-22 yrs came for a family reunion. The outdoor space is fantastic - room for bocci and corn hole (we brought), basketball setup, two covered outdoor lounge areas, grill, & the pool. Many hours enjoying games, talking, relaxing, swimming and eating meals outside. Basically appointed, great room for movie, TV watching, room to spread out. Summer visitors be aware the den/bedroom with the bath and pullout couch is the pass through to the pool. Convenient to hiking, Wiers Beach, lots of activities, stocking up on supplies, restaurants. Oh, and the fire pit was great in the evening! Our family so enjoyed our stay at this home! Thank you Michael for sharing it!

Perfect area for a fun trip
I have been to Laconia many times but this spot was perfect! It was close to the lake, close to a good restaurant/bar on the same street, 20 minutes away from Gunstock mountain, and 10 minutes away from other restaurants/stores/etc. The house is well kept, clean, lots of space for people. Backyard is beautiful. Bring tubes/sleds! I'm sure the summer time is great too since there is a large pool. Overall great house, location, and love the decorations in the house. We will be back!

Spacious and clean home!
I rented with my husband, four sons, their spouses and three grandchildren under age two. The house was clean and plenty of room for all to enjoy! The sledding hill was fun, we iced fish the derby and the location to the lake was only a short walk!

We had the most amazing weekend in Laconia! Friends and family gathered for a birthday/ski weekend. There was plenty of room for our group, we could have fit many more. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom The house is gorgeous and very clean.
We skied at Gunstock, only about 15-20 minutes away. The perfect little drive. The non skiers stayed home and went sledding down the hill on the side of the house. We brought our own sleds, however there were some at the house! The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive.
We will DEFINITELY be renting this house again in the future, maybe even in the summer to put the amazing pool to use. (:
