I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything but still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and responding promptly to any questions. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a a home from a magazine! Very Modern and stylish. My family and I loved how much space the living quarters had. Nothing less than amazing!! The host was very responsive and welcoming. Even after check we were able to connect Kha Le regarding our cat getting loose in the neighborhood (he was found) Great stay, great experience, would stay again.

I’m sad to say we encountered German cockroaches in the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchen so we went re not able to stay for our full reservation. We were offered a refund but never received it and all communication has been ignored. The house was cute and the neighborhood seemed ok. Straying to far found kind of sketchy areas and the yard was not very well maintained. Things we could live with but we couldn’t deal with the bugs.

The host was very welcoming, helpful, and commutative.House is beautiful. I found it to he very clean, beds comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood was very quiet. Even the neighbors welcomed us "home". Quick access to downtown area. I would stay again. Hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

Everything was great large kitchen and nice front porch and nice patio plenty of room one problem roaches start coming from up under the refrigerator house needs to be sprayed but other than that no problems

The property has a great location, plenty of room & comfy beds. It was a little short of silverware for our group of 6, There is no storage place for clothing in the bedrooms downstairs which was a pain. The towel bars in the upstairs bathroom are missing, so no where to hang towels. Seller was super accommodating & fast on replacing the broken toaster & coffee pot. All in all, we'd definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and clean house close to downtown. Neighborhood seemed safe, but some surrounding properties were not very well maintained. Host was very responsive and provided Keurig coffee pods - a nice touch. ☺️I recommend!

My wife and I are big Elvis fans and wanted to see Graceland. I searched and found kha's place which looked great so we gave it try. We showed up and kha sent us the code to enter the home, i was impressed with the space as soon as we walked in. The living room and kitchen has an open floorplan and pleasantly decorated. Every room in the house has been renovated to current modern design, the bathrooms are large and spacious. We brought our 4 legged family member with us and he loved the large fenced in backyard. We enjoyed are stay and would certainly stay again if we find ourselves in Memphis in the future.

Our stay was great, nicely remodeled home, very clean, nice outside are, quite neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had TV’s though.

Very spacious and mostly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and host was great at sending instructions. We could hear a train at night. Neighbors were nice. Random man knocked on our door late at night but he eventually left. Plenty of towels but would’ve been nice to have a floor towel for getting out the showers. Some of the sink drains were slow but not too bad. Overall good experience and would stay again.

My family of six stayed here for our Graceland trip and it was perfect! I so appreciate pet friendly properties. We brought our golden doodle and it was close enough to everything that we could run back between activities and let her out. Nice big fenced backyard was perfect for her! The inside of the house was updated and decorated so nicely and the beds were super comfy! Three large TVs were a plus also. I highly recommend!

This house all the securities and amenities needed. Not only was it well stocked with towels, soaps, and all the pillows you could desire. The house seems freshly renovated, and well decorated and designed. The host was easy to work with and responsive to our needs and requests. Highly recommended.

The house was very true to the online pictures/description. Apparently VRBO was down and we had some initial trouble accessing the entry code to gain access but the owner was very quick to respond to my text. The fridge made an irritating humming noise but this was not bothersome when in the bedrooms. Was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Super close to great restaurants!

We loved our experience in Memphis. The home was located in a charming neighborhood, with fun old homes near by. It was close to downtown and the airport- and out of the way of heavy traffic. The house was clean and updated with great decor.

I had to travel to Memphis for work and would be tagging along my big family. The house is so spacious and clean! My family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and not be on top of each other like a hotel. The neighbors were welcoming and it was definitely a perfect trip for me and family! Would recommend this the perfect stay for work or vacation ☺️

This was a great place for 5 adults, first time to visit Memphis. Location was good for getting to Graceland and downtown for tours and Beale Street. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was well appointed and everything was new. Beds were comfortable. Did use the washer and dryer which was so convenient. There were some missing window screens so we used the AC as temp was in the high 80’s. Would stay there again

This was a weekend getaway for the grandkids to learn and experience the rich culture that Memphis offers ! The amenities (modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable and inviting decor, spacious front porch and deck) were awesome!!! It’s only minutes away from downtown and many of the local attractions. We were very thankful for the welcoming and informative host who was readily available via call or text if we ever needed anything. We would definitely recommend to anyone who would like a safe and comfortable place to stay while in Memphis. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful space!

Very impressed from the time the door opened. Loved th hardwood floors and all appliances looked new. The three bedrooms worked great for us. Staying here was so much better than a hotel. You could gather for meals but with three tv's everyone could watch what they wanted. We would recommend this property to everyone.

I’ve rented several air b n b over the years without much luck. They were clean, sort of, the kind of clean a kid would do. I was a little hesitant about renting but this house saved me over $200 over a hotel so I thought I would take one more chance. This house was spotless and located in a good neighborhood, as far as I could tell, we had no problems. The owner communicated the instructions and was ready to help if anything came up. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom were spotless. I would definitely rent from this owner again, this experience has restored my faith in renting homes. Now for the bad part, the only thing I could complain about is there were no tissue out, so you either used a paper towel or toilet paper to blow your nose and the ceiling fan in the living room had no remote to turn it on. That being said, having not to worry about where you are staying helps make your vacation wonderful. Overall I gave 5 stars for everything because this house rocked.

This was one of the most cozy, comfortable and enjoyable places/home we had the pleasure of renting. The home was immaculate and well within any activities Memphis had to offer (food, concerts, Beale street, etc.,). Although Memphis was reported to have a crime problem, we didn't feel it & we had no problems. Even the neighbors came out to talk with us. It was AWESOME!! I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again should I return to Memphis!! Thank you Mr Kyle for providing such wonderful and outstanding accommodations!

We had ample room for 5 grownish women to stay and be comfortable. Each of us had our own space/bedroom which was lovely and unexpected. The front porch had a ceiling fan so even during the hottest part of the day we could sit outside and enjoy our coffee/drinks,listen to the rain and chit chat. Also very easy for the uber driver to find when it was time for dinner downtown.

The house is located in a neighborhood that is older. Some nice and some not so nice homes in the area. This home was clean and very well taken care of. The host Kha Le was quick to respond to all questions we had. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to most area attractions.
