After a long ride we arrived to an easy checkin. Our host Joanna left accurate instructions to enter. The beds were clean and comfy. Everything you might need for a stay was thoughtfully available. And it was clean! Definitely book a stay in the future if we return to the area.

Thank you for all the little conveniences. The coffee, laundry detergent, umbrellas, etc. There is a small nail in the floor by the island that is quite sharp. Easy fix. The sound bar doesn’t look secure and might slip off the wall. The Keurig sometimes spits out coffee ground as it is going. The place was great!

We loved the property aspects of cleanliness and the kind host. However the noise at night from the unit upstairs was unacceptable. It started about 10pm and lasted for several hours the first night and about 4 hours the second night. There was loud walking, banging, chairs being dragged, people yelling etc. It rattled the entire downstairs at times and was very disruptive to all of our sleep. My 3 year was woken up at 1:30am. When we got back home to our house she said ‘we’re home and there’s no noise in there’ and pointed to our bedroom. Our hose gave quiet hour rules of 10pm but what’s the point when the people about can’t also respect that. That part was just awful and ruined our stay unfortunately.

We were 4 lifelong friends from the class of 1979 checking off a bucket list trip to Fenway Park, among other things. "Wow!" is all I can say. Not a detail missed. An older, but beautifully updated home in Everett was perfect for us. It was about 15 minutes from Fenway, from the airport and from downtown. There were three beds for four guys, but one was a king sized and we could have used the couch if necessary, so not a problem. After parking in the free, off-road space and upon entering the house, we were greeted with a nice card inviting us to enjoy some complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine from the chiller. There was also a basket with many different toiletries just in case we forgot or ran out of our own. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to the action. The place is beautiful and the host was attentive. What else could we ask?

Great trip to Boston! this property was just remodeled and was super nice. The Property owner really thought of the customer by having welcome treats and additional toiletries. This place was well stocked and super clean! The Neighbor hood was great and another awesome plus was the parking space off the road. we were about 15-20 mins out of downtown. 5 minutes from the casino which was fun to stop by in the evening. Once again great stay!

This was one of the most amazing rental properties we have ever stayed at. The unit had the most appliances, accessories and even spices that we have ever seen. Little details like extra bathroom supplies and even treats. Joanna, the host was fantastic to deal with and the property was just plain amazing. Beds were comfortable, extra towels and even folding chairs. We would highly recommend this property if you are going to be staying in Boston. It was close enough to everywhere we had to go and there is even an upstairs unit if you need more space than this unit offers.

It was a great property. Perfect for our stay and easy for our 9 month old to enjoy. The host was so nice and left us wine and snacks. She was very easy to communicate with and addressed any questions we had immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The place was clean, fully stocked (with much more than any other vacation rental), well-appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the many amenities, including laundry machine, dishwasher, Netflix, 8K TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The gas range made cooking a breeze, and the appliances were top-notch. The only drawback was that being in the lower unit; we could hear noise from the unit above, which was only an issue late at night and early in the morning. Implementing some ground rules for temporary tenants on keeping noise levels down after/before certain times in the day could improve the situation. Overall, it was a great rental with an excellent location and great amenities!

The lower unit rental is nicely decorated and was very clean. Close to grocery, drug store, airport. Downsides: There were several different renters above us during our 9-day stay and it was SO noisy. We could hear every step they took, each time they dropped something, moved a chair, went up and down their stairs, slammed their entryway door. Didn't get much sleep. No curtains on one of the master bedroom windows so we woke to sunlight around 5 a.m. every day. We rented the house for the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer. We were provided only 2 dish washer pods so we had to buy more. We were not provided any laundry soap; had to buy our own. My husband climbed a ladder to check the top of the dryer (stacked units) and found a plastic container w/two punctured laundry pods that had oozed soap so couldn't use. Two people for 9 days and only provided 2 toilet paper rolls; had to buy more. Check your expectations with owner before renting.

This place was so beautiful and well-decorated. It was very close to Boston. Only giving it 4-stars because the driveway was a little hard to see for pulling out because of the parked cars and we had a couple “close calls” . Would highly recommend otherwise!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week long stay at the end of September/beginning of October. The home was very clean and cozy. If you are traveling with a baby they do offer a crib. My only “gripe” about the crib is it was like a mini crib and my 8 month old baby is a mover so he didn’t sleep well in it. As far as the property, the location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a Target about 10 minutes away so that was nice and convenient. Our commute to downtown Boston was only about 20 minutes. Also, they have a vehicle on site that you can rent through Turo so that was nice and convenient and better than having to deal with a car rental company. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I’m ever back in the Boston area.

The Cottage is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It’s a little bit far from all the major sights and we ended up needing to hire a car earlier than anticipated to get around. I would also say the property could benefit from some additional crockery bits in the kitchen and tea towels etc. The noise levels from the adjacent property were also very high due to the thin walls, but overall it was a fantastic base for exploring Boston and the surrounding areas. Child friendly and super comfy beds!

The house was fantastic. Clean, smelled amazing, had all of the necessities plus bonus snacks and wine. The location was perfect for us, 15-20 min drive to anywhere we wanted to go or 5 mins to the T. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the 5 of us.

This was the first time I used a VRBO for vacation..I am never booking a hotel again. Beautiful property. Easy drive to Boston and Salem. We had one small issue where the guests in the other unit parked us in in the driveway. I called the owner. She contacted them and the cars were moved within a half hour. I highly recommended this apartment. If I ever come back to the area I will definitely book again.

This property was everything and more! The furnishings and design were gorgeous, the place was immaculate, and when my kids walked in the door they exclaimed, IT SMELLS SO NICE IN HERE!!! The 3 bedrooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a quick meal. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were key for us as a family of 5 with 3 little ones. We were able to zip into Boston within 10-15 min, and the Minute Man National Park was only about 25 min away. The surrounding neighborhood was really cute with a plethora of different cuisines to order from. Will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Boston!

Me and my friends really loved the place. The house was very clean and well maintained. The accents of all the rooms and the furniture are well thought of. The house had a well equipped kitchen and a nice backyard. The house also had many board games to unwind to in the night. Overall, it is a great place with a great ambiance and it is perfect for anyone visiting the Boston area.
