The location of the condo was exactly what my daughters were looking for. They wanted to hang out at the pool (UV Rays were cookin', walk around downtown, go for hikes, and just relax. There was plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, or we could easily walk to grab a meal.
We live in Cottonwood Heights right between Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon, which keeps us more local during the winter months; however, seeing how close the condo is located to the lifts in Park City we might consider coming here when it's covered in snow.

The location is fantastic, practically right on Main Street. Very clean, accurate description, has everything you need. Very clear directions on how to access property. Free parking pass in unit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Property was clean, comfortable and convenient to the Town Lift. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc. We had a problem trying to understand the thermostat. It was set on a program which we had to keep overriding. I would suggest having some instructions available. Also the wifi was extremely slow which made watching the main tv difficult when trying to stream. It kept buffering.

Great location. 3 minute walk to town lift. Unit is in the same building as the indoor hot tub and sauna which is very convenient. We loved our stay!

Our friends were staying at the Marriott, so this property was extremely close. We woke up in the morning and we were right on the Town Lift. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park City condo. The location can’t be beat. Easy parking, great indoor aesthetic and proximity to town were just what we are looking for. Very comfortable beds and strong Wi-Fi for those who are working remotely.

It was three girlfriends’ weekend get away. I would stay again. Great location allowed walking to restaurants and Main street. Two bedrooms were plenty for 3 of us. Family of 4 would fit comfortably as well. Issues with entry code at check in, cold inside temperature and slow flow in bathroom sink are reasons for 4 stars.

Very nice condo in a very convenient location. Bus stop to the lift right outside the development. Easy walk to Main Street. We did not have a car and this location was ideal for that. We could easily use public transportation to get groceries. the hot tub amenities on site were also a nice touch.

Property was well located near Town lift and Main Street. Complex was nice. Unit was finished with the cheapest of everything, things were breaking, and the “property manager” was more like a “Service Dodger.” Some examples: the heat was remote controlled and kept reverting back to 63 degrees despite the cold. The flimsy toilet paper holder broke off and so did the towel rack. We were 5 people but didn’t have enough towels. No dish soap. Whatever Roku TV is… forget it, doesn’t work. Cooking utensils were few and childish. At least 2 electric plugs didn’t work. The main living room light was broke. Bottom line, good location, everything else made being there unpleasant…. Just know that going in.

The condo is walkable to everything and nicely furnished. The queen sofa is dated and we didn’t have sheets for it. The large coffee pot also wasn’t working, but Vacasa brought us another one after asking. We would stay here again.

We had a quick trip to Park City and this condo was perfect. Very clean and the location was perfect for walking anywhere in town. Would definitely stay here again.

the smart thermostat was set to low for comfort.
We were cold and the condo was damp. We had trouble getting the towels to dry. We feel that the guests should be able to operate the temperature in the condo. Everything else was great. Thank you

Chose Park Station for my Birthday girls trip. I had stayed there 35 years ago, so was nostalgic. The limit of one parking space, was an issue for me. My guests had to park quite far away for 24 hour parking. We had to drive them from the 24 hour lot ( not walking distance). The beds were ok, could use some feather pillows, the polyester ones were not very comfortable. Condo is in convenient location near entrance, also Main bedroom is on busy road, so you do hear traffic noise.

The property itself was pretty good (though a place that sleeps 8 should have more than 4 chairs at the table and only 2 placemats, 4 wine glasses, etc.) But communications with the manager were almost non-existent. Prior to the trip I sent several messages (says they reply within a few hours but days later, no reply and I had to call). We got there and one of the TVs didn't work and the other only worked occasionally. Tried messaging with no response. There was also lots of construction going on, and even though my other friends (5 different groups rented in the same complex) had gotten multiple emails in advance warning of the construction, I got none. Then one morning I left and I got a text from my daughter who said some guys came banging on the door at 8am. She was still asleep and construction workers just walked in and took the front door off to repair. She locked herself in the bathroom and texted me. They said they thought we had checked out but clearly we hadn't as all our things were still there and my daughter was there! Even if we hadn't been home, we had computers, jewelry, etc. and had zero notice that someone would be entering our unit. I was flipping angry and called Vacasa immediately saying it was unacceptable! I also took that opportunity to tell them about the TVs since no one had ever responded to my message. It has now been 6 days since that happened, and I got home 2 days ago, but TVs were never fixed and no one ever got back to me or even apologized (let alone compensated) about the construction workers entering our unit. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews but not this time! Also, my friends who rented through VRBO vs the other guys(not allowed to say) also had problems with their units and they were never fixed.

Best location for a summer stay
Park station is exactly what you need if you are looking for a place walking distance to the Park City’s main street. The condo looks recently renovated with modern minimalist decor (what we prefer). This condo was on the first floor and close to the building’s entrance making it even easier to get in and out of. Parking was close to the building, but because of the central location, we hardly had to move the car. Make sure to double check if the pool is open. We were told that it was an amenity but it was still covered and not ready for use.

Perfect place for a ski trip
The location of this property is perfect for a ski/board trip, or to just enjoy downtown Park City. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Town Lift, and to restaurants and shopping. Parking near the condo was easy. There was also laundry facilities in the building for when you needed it. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub, but we saw people enjoying them every night. This location is perfect, and the owner was great with communication. The owner also said he is doing some upgrades inside the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

Close to Main Street
We loved that this condo is so close to Main Street in Park City. The walking path right outside the sliding door gave us a place to walk our dog and walk right up to Main Street. The condo was well stocked and we were very comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and very easy check in. Location is right in town, walking distance to Main Street. It was nice we never had to get in the car to go to dinner or lunch! The owner , Michael, was very accommodating and was very fast at getting back to us if we needed something or had a question. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location
We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping and great restaurants. The bus line stops right at the front of the property. The ski lift is one block away. Perfect location for doing many things in Park City without having a vehicle.

Great location and amenities.
This condo has a great location and I love that it is on the ground floor. The outside hot tub is wonderful, and there is an inside spa if you don’t want to venture out into the cold. Our family of six were comfortable for the week. I would recommend more blankets, especially for those who do not like to sleep with the heater on. Oh, and measuring spoons. We’ll be back.

The condo was just as pictured and described. We loved being on the ground floor near the stream. Very quiet and such a great location for walking Main Street. This is a reasonably priced condo and perfect for our family of 4.

Great condo and friendly owner.
We really enjoyed our stay at Park Station. It is very convenient to the downtown lift and so many places to choose from to eat. This location allowed my teenaged boys to check out the area on their own, while I hung out with the other adults we were traveling with. They stayed just across the street. I’d definitely recommend this unit.
