Property was conveniently located to the yacht club as well as town. We had a few minor issues upon check-in that the host immediately resolved. Beds & furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Place worked out great for our needs!

Gulf view place was well situated to beach as well as downtown Ocean Springs. Plenty of room and well stocked. If we wanted to eat in each meal we had access to what we needed but the restaurants in OS’s were outstanding. The Manager, Glenn, was extremely communicative and it was like dealing with someone I knew. The month long vacation was very enjoyable.

Our family stayed in this house while attending a wedding in the area. It felt like a home away from home--very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The location is wonderful--walking distance to East Beach and close to all the amenities of Ocean Springs.

We’ve rented this house three times now when visiting my husband’s sister who lives just around the corner, across from the ocean. It is a very comfortable, clean, and well decorated house. Everything we needed was provided and is in good working order. We even brought our two small dogs this time and the fenced in backyard was great. I’m sure we’ll be back for more visits.

This was our first stay at a VRBO. I spent days researching the options since my husband really doesn’t like to travel and we would have our 2 dogs with us. It couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet so the dogs weren’t tempted to bark. My husband could walk out the front door early in the morning and go on his 3 mile walk with the dogs. He said the scenery was beautiful. I liked that the house was clean, spacious and well equipped. The appliances were very nice. I am so happy that we stayed at Gulf View Place.

We were staying in the area to meet up with family and visit with our son in the military! We knew we wanted to be close to Ocean Springs and searched for a place close to downtown. This home has three bedrooms, two full baths and two living areas! It was so quaint and charming. The owner was a Brigadier General! His family has kept the home and made some updates. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were good size, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes, drinkware, cooking supplies and even some spices and basic refrigerator condiments! Family room had very comfy furniture, books and a cozy fireplace! The home had a good wifi connection. I believe they also have bikes but we didn’t even check because of the heat! We walked to east beach and loved it! Hosts are fabulous! We will stay here again!

We found the house to be as described. It was indeed very clean which is important to us!! Also stocked well with basic necessities. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and in a great location near to the beach. The check-in process was very simple and we were graciously offered a late check out even later than we asked for. Beds were very comfortable! We would definitely return to this property! This home truly becomes your home during your visit. My family and I immediately felt comfortable and at home as soon as we opened the front door. This home is only a few blocks away from one of the nicest and cleanest beaches on the Gulf Coast & really close to the iconic Ocean Springs downtown area which is filled with shopping, restaurants and attractions. This home and local area is filled with the deep costal rich history and the local artistic vibes. My employment requires me to travel the world and this home was one of the best. The owner was fantastic and extremely easy to coordinate our stay. Your comfort and enjoyment is his main goal. My family and I are relocating to Ocean Springs and this home puts you in the middle of the historic district while still providing a quiet place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be visiting this home many times in the future. So, if you want somewhere to feel at home during your travels and an owner that that ensures you visit is unforgettable, this is your place.

We felt like we were home staying in this lovely home. It had everything we needed plus extras in the pantry to get us started and then some! Quiet street just a few blocks from the beach. Glen made sure we had everything to make our visit to OS special!

This was a fabulous beachy getaway for our family! And the fact that it’s per friendly & we were able to bring our black lab made it even better!! Walking distance to beautiful East Beach made early morning & sunset beach walks a very enjoyable daily occurrence. Short bike ride or drive to wonderful downtown amenities… shops, bars, restaurants, Walter Anderson Museum etc… Communication with the owner was excellent throughout & they even went over & above to mail my daughters allergy & asthma medication to us as she forgot them during our checkout. Highly recommend this VRBO. We will definitely be back!!

My family was in town to attend a wedding. The property was spacious and easily accommodated us all plus our family pet who’s boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. The home had all the necessities we required. Glenn was very communicative and responsive and was very welcoming. We loved the location! Although an older home, it is very clean, fresh and modern. Hopefully we will be able to make our way back here and spend more time exploring the Ocean Springs area. We really liked what we did get to see.

Neighborhood was very quiet. Fenced in back yard was very convenient for our fur baby. The beach was just a short walk away and just a short drive to downtown. Beds were very comfortable and the living space was great for six adults and 2 fur babies!

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the proximity to the beach, downtown and other cities is convenient. Great back yard and seating area on the side deck. The house is updated and has all the conveniences needed for a great stay!!! Glenn was easily accessible and quick to reply. Definitely recommend!!
