This house had everything we needed for our two night stay to watch the eclipse. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a good remodeling decision. It’s a short walk to the ice cream shop and to Garfield Park.

Wonderful experience! Very cute and modern space! Clean, fun, snacks, and coffee bar a great plus! Thanks for hosting us for the NBA Allstar weekend!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Jungle Bungalow in Indy. When we get together, we cook 5 star meals and eat like royalty. The bungalow’s kitchen was perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt completely safe. Our host was very responsive to any communications and was always helpful.
The next time we’re in Indy, we hope to stay here again.

Very well located and maintained property with all the amenities. I would recommend it highly.

We loved this place for the most part! You can tell they really try for a hotel feel. Close to the convention center. The only issue we had is that it was very cold in the main area despite the fact that the thermostat was locked to 72 degrees. Even those in our party who run really hot were cold. Luckily, the bedrooms weren't so cold.

We loved this rental. Very central to downtown Indy and about an hour to Indiana University. House was designed well, had a great layout and was very clean. Would highly recommend!!!

This house is exactly as advertised and everything we needed for a short weekend stay. The beds were firm and comfortable with good pillows. We used the inflatable bed and it was fantastic! The living areas and bedrooms were roomy. The sloped ceiling in the upper non-master room was a bit more dramatic than expected, but my 6' tall son did not hit his head so all worked out well. The living area could use a lamp or two to provide alternative lighting to the ceiling light. And the bedrooms could use a dresser or console table so you can put your luggage up on a surface other than the bed, and put your clothes in drawers. The closets are well shelved, but drawers and a deeper flat surface would be nice. The neighborhood is run down, but being revitalized. That said, we felt safe. The manager was easy to reach, always responsive, very pleasant and flexible. We really had a great stay at this property and think you will too!

Rented the place so my son and his friends could hang out together. It was a great evening for the twenty somethings. House was in a very convenient location for everyone. They had a great time playing games and hanging out. Check in and check out procedure was easy and simple. Like I said, the location was great. Close enough to everything in Fountain Square and downtown but in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

We loved the house. Perfect for couples. And there is a great speakeasy on the corner. It’s a gem! Called the vault. It’s a must!

Property had no issues, WiFi worked well, plenty of parking, excellent communication from the property manager. Checking in and out was as smooth as could be.. Everything was very well kept and the property is very comfortable. No part of my experience was negative, aside from what I've written below.
The very singular concern I had was that it really only sleeps _maybe_ 8. There are three bedrooms, each with queen or king. There was also a single air mattress in a closet and two couches in the living room.
If your group is a lot of couples or people comfortable sleeping in a bed with a non-partner, it would sleep the listed 10 somewhat-but-not-wildly comfortably. Each room was large enough for an air mattress in addition to the bed, but you'd have to bring some and accept you're sharing a room. Three full baths was an excellent offset to this, though. Sleeping on the couches in the living room was a bit rough for my group because there is no other common space, so the early risers would often wake up those who were sleeping there.
So if you don't need the full 10 or are a flexible group, it's a great option. I'd rebook with more air mattresses and up to probably 7 or maybe 8 people.

Clean, comfortable, and well though out
My family stayed here during a visit to Indianapolis. The house had absolutely everything we needed. It was very clean and a comfortable place to spend time inside and and on the back porch. Having a little bit of grass area was a bonus to for the kids to be able to play. The street it is on can be relatively noisy at night, so earplugs might be worth bringing for light sleepers. We enjoyed the proximity to Fountain Square and a couple of neighborhood gems nearby.

Perfection
Kris and her husband spared no expense on updating this home. It was so clean and provided everything anyone could need. No need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash or hairdryer as that is all there. Washer and dryer are new and clean. Very close to downtown and hidden gems. Will stay again!

So much better than staying at a hotel!
My family was able to enjoy an overnight stay all under the same roof. The house is beautiful and very recently renovated. Kris provided us with snacks and coffee, so what more do you need in life? We stayed up late into the night talking and catching up in the spacious living room. Every bedroom had a fully stocked bathroom-we didn’t need to bring anything! My sister’s dog was able to join us for just a minimal cost. We were disappointed that we could only spend one night due to our busy schedules. The next time we travel to Indy and my brother’s house is full, we hope to be able to stay here again! This was way better than staying at a hotel!

Excellent House!!
This house was perfect for us. We were in Indy for a cheerleading competition and found it a nice location from the Indiana Convention Center. We weren’t able to walk there but it was very easy to get an Uber. It was about eight dollars each way. The house was fabulous and well appointed and the home owners were amazing. We made several meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. An overall great experience. Thank you Kris!
