Newly renovated nice home.

I just want to say the house was phenomenal. It was spacious, luxurious, homey, just wonderful. The host was amazing and responded quickly if needed. I will be renting again in the future. Thanks again 😊😊

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is wonderful for a group. It’s very clean and very cute!

The property was spot on with everything...clean, very we updated, easy checkin. Our group was 6 players on a senior softball team. We were in town for the weekend. The house was great to come back to and relax, catch some football games on tv and just hang out. Close to Lucas stadium as well, but still a quiet neighborhood. Kris has a top notch place.

The home is gorgeous! Clean! It’s just in the wrong location. The furniture and beds were so comfortable! But, the traffic is terrible..all night you hear vehicles (cars trucks and motorcycles). We like to have a tv in our bedroom..none of the bedrooms have tvs. Only two of the ceiling fans are quiet..but the host/owner makes you feel at home with snacks coffee and toiletries provided in all the bathrooms, which are beautiful. So as I first stated..it’s a beautiful home..bad location.

My wife and I and two adult children with their spouses and children were in town for a family event. We chose to stay in this house instead of a hotel. The house has been updated and is very comfortable and very clean. The check in and check out process was flawless and all done on-line. Parking was good. We enjoyed it and would gladly stay here again if the occasion arises.

Great location. Owners very helpful and responsive. Comfortable furnishings.

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The provided toilettries and cleaning supplies were nice and allowed us to pack less. The online guide was helpful too. There were plenty of dishes for eating and drinking, but I was disappointed in the lack of cooking utensils. More pots in a variety of sizes would have been helpful too. I had to cook in batches to feed our party of 10 with one flimsy spatula. If the owner would provide sufficient cooking supplies in the future, we would stay here again.

This completely remodeled property was a great fit for our overnight stay in Indy near Fountain Square. This neighborhood is being transformed with help of HGTV’s “Good Bones”. The Two Chicks and a Hammer office is across the street from Kris’ house. Owner was easy to work with. Friends and I enjoyed our stay. There were some construction projects still incomplete on the exterior and had no effect on our stay.
