About this apartment rental
This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes.

The condo was very comfortable for my family to stay in and the view is unbeatable.
The only issue with this unit is that it’s located on the second floor right next to the entrance to the beach for all the other residents of the Palm Bay Club and so it can get pretty loud with cars and people coming and going to the beach.

The view was worth every dime and the ease of getting to the beach or pools. The facility was gorgeous, extremely clean and well kept. The room was immaculate and offered everything we needed! I only needed to grab paper towels and coffee for the stay! Laundry was there and all the local towns and shops were right down the road! I would highley recommend this to anyone! We had our two adults , a 2.5 year old and an 11 year old and the room was perfect for our family! We will be coming back!

Check-in after hours was easy. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked in terms of utensils and toiletries. Two small issues: there was no paper towel in the kitchen (However, there were boxes of Kleenex) and the bathtub in the second bedroom was not draining well. Everything else was in working order. The view of the beach from the living room and bedrooms was fantastic and this was reason enough to rent the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor which means you will not have to wait for the elevator. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this vacation property.

Lovely condo with a fantastic view....only downside was the master bedroom bed. Terribly soft and very uncomfortable. We used the second bedroom beds when we did not have guests. The bed did not even have a headboard and the bedspread did not fit properly (too small) and it seemed dirty. Needs to be replaced with a King size spread. Other than that, we liked the condo and its location in the tower.

Everything was perfect except the hot water in the room with 2 beds only stays hot for about 5 minutes and there’s no hot water in the kitchen sink. We didn’t inquire with the front office though. The location and view are fabulous!

The unit was so nicely appointed and clean. The layout was perfect for a mother-daughter trip. Two bedrooms and two baths made is great for rising and retiring at our leisure. The complex is long and narrow so being oceanfront has a disadvantage of a longer walk to pools or hot tub. Our only real negative was that the hot tub temperature was so hot, it burned getting in. Other guests that used it that night concurred. The unit itself more than made up for the sting of the tub. We arrived early and were assured we could check our bags at the front office. We arrived at 12:35 and had to coax them to take the bags (They close from 12:30-1:00) Just something to keep in mind for future travelers.

Location of condo is ideal, beachfront and the views are exactly as described. The unit has had some updates, but is a bit tired looking in other areas. Although we would stay here again, it should be noted that the condo needs a serious deep cleaning. The area felt safe and there was plenty of security. Having said that, security needs to a better job of controlling the noise level after 11 pm at the beach pavilion area right outside front doors of tower units. There were large group gatherings each night; music and partying were too loud and went on until at least midnight, both on weeknights and weekends. We didn’t report this to security as we could see security patrolling in golf carts so it was obvious they weren’t going to intervene in noise control matters. We were staying in the beachfront tower unit so the noise was really an issue there. If staying in a unit further away from beach this likely wouldn’t be a problem. Overall we enjoyed our first visit to Siesta Key. Highly recommend The Summerhouse restaurant (steaks, seafood etc) and JPan for Sushi. St. Armand’s Circle is a fun area to visit for shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay. The windows and views are fantastic. Clean, big, no complaints. The only drawback to this unit was the beach noise. It was essentially teenagers spring break every night on the beach outside our room. It was very disruptive to be kept up until 3 am every night of the stay. There is a noise ordinance starting at 10pm but it doesn't seem to apply to the beach. The only suggestion the staff gave was to call the police. again, it was a very nice room but the beach parties were very disruptive with 2 small kids.

This condo was better than advertised. The pictures do not do it justice, particularly how close you are to the beach. We had wonderful sunset views, and east strolls to the sand each day. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Only a short drive to Publix for groceries, and there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and were we to go back would most certainly stay here again.

The location, views, and communication with staff were excellent. We were disappointed at the lack of basic kitchen supplies though, like salt, pepper, sugar packets, and paper towels, as well as a cutting board and containers for leftovers. Otherwise we were happy with it.

Wonderful experience overall!! Only things missing were in room beach items like an umbrella, small cooler, chairs. Also there is not great walkability to stores and restaurants but the trolley stops at the main gate! Beach is absolutely impressive at Palm Bay and maintained by a great crew, definitely get your fees worth! The unit was spotless and perfect for our family with small kids. Beautiful views on the balcony which was a main selling point for us. Definitely would return again to Palm Bay@ q

it was clean, the views were amazing. Right now with a 3yo and 7mo I always get a spot “on the beach” because then I have views even during nap time, a meltdown or an unforeseen visit to the SMH urgent care like we had this trip. 😅
I was bummed out kiddo had an ear infection during our already short 3 night stay but grateful for the balcony and views!!
There were some beach supplies and we left our sand castle molds and bucket for the next guests.
Only con: I did want to do laundry but I didn’t realize when handed the laundry card it was empty and that the only place to load it was in the main office according to the paper. So I couldn’t do laundry before we left.
We also used ABC rental for a pack n play and jump a roo and they were great. Items were in our unit upon arrival. We also rented umbrellas and oak chairs from the Tropical services and they were great as well.
I would make this a regular stay location.

We stayed in Unit 21 ofThe Palm Bay Club from May 5-9. It was our annual sister/friend trip, (two sets of sisters and best friends). We couldn’t have been any happier with our accommodations. The resort was in the perfect location and the property was absolutely lovely. The condo itself was decorated perfectly for a beach condominium, and looked exactly as pictured on the website. It was spotlessly clean, too. You can’t ask for more than that. Other than not having a washer/dryer inside the unit, it had everything you could possibly need. There was a laundry facility on our floor and we were given an access card that we could’ve paid to use the washer/dryer had we wanted to do so. The beach service folks are great. You tell them where you’d like to be and they place your beach chairs for you. There’s an umbrella/cabana rental service available as well. The powder white sand on this beach is incredible and it was evident that the grounds crew work diligently to keep the beach area meticulous. We were amazed at how clear the water was. We agreed that this was the prettiest beach/water we’ve seen in Florida and is comparable to the water in the Caribbean. Yep...it was love at first sight. I know for sure I’ll be back.

We wanted to show our grown gkids the beach I grew up on. We needed a place not only on the beach but with views of the kids in the water while we sipped our mai tais on the veranda or even from inside the apt. This apt. was perfect. So spacious, so CLEAN, so nicely decorated, exactly like the pictures.The second floor was high enough for a view but low enough that we could take the stairs and were out on the beach in 2 minutes.The staff was the most friendly I've ever encountered. The facilities were just as described. Having beach towels provided was a godsend since we didn't have to pack them. There was a starter amount of coffee and dishwashing liquid. I would have liked salt and pepper cuz it really is a staple. This location was near the bridge so it was easy to get off the island to enjoy the rest of Sarasota as well.
