Warm cozy 3 bedroom beach house only 130 yards to the beach. Great beach house with peekaboo views of the ocean from the house, deck or even the dinning room table. Great Emerald Isle location. Just minutes from restaurants, grocery and stores. Let us invite you to enjoy walks on the beach or just sitting in a beach chair enjoying all the Atlantic has to offer. Enjoy the bike path that sits next to the house or the secluded backyard surrounded by live oaks.
Take off down the island using the beach bikes, and running stroller or make a day of it at the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. This house is pet and kid friendly so we provide pack and play, running stroller, dog bowls and poop bags. We try to make it easy.

My family and I had a great time! Close to the beautiful blue/green beach, charming town and cozy cottage. Very enjoyable vacation.

Week was good, we did find mold on the inside of the upstairs bedroom closet door. Aside from that, all was good.

Love the location, being so close to the beach access and good streets/path for dog walking. Beach is uncrowded and pup friendly! Enjoy sitting on the front porch, seeing a glimpse of the ocean. Traffic noise on the main road is not bad. Lovely trees and gardens surrounding and on the property. Appreciate the extras, including beach chairs, bikes and a nice outdoor shower.

We loved this house! It was close to the beach and had everything needed for a family of 5. All of the extras ( sunscreen, toilet paper,etc.) made our visit so easy. Loved the bikes! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

The family and I enjoyed our stay.
The location was a nice short walk to the beach with children.
The house was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing.
If traveling with older folks the bedroom on the main level is great, plus it is next to a bathroom for ease of access.
The family and I enjoyed all the little amenities that made this location very welcoming. From sunblock, to laundry detergent, to beach chairs, to a guest netflix account. I always enjoy the simple things that are not expected to be provided.
The security access to enter the house was very simple.
I enjoyed the communication with the owner and was attentive to my last minute pet request.
Overall I am not much of beach person. Yet a nice place like this makes me ponder on sticking around and enjoying more of the beach life. It is also another reason I like Emerald Isle, it doesn't feel touristy.

Can't speak highly enough about this property. While nothing real fancy it was very well maintained, well furnished, well stocked with everything you would need, well decorated (including some nice original artwork), well laid out, well situated (very short walk to beach and only 3 miles to town and shopping / restaurants ). Lot's of games, videos, puzzles, books, beach equipment, bikes, etc. Couldn't have been more cozy and comfortable (stayed in January during a storm and it was warm, snug and secure).
It was just my wife and I, but would easily accommodate a larger group with the 2 nice bedrooms and full bath upstairs in addition to the bedroom and full bath on the main floor. Nice front deck, screened porched with nice seating and lower level covered outdoor seating, so plenty of room to spread out.
Will very likely find ourselves staying here again in the future.

This sweet house was the perfect place to spend time with our kids before our son's wedding! We were able to relax and have room to spread out while being around the corner from the wedding beach house. The house was centrally located to everything we needed and the kitchen was the perfect size to cook for our large family. It truly felt like home away from home. We loved the decor in each room; it was just just our style and made it easy to settle in. Thank you for your hospitality and the thought you put in to provide for your guests. ( And my husband agrees the shower outside is the best in the house!)

This property is well stocked with supplies. Everything you would pack is already here. Fron soap and shampoo to beach chairs and bikes. Just bring yourself, some close, and some food and you are all set. Beautiful deck and screened in porch!

We had a wonderful stay and weather until tropical storm Ophelia made an appearance. We only had to leave one day early. The house was comfie and adorable. Easy instructions with no worries. Would definitely recommend this property.

Holla-Daze is wonderfully comfortable cottage. One of the most well equipped places we’ve ever stayed…from the kitchen to the bathrooms to laundry, beach toys, bikes & stuff for the dog…everything we needed was there!

My family loved our stay at HollaDaze with our dog! Very close to the beach and very clean! Property manager was very good on communication. Rental has extras that are really nice - bikes, beach chairs (not rusty or falling apart), nice outdoor shower, kitchen pans in good shape, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap already there to ease your check-in. Area is wonderful!!

We loved our comfortable and convinient stay at Holla Daze. The house was spotless and filled with everything one would need away from home. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, and the walk to the beach only took a few minutes. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

The cottage was clean and neat. It was well stocked with almost everything you would need. We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed that it had a screen porch. We spent a lot of time sitting there and talking. I recommend this property to anyone.

My husband and I spent the month of October at Holla Daze. The property was exactly as described and was just a short walk to the beach. The house offered a nice supply of beach gear including chairs, coolers and 2 beach cruiser bikes. We also appreciated that all cleaning and paper supplies were graciously provided. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. The home offers several outdoor seating areas including a screened in porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Emerald Isle.

We had a fantastic beach experience with this property as home base. A short, convenient walk (5 houses?) to beach access. The property is so well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach (trolly to haul items, umbrellas, chairs, sun screen, water bottles) and cook (even an air fryer!). It’s a wonderfully clean property and very quiet when tucked in. Since it abuts to the main island road the screened porch and open air porch are a bit noisy, but we found we quickly adapted and enjoy time in these spaces. Highly recommend this pet friendly property!

Great house- very comfortable and very well stocked- just bring your clothes and you are ready to go. Everything is there for you. Great location and well lit at nite time. I highly enjoyed our stay- The screened in porch was great for nite time and the outdoor shower is heaven. The only wish would be for the yard to be fenced in for the doggies- it was a pain to walk them every time they had to go out- easier just to let them out in a fenced in back yard but that doesn't take away from the great house. Super Vacation Spot!
Loved the location, very private, short walk to the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans. Appliances were super nice too. Loved the screened in porch and deck. Definitely recommend this rental, loved the fact that it was pet friendly also. We will be back in the future.

Lots of Amenities
This place offers lots of extras so really good for folks who don't have beach paraphenalia or are flying in, etc. They have beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach tent, jogging stroller, kiddie pool, box fan and standing fan, dog shampoo, dog leash and poop bags, gates for corralling kids or animals inside or on the deck, lots of puzzles, assorted games, tons of mugs, glasses for all occasions, blender, mixers, books, videos, laundry hampers, etc. Things are stashed in closets, drawers and shelves. Just keep looking!
The walk to the beach is super short (slight uphill grading FYI to return to house), lots of parking, the outdoor hose and shower are awesome (would loved to have had a downstairs toilet though as we always returned back to the house in need and had to take time to clean off or wait for shower before going into the house!).
A little bit of road noise but hardly noticeable in the house. The outdoor deck has lots of seating and sunshine (some shaded areas depending on the time of day) which was nice.
Water is ok. A bit "beachy", even when filtered. Definitely drinkable and fine for brushing teeth, but may want to buy some water if you really like to drink water plain.
The only negatives we found were: 1) there is not a lot of storage for food items as the pantry and cabinets are already pretty full; 2) some of the dishes/pots/pans didn't seem completely clean. Some of that is the hard water marks I think, and don't think cleaning service can be blamed...more likely the folks who used them last; 3) the thermostat is a bit tricky to figure out and navigate.
All in all we had a great week and would recommend this place. It isn't modern or minimalist, but it definitely met all of our needs and was quite comfortable. The host is very responsive to messages and seems very nice. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed during our week there.

Wonderful Home on Emerald Isle, Close to beach
Great beach house on Emerald Isle, NC. Just a block to the beach. House had everything you could ask for... even phone charger pad in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully stocked. Trash bags, dishwashing detergent, all there. Nice to not worry about having to bring it all with us. Toilet paper, paper towels... all there. We used and replaced with some we brought. A storage unit underneath house had plenty of beach toys, bikes to use, etc.
Deck was nice to sit on during the evening or early morning. Road noise was loud at times but we were fine with it.
House was clean and in good shape. Nothing to have issue with really. The beach is awesome (of course!). Not too crowded at this location.
Close to everything and the owners give out a fantastic guide with all the info. you could want.

Had a wonder stay! The house is well stocked from kitchen supplies to bathroom towels. Very clean and a short walk to the beach! We absolutely loved the screened in porch! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Great cottage within walking distance to the beach!
Our family of 5 was lucky enough to stay in this cute home for 5 weeks while we were house hunting in the Swansboro area. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our long stay. The kitchen has all appliances, pots/pans, and cooking essentials that made preparing meals at home a breeze. House has excellent wifi, plenty of beds, and a great outdoor shower. We absolutely loved taking a quick walk to the beach. The host was amazing and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

In all a great place. Very clean and so close to the beach.
The only item that I didn't enjoy is the only road through Emerald Isle is next door. It is very busy and just not something I am used to. They do have a real nice tree and scrub line between the house and road so most may not find this an issue. All the people I met around them were so friendly.
You are close enough to the beach to hear the surf.
The house has many extras and the owner is very good about answering questions.
