Loved being close enough to town to easily enjoy all that Moab has to offer, yet being on the outskirts. The tiny house was clean and comfortable! Very cheery inside. Great staff to help with any needs and to give recommendations. Would stay there again!

My family stayed at this location in March for Spring Break and I really loved it and would definitely consider returning. For our first experience spending time in a Tiny Home, it had a wonderful and welcoming vibe.
First thing I noticed was how clean and tidy the place was. For such a small footprint, it made a big impact. I liked having a full size refrigerator and stove to be able to utilize the kitchen during our stay.
Also, the mattresses were nice and firm which really helped after hiking and spending the days at the parks.
My only complaint was about the washer/dryer. We couldn’t figure out if they even worked or if we could use them. The breaker tripped, which is understandable but I feel like having the sign on the washer/dryer about it would be more helpful than in the bedroom. I’m going to be honest, I did not even look at the mirror in the bedroom until the day before we left. It isn’t something that I would consider too bad because once we found it, we were able to wash clothes. And, for the record, it would not stop me from staying there again and I hope this helps anyone who decides to rent this place in the future.
I really liked that it was just outside of town and it felt pretty peaceful and the location was private. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and I would definitely recommend and stay there again if we ever venture back to Moab.

Great location: Cozy and clean. Location has a big lot for trailer parking that came in handy. Ice and firewood next to office was also useful. Highly recommended for a couple or small family.

Great experience
Beautiful place..Camper was gorgeous..Claudia was so helpful.

The onsite folks are great, Claudia was very friendly and helpful. Adam was very helpful when we had travel issues due to snowstorm and closed roads. The site is being updated and improved. The camper was brand new and very clean and comfortable. The onsite barbeques appear pretty new but need some maintenance as several did not work. Definitely will stay there again.

We brought our three teenagers to hike Arches and the surrounding area. We love to camp, so this was an easy way to do it while on a vacation.
We had a great time!

The condition of the trailer was very good. It was spotless and the AC blew cold. The TV and internet worked great. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the surrounding area.
I was told there was 4 acres and 7 trailers, which , with the pics, led me to believe we would be out in the country , with great views and space to move around.
It was off a main road, which is busy.
There were far more than 7 trailers. There were minihomes and personal trailers renting space , as well.
Behind the park was another trailer park, divided by a fence. So there was no view out the back.
There were incomplete projects laying around(hot tub?) and water hoses left lying about.
The trailers were close together, not spread out.
On the positive side, the caretakers were kind and attentive. Especially Missy the dog.
There is a laundry room to use. It was not far to Moab , so you could enjoy the town.
We had a good time.
We will come back when its a bit cooler.

After several moves through out Utah.....it was terrific to have a full kitchen, a bedroom, and lots of space...as well as use of laundry. Sam shared his yellow squash and watermelon with us.....it was great...to have nutricious home cooked meals again. Great location...close to MOab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead HOrse State Park. Beautiful views!!!!

The camper was great! Clean, comfortable, everything for a great stay. Just a bit disappointed with the location; more like a parking lot than a camp ground.

This was a great place to stay! Granted, we were out running around the entire time we were in Moab, but this was a nice and clean place to crash every night. The RV had everything we needed and was easy to set up. Sam and Amy were very responsive, and the entire experience was laid back and easy. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.
