The owner messaged that the access code would be sent the morning of our arrival. When it hadn't arrived mid afternoon we started to message with no response.
We finally got a phone call about 1 hour after check in time. Was starting to panic a little. Nice space, clean beds and linens. I'm not sure where the garden space is. We're accustomed to shampoo, conditioner, bodywash/shower soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher detergent being furnished. Not in this case. Two of the ceiling fans were in need of dusting/cleaning as were some of the vents.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice house.

The house was clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was no outside area to sit but the mosquitoes were so bad we probably couldn’t have sit out there anyway. If you are a serious coffee drinker you may want to take your coffee pot all they had was Kcups. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The house was listed as a garden house but there was no garden or patio of some kind of deck to sit on outside.
Disposal doesn’t work unless you plugged it in at the way back underneath the kitchen sink. You then have to unplug it when done. This was difficult as we are senior citizens. The sink was clogged when we got to the house so we had to turn on the disposal. We then had to do the same for the dishwasher but could leave the dishwasher plugged in. Not sure why it was unplugged. The host responded quickly but this is an unsafe practice.
The house didn’t have any baking dishes for heating or cooking in the oven.

The space was perfect for my father, my daughter and myself on a game day trip. It's much closer to campus than expected, even with the standard BR traffic. I highly recommend this space!

My daughter and I spent 2.5 months here and it was exactly as advertised. It's on a quiet street and we felt extremely safe. For where we needed to be the location was easy to navigate. Host was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend Nia and her beautiful home!

The perfect place to stay for LSU move in if coming from out of town. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus! It allowed us to buy and wash bedding prior to moving into the dorm. Nia was great and super helpful.
Don’t forget to bring a hair dryer and other necessities as they are not provided. Overall, a great stay!

Cute house in excellent location. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a bit of trouble getting enough hot water to the showers. Street looks more like an alley.

While the house is in an older neighborhood, and the outside/yard are clean yet showing their age a bit, the interior is lovely. The paint palette is beautiful, the furniture makes for a comfy setting, and much of the house has been refurbished making it a nice home away from home. Nia is great to work with and a very caring property mgr.
