This is the second time we've stayed at one of Bill's properties, and once again, it was perfect for our large family of 19! The house was fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the fishing off the dock was fantastic. The paddle boats and kayaks provided hours of fun for everyone, and the availability of beach towels was a thoughtful touch.
The location is also incredibly convenient, with grocery stores just a short drive away, making it easy to stock up on everything we needed. We also stayed at Bill's other property right next door, which was wonderful too, so we knew we had to return this year. The spot is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful alcove. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway (we stayed over Labor Day weekend).

My family of 14 stayed at this beautiful spacious house for a week. The set up of the home/number of rooms and beds was great with the four families that we have. The location is really good. The cove that the house is located on was not really busy with other boats so the kids really enjoyed the time they had in the lake. They especially liked the high dive. We all used the pool a lot. There’s a nice fire pit and lots of seating pool and lake side.
The only suggestions we would have would be to have more dishes available in the kitchen and more towels, especially hand towels available in the bathrooms. The home could’ve been a bit cleaner - one of the bathrooms had hair in the tub and on the bed, there were plastic knives in the pool and items were left under the couches. And one of the bedroom ceiling fans apparently has not worked for 3 years.
People should also know that if they want to use the lily pad in the water, you need to pay cash to the property manager for that.

Our stay was spectacular! The house is very spacious and is absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 17 (ranging from Age 3 to 93) had a wonderful stay during the weekend of my son's graduation from Mizzou. The house sits on a very quiet cove and is close to everything just off Hwy 54.The kids enjoyed the pool that has plenty of lounge chairs and seating. We enjoyed every part of the house including the 7 bedrooms, 3 refrigerators, 2 washers/dryers, the ping pong table, the pool, the dock that has more seating, the kayak, and the firepit. The bedroom layout was perfect with the Master Suite on the Main Level and two bedrooms (one king and one with two queen beds) that shared the hallway bathroom on the Main Level. The queen room and king room on the Lower Level each had their own bathroom. The two other king rooms on the Lower Level share a bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Another year staying at this property, great condition overall and worked well for our group.

A beautiful property, just as pictured. Very comfortable with an outstanding view of the lake. Property manager was attentive and responded to our communications in a timely fashion. Beds were comfortable, as were the couches. Multiple decks provided wonderful areas to lounge and enjoy the landscape. We rented the pontoon boat for a day. It was a really nice boat and worked very well. Cost was $495 plus tax and refilling the gas tank. There is a marine gas station very close and they pump the gas for you. The boat rental was a good experience and we enjoyed it. Pool was advertised as heated, it was not. When we asked we were told that it was too late in the season to heat it. We stayed on Oct 20-24. That should have been advertised that pool was not heated after a certain date range. We needed to provide our own firewood for the fire pit, which we did. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers, very nice. Ping pong table downstairs was a big hit. Fireplace did not come with instructions, property manager showed us on the third day when he came to set up the pontoon boat for us. I'm certain we could have asked earlier and he we would have assisted us. It was a wonderful stay overall. My advice is to ask questions in advance to verify if the pool will be heated during your stay. Overall it is a really nice property and we had a very nice stay.

My wife / kids joined some friends in the Ozarks for 4 days - the home was perfect. Everything worked great, Bryan (property manager) was communicative and helped get the pontoon, pool, etc. all ready to go. Highly recommend and plan on returning mid-next year.
