All furniture shown in the pictures is completely brand new, and we bought new high end luxury linens to ensure a quality night's rest after exploring the town!

- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house.we have to hire a company to clean all traces of smoke on furniture and walls that cost$300.

Property was great! All you could ask for was provided, along with a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The hosts were very good at communicating expectations and simple rules. We will be returning to this home for our next trip for sure!!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property owner allowed us an early check-in, which I thought was very nice of her. It was six of us and we were all very comfortable the entire stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, well kept, and felt safe. 5 minute drive to grocery store, local restaurants, and freeway access. Thanks for allowing us to occupy your property.

This spacious home is located in a quiet established neighborhood. There was plenty of room and can accommodate more people that were in my group. It was perfect for the family get together we had for Christmas. If you are looking at this property and want to hold a wild party, you should look elsewhere. It was perfect for my needs.

Five friends stayed at this home for an annual get-together. We had no problems communicating with the owner and the check-in process was trouble-free. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we expected or needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My concerns

It was a great experience the house was nice and large enough to accommodate my guess, except one of the mattresses in the room with double beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Also I'm a little concerned about the bathroom in that same room which appears to have what looks like mold around the window area and base of the bathtub. Other than that we had a great time thanks for sharing your home.

Very unclean

The place was not clean at all. Very dusty, garbage behind and under couches. Floors were so dirty that our feet were black when we walked around. Went to our stuff on top of the fridge and it was really dusty. Family room Walls had splatter of something all over. Informed the property manager/owner and they wanted to come over while we were there and we were out and a family function. So we are not sure if someone checked it out. Or not. The neighborhood was nice and the area was safe
