The property is well maintained and easy in and out. Close to everything you need. Private beach was perfect. Parking gets full! Two different times after returning to the property I had to make a spot almost in the street. One time overnight hoping I wasn’t towed. Having a designated parking spot would have been helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedding was terrible. Sheets felt like sand paper and cheap. Overall good and better space than expected.

Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 are some minor issues that are easily addressed: Needs a new mattress on the bed. Way too soft Drain in the master bath slow Most important: The door keypad is awful. Needs a 9 digit code which doesn’t work even when entered correctly. Took multiple attempts to get in every time we used it. There must be an easier type of keypad lock. Other than these small issues I would recommend and we would rent again.

We went here for a 5 day winter getaway. Place is right near the beach which was great! Cozy with fireplace and kitchen was great to have as well. Will definitely be back!

This condo is a little gem right on the beach. It is close to shops and the center of town. We really enjoyed seeing the sunrise and coffee walks on the beach.

Arrived at property and found a team of contractors replacing the roof. Since we were only staying in the area for a couple of days and we didn’t want to listen to the noise we decided to find another place to stay.

It was a lovely setting for the two of us. It was a joy to have so much natural light in the unit. Also a joy to walk out to the steps and see the water. The unit was very comfortable and we would be happy to come back to this unit.

Booked this for our first time visiting the cape. The unit was very nice but a little cozy — definitely a good size for a couple, wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people. AC worked really well, and it was nice to curl up next to the fireplace at night. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries because while there are some provided, it’s definitely not enough if you’re staying more than 2-3 days. Hot tub and pool were out of commission (and looked like they had been for a very long time) but the condo’s semi private beach was beautiful! In fact, my boyfriend proposed to me on it at sunset while we were staying! We definitely will be booking this place again if we come back to Dennis port.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The decor was perfect. We had read in previous comments about an air conditioner not working so we assumed it would be repaired…it wasn’t…it got very warm. We also had a very hard time getting in the door with the code lock. It rarely worked on the first try- sometimes took several tries. We would love to stay again if these things are taken care of.

We really enjoyed the location and overall feeling of this rental. The building looks like old school Cape Cod, but the inside is very updated. We loved the short walk to the beach, and the comfort of the fireplace on a rainy, windy weekend. Downsides included things I read in comments by others...the drain stopper in the bathtub is still not working, so we could not give my 18 month old grandson a bath since the tub would not hold water. And the comments about how uncomfortable the couch bed is were spot on! I slept on it and the metal bar was very pronounced right where my ribs were, followed by a big sagging area where my hips were. I also brought my own sheets since I wasn't sure if there were sheets for the couch bed. I didn't notice any there. There was also a water leak in the bathroom ceiling (the bathroom off the kitchen). With the heavy rain we had, it was dripping down the mirror and onto the sink for most of the weekend. Finally, this has nothing to do with the rental, but I will avoid rentals managed by Vacasa going forward since the cleaning and other fees were more than 2 1/2 times the cost of two night stay. That is not affordable or reasonable in my opinion, and feels very unfortunate overall.

Wanted to reschedule due to COVID in my family and was given conflicting info. Ultimately they would.not reschedule (even in winter on Cape Cod) and wouldnt even refund a cleaning fee. I asked for the property manager Vacasa to contact the owner but got. I response. Would not book again with any property managed by Vacasa.

This place is clean and conveniently located. However, if you want to get any sleep at all, the owners either need to switch out the bed or you need to choose a different place.

The apartment was nice and small . But it said oceanfront view only see some of ocean through a bathroom . I would have stayed elsewhere for that price and had a balcony. I canceled my balcony room elsewhere for this place and won’t do it again. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Gave us 2 towels for a 4 night stay and when I asked about it she said wash them . Who talks to guests like that . Rude and we couldn’t get in with the code once we got there . I was freezing in cold outside waiting for them to let us in I had to call . Couch bed was aweful. Bedroom bed was comfortable. The tub wouldn’t hold water so couldn’t even use the jet tub. Disappointed over all . Won’t book again.

It is a very nice middle location of everything we wanted to see. We went to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, Chatham, Hyannis just to name a few. The bed was ok. They air conditioning unit in the front of the house never worked. We couldn’t even get it to circulate air. The back unit would at least occasionally kick on & circulate air most of the time. The lock didn’t work all the time on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time but it would eventually lock, at least persistence helped get through the long weekend! All-In-all an ok place to stay.

The place was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Plus it is very warm and welcoming. However, we found the bed to be too soft and creaky sounding, and the couch was not comfortable whatsoever. We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work; I even googled how to use Xfinity remotes. There should have been instructions. The TV in the bedroom didn't have any of the mainstream stations we are used to watching. I had a hard time getting up and down the stairway every time we wanted to get out. I had asked for an ocean view and thought we were getting one, but we could only see a small bit of the ocean from the bathroom window. Very disappointing. The description on the VRBO website made it look like the property was kind of even with the ocean but one would have to go down a long stairway to get to a very a small beachfront. We are retired and on a fixed income and are disappointed with our choice to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay at the immaculate beach condo in Dennis Port. The condo was very clean, organized, and well decorated. We enjoyed how close the condo was to the beach, shops, and restaurants in town. We appreciated the supplies that were in the condo for us as well. A few suggestions for future stays: the sofa bed has a bar pressing into the mattress. A mattress topper might be a nice touch for additional comfort. A full length mirror could also be a nice addition in the condo. The water pressure in the big bathroom was a little low. The bottom shelf on the door of the refrigerator has a broken attachment that was taped on before we arrived. And the air conditioning unit in the main sitting room might need to be replaced. The fan does not stay on and the room was a little warm.

Positives: very clean, adorably decorated, tastefully updated, fully stocked Negatives: main a/c not working, no sheets for pull out sofa (requested but did not receive until day 2 of stay), clogged shower drains and lots of flies. Outside amenities not as nice as pictures show.
