Welcome, we are looking forward to hosting you! Enjoy your time in this historical 1800's brownstone building right across the street from beautiful Washington Park. This 1 bedroom unit has full kitchen and all the amenities of home to make your stay perfect. Walking distance to the famous Lark Street and many other Capitol District attractions.

This elegant building is in a professional and residential environment. We are right across the street from a beautiful huge park with walking distance to Lark Street with great food, bars, shops, museums, state capital and culture. We will always be available to answer all of your questions and or needs. We do not live at the property and are about 15 minutes away but always a text or call away.

If your stay is more then 2 days and you'd like a temporary parking permit please let us know and we will send you the steps to receive one online. It's fast and easy and saves you from the 2hr restriction. Cost is $15-20 for your entire stay.

Easy parking in front of the building between 8:00AM-6:00PM Mon-Fri and after 6PM you can park all night. Saturday & Sunday no restrictions apply and park out front all day. During the weekdays 8AM-6PM if you park out front you just need to move it after 2 hours.

You can also park directly across the street in the park which normally has plenty or parking. At 6pm you can move it back in front of the building if you'd like but make sure to move it in the morning before the meter attendants come around.

Also directly behind the building is parking. Lastly, paid long term parking lot available at 327 Washington Ave.

We had a very good time during our stay because Lloyd's place was clean and had all what we needed-- comfy beds, comfy sofa bed, clean kitchen, bathroom, and living areas, easy access to downtown, beautiful park and walking areas. Everything was as exactly as advertised. Lloyd was a great communicator and we felt right at home. We slept very well :) The building and apartment is very very beautiful! Highly recommend!

This apartment has everything you need and then some. Lloyd thought of everything and had some small amenities that were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had amazing architecture. It had a nice location close to cute restaurants that were in walking distance. There was a bus stop less than a block away which provided access to downtown. We will definitely be staying there for future trips. Thanks for a great weekend.

From the moment we walked in I loved it! It was very clean, warm welcoming and just the perfect spot for our weekend in Albany for a wedding. It was right across from the park, it was a quiet street and we had no issues with parking. It was very clean, the living room was just like sitting at home and the bedroom was so nice and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here you wont be disappointed!!!!!

Lloyd’s apt is in an old brownstone. The building has some nostalgic charm. The apt itself is straightforward — a decently sized LR (w a small dining table), a decently sized BR, a workable kitchen, and a very small bathroom. Bath has been updated. While this apt technically sleeps 4 w the pullout couch, I’d say it’s best for 2 given bath size. Makeup towel, travel size toothpaste, and waters in the fridge v helpful touch. Ceiling in BR much lower than LR; for awareness. Good addition of outlet multipliers and blackout curtains in BR near bed. BR doesn’t seem to be connected to central heating. There was an electric heater, but I didn’t use as IMHO they are dangerous. Home situated on nice park, but bit of a walk to decent coffee / food. Very short Uber ride to Capitol area. One set of neighbors a bit questionable — would try to be in/out quickly at night. Lloyd very communicative, and entry instructions were ultimately quite clear, even if at first they seem a bit daunting. Totally fine stay for utilitarian purposes.

I stayed at this property for 5 days. It was just as advertised, clean, located right across from a beautiful park and local restaurants. I would stay here whenever I am in Albany.

We rented this space to accommodate a couple of our adult children during the holidays. The space was super clean, spacious, and comfortable and easily walkable to fun things to do. The pull out couch would not pull out for us, so one of our kids had to couch surf it, but overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend this property.

We cannot say enough good about our experience staying in this historic place. We immediately settled in to the warmth and cleanliness of the space, and looked forward to returning "home" after our days out in the brisk Albany weather. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, which is very important to us, and the living room was perfect for relaxing. We are house/architecture freaks, so taking in all the 1800s details, from the inlaid wooden floors to the unique, high ceiling was a real treat. We loved all the rich visual details of the vestibule too. It was an all-around lovely experience, with a lovely property manager who was very kind and responsive to us. We will definitely be seeking out Lloyd when we are planning our next Albany getaway!

Lloyd was an awesome host (again!) and our stay was perfect. The place was spotless, bed was super comfy and was a great home away from home. If you are in the neighborhood, check out Lark Street - plenty of local shops and food. Our experience is always fantastic when we stay here and we look forward to another one in the future!

We came up for one night to take an exam and so glad we came here. Everything was perfectly cleaned, clear instructions and labels, and a quiet beautiful brownstone. We needed a good nights rest and that was exactly what we got. The check in was so easy which was very much appreciated after a long drive. Lloyd was an amazing host and if ever in Albany again, would absolutely stay here. Thank you so much!

Unit was exactly as described, and full of helpful information from Lloyd. There were also unexpected treats, like a well-stocked coffee maker. Loved being across the street from the park, and found the unit to be conveniently located for getting around Albany.

Lloyd's apartment is in a fantastic location. Directly across the street from a FL Olmstead designed park and a pleasant walkable few blocks away from all of the restaurants and services on Lark Street. The building is beautiful and the apartment provides just about everything you need. There is a laundry within walking distance down on Lark Street if you need to wash clothes, etc. Lloyd was very responsive to any questions when we checked in. If we come back to Albany, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I were in town for a show at The Egg which was about a 15/20 minute walk from the room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Comfortable bed, clean room. Would recommend to anyone visiting Albany.

This is a very clean apt. , just like the pictures. I had everything I needed including cooking supplies. The location is wonderful, across from the park and restaurants are within walking distance. Clear instructions and helpful suggestions throughout. Lloyd responded quickly to messages and was kind and helpful. Definitely felt welcome. Highly recommend this vrbo.
