Less than 5 miles (10-min drive) to the ocean and world renowned Ritz Carlton and Montage resorts where you can experience great public beaches, restaurants, and parks with tennis court and golf course.
Our prime location, nestled halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, offers seamless access to a wide array of exciting destinations. From renowned attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Knott's Berry Farm in north Orange County/LA, to the captivating wonders of SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla in San Diego, you'll have the best of both worlds within reach!
You will have access to the entire 4-bedroom house and private backyard, plus the attached 2-car garage. Nothing is shared.
✔ Pet friendly, but only approved pets allowed. Please check with us before booking to make sure your pet Breed/Weight is allowed, and also be agreeable to the non-refundable Pet Rent of $200-$300 per each pet depending on the breed/size.

It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of the online booking agencies and our insurance. Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $100/day per each guest or temporary visitor. It doesn't matter if they stay overnight or for just a short period.

Served our needs adequately.

We needed a place to stay while our house was under construction and this was the perfect place. The house was spacious, very clean and fully stocked. It had a very nice layout and plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep. Any time we had questions they were promptly answered.
We highly recommend staying at this property!

spacious house with a gentle sea breeze
I live nearby but needed a rental for extended stay while work was being done on my house. Ross was a gracious and accommodating host and the house is spacious with a gentle sea breeze and a fun spacious yard with seating and nice open views. During the day, the open views and abundance of sunlight inside of the kitchen and family areas were nice. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. Would I stay again, definitely yes.
