Our prime location, nestled halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, offers seamless access to a wide array of exciting destinations. From renowned attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Knott's Berry Farm in north Orange County/LA, to the captivating wonders of SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla in San Diego, you'll have the best of both worlds within reach!

You will have access to the entire 4-bedroom house and private backyard, plus the attached 2-car garage. Nothing is shared.

✪ For everyone's safety and security, outside of all our rentals are equipped with security cameras watching and recording the outdoor walkways, driveways and building entrances.
✪ Each guest after the 4th guest costs $35 per person, per day. Please make sure to put the right number of guests (adults+kids). It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of the online booking agencies and our insurance. Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $100/day per each guest or temporary visitor. It doesn't matter if they stay overnight or for just a short period.
✪ All guests are required to electronically agree to the house rules / occupancy agreement.
✪ Please note this is a residential neighborhood and you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Please be considerate of longtime residents in the neighborhood and treat our space and neighbors with the same respect you would show your own
✪ Please send us an inquiry before submitting a booking request to confirm availability. While we strive to keep our calendar updated, there are instances when current guests request to extend their stay, which may impact availability for your desired dates.

Car is recommended. Guests can also use ride-sharing services such as Uber & Lyft. Confirmed guests will receive a comprehensive house manual/guidebook including the address, parking details, and self-check-in instructions.
