The person at the desk was so accommodating and welcoming. He upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs! A little noisy with train and highway noise but it was ok otherwise.

This hotel is in a great location for my stay and very well priced and is always clean

not so good. The room had excessively bright lighting and made it feel weird. And everything else just felt cheap. It also had an odor of drug usage which was concerning. on a positive note, the pillows were very comfortable, but the bedding was cheap, and the comforter felt like a throw blanket and looked mediocre at best.

This was a great little spot. A cute little old fashioned architectural design, with parking on the ground floor, and 3 stories above, including a courtyard. Very cute place! Pretty upgraded - I was pleasantly surprised, very clean, comfortable, provided amenities, and was very reasonably priced. Check in and out were simple and fast, and the gentleman that helped us was so nice. Great little spot. We will definitely be back here again.

Nice room. Very good service and hospitality from the office manager. The beds are heaven! One thing of note was the chipping paint in the tub floor. I personally didn't mind it but other people might. Lastly, the biggest plus is the location! Inn N Out and Popeyes on either side.

My room was clean. It did have an old cigarette odor. The freeway is very loud.

The room was extremely old. It had a terrible musty smell. The bed was terrible uncomfortable and very hard. Couldn’t sleep all night! I had neck and back pain. The pillows were awful. So old and smelled, horrible. Floor was really dirty and lots of accumulated dust and dirt!
I will never return. The cost of $98.00 was a million times worse than any budget motel. I got the room for my boyfriend and he never slept! It was a $100.00 cash deposit! I signed for the office to return the $100 deposit to my boyfriend. They refused and I had to come to get the deposit. I was at a doctors appointment and had to get to the motel to receive my cash. My boyfriend is 72 and came for a cardiologist appointment. Sad he could sleep and breathe clean air! We will never be back. Owner was extremely RUDE! He had no respect for the elderly.

Actually the 2 room suite was as immaculate as it could get given what it consists of, the towels were soft and the bed comfortable. Bring earplugs for the freeway and train NOISE. We chose least expensive in the area for a one nite stay and guess what, you get what you pay for.

Never agian!
Walls were thin, the bathroom was filthy (mold) and the toilet clogged. When we called, the front desk, he spent too much time trying to figure out why it clogged, then said they don't have a "Maid" to come with the plunger so my husband had to go get it, and we unclogged the toilet. Note to front desk: it doesn't have to be a maid. Put a sign up stating you will be right back and go figure it out.

Room 213 faces an In-N-Out burger and is sandwiched between the five freeway and a train track. I checked in late and went straight to bed, otherwise I would have demanded to be moved to a different room. I was awoken every hour on the hour by some noise or another. The air conditioner cycling on and off because the constant fan does not stay constant, trash truck pick up in the middle of the night, food delivery to In-N-Out in the middle of the night, car alarms going off in the in and out parking lot. You get the idea. This place is incredibly overpriced as well, the bed felt like it was made of cardboard stacked on cardboard. Avoid if at all possible especially if you're a light sleeper.

Booked this hotel last minute and we were not disappointed. The staff (owners) were delightful and friendly. Our room was upgraded which was so nice and convenient for our family. It is right next door to In N Out Burger which was great instead of having to drive. Somewhere. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is behind the freeway so a bit noisy but we were only there to sleep and the cars acted as white noise. Will be back again!

Manager and clerk NOT helpful. Asked for 2nd night same or similar room, jacked the price up by $80. Cut off key card 1 full hour before checkout time. NOT COOL

- felt the accommodations were subpar for the price I paid.
- felt the staff were very nice and cordial, even bringing me 2 complimentary cold waters. 👍
-the parking situation is not good. There are more rooms than there are parking spaces so a lot of people had to park on the busy street. That infuriated my mother (whose car we were using on our trip).
-in my room, the AC unit did well to keep the room cool, but it is directly under the window and blows air up. That kept pushing the curtains open all through the nights. Flapping curtains are not conducive to good sleep.

Got stuck at work and had to pull a 12 hour shift. Didnt feel like driving the hour and a half home to sit and traffic and sleep and come back. Decided to look up hotels near me, this one popped up. Place was awesome! Great value for the awesome room! Owner was very nice. Check in was quick, room was super clean, and its right next to an in n out, mexican restaurant, and a gas station for all your food/snack needs. Will definitely be returning when I have to pull another 12 hour shift!

Property could use a plumbing overhaul. We reserved 3 rooms for our family. After night time showers, the pipes smelled like sewage. It helped to put towels over the drains and left the exhaust fans running all night. Definitely recommend 33db ear plugs to drown out the noise from the adjacent 5 freeway. Otherwise, the rooms were decent. Two stars for price and proximity to San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point.
