The primary residence offers two bedrooms and two baths while the gated front drive has room for a 26-foot RV with hook-ups for water, sewer, and electricity, also available for a small additional fee.

Down one flight of stairs is a hot tub with room for six, as well as chaise lounges for relaxing after your soak. And one level below the hot tub is yet another patio offering the shelter of an expansive pergola, as well as a picnic table and a pair of hammocks. Whether hosting a family reunion or break-out sessions during a work retreat, this multi-tiered backyard invites a larger group to circulate as more intimate conversations and small-group activities emerge in the various seating areas. 27 solar panels and Tesla battery back-ups let you continue the fun even in the event of a power outage. The gas fireplace creates a wonderful focal point, a smart TV, blue tooth speaker, a cabinet filled with games, and Wi-Fi, available throughout the property, provides entertainment when the mood strikes. During meals, the conversation can continue around a dining table that seats six in the round. Preparing meals is effortless in a kitchen outfitted with every appliance you could hope for, including a gas range, air fryer, toaster, KitchenAid mixer, blender, wok, slow cooker, waffle maker, fondue pot, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and a cabinet fully stocked with spices and seasonings. Bright, cheerful, and freshly renovated, this kitchen makes it a joy to keep everyone well fed.

In the main bathroom you’ll find a generous step-in shower, and a full-size washer and dryer. The hall linen closet is well stocked with all the towels you’ll need for bathing and hot tubbing as well as individual blankets to keep you warm outside on those chilly winter nights. The second bathroom, with its own shower, stands at the ready in the primary bedroom suite, which also boasts a king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen bed in a cozy, well-decorated space. Fine-tuning the temperature is easy via the nest thermostat which operates the homes central heating and cooling systems. In addition, Dyson Hot and Cool Link fans will allow to you dial in the perfect night of sleep. Additional queen air bed is available for use, located in the master bedroom closet.
