We were able to go to the public beaches within 30 min. Great having the washing machine.

This was a perfect place to stay! It was spacious and in a quiet area not far from downtown Charleston. We loved our stay here!

This duplex/townhome was perfect for me and a couple friends in town for a wedding weekend. Plenty of space, clean and conveniently located for our events. The host was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so easy from check in to check out!

We enjoyed our stay. It was an ideal location near our nephew’s wedding and enjoy Charleston

The property was very clean. I always love when the Host provides the basics - like nice toilet paper, coffee pods, dishwashing pods, and hand soap (maybe it's just me, but I hate it when I have to go to the store to buy extra TP because the Host is 'rationing' it.)
Neighborhood was very quiet.
Definitely recommend getting out to the Park Circle area. I enjoyed sitting out in the fenced in backyard to enjoy a glass of wine.
Would stay here again!

We stayed in North Charleston versus downtown to avoid crowds in the historic area. This townhome was convenient to some neat restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed, 2 1/2 baths were a plus and had it been warmer we would have enjoyed the small backyard. Parking was plentiful and communication with the host was easy. We did not venture out to find the community dock but will should we decide to return. We were only there for 2 nights but it served us well. All in all a great stay!

House was clean and ready for us. Plenty of room. We were able to stay as a family for an important family weekend. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds.

This was such a cute spot for a girls weekend. Close enough to downtown and the beaches where everything was easy and max 20min away but also has some great breweries and brunch spots less than 5 min down the road. The host was awesome and really easy to contact/quick to respond. Parking was easy and straightforward and the property was spotless and so cute. 10/10

Our family enjoyed our stay while visiting for our son’s Naval Station graduation. The location was close to Goose Creek, Mt. Pleasant & had lots of food options nearby. The townhouse was well laid out, with plenty of room for 2 couples, 2 children & an infant. The furnishings were comfortable & pretty.
Would definitely come back!!

This place was perfect for our quick weekend visit to Charleston! Very clean, park out the backyard door for the kids and not too far from downtown

Great accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Near the airport.

This is a central location if your activities take you to both Charlotte and N. Charlotte. Short Uber/Lyft to downtown Charlotte and close to everything in N. Charlotte.
The unit is spotless but a little on the basic side. We were out and about all day/night in Charlotte and the High Water Music Festival, so we just needed a bed, so it was perfect for us. If you want a place to spend time, this unit might not be the best.
Note for High Water Music Festival attendees: This is very close to Riverside Park, but it doesn't really matter since High Water has a large amount of free public parking.

We had a great time. Great location with easy access to and from the interstate and surrounding areas. Nice neighborhood for walking, running, and biking.

Clean and well equipped unit but the neighborhood was a little sketchy so no walks around the area or pretty views from the unit.

If you are looking for a jump-off point to visit downtown Charleston or the beach, this place would be great for you. If you are looking to spend time at the townhouse during your vacation this may not be the place for you.
Pro
- Close to Charleston (15 minute drive)
- Very Clean
- Comfortable beds
- The kitchen has what you need to cook
- Close to a few coffee shops & stores in North Circle
- The inside is just as it is pictured, very nicely decorated.
Cons
- The neighborhood wasn't what we had expected based on the description of being able to walk to the park, etc. We were expecting a very safe and family-friendly environment. That wasn't what we got. We tried walking around but had several interactions with others in the neighborhood that made us feel uneasy.
- There was a terrible smell outside, this is apparently normal for North Charleston. We weren't aware of that before we picked to stay here.
- Living room furniture was very uncomfortable

The house was fantastic, we was 3 adults and 3 teens and everyone had their own space. Loved that the house is pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Short walk to Park Circle, which is super cool with lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shop options. The house was really clean and well equipped. There was a Publix a short drive away, and downtown Charleston was an easy 15 minutes in the car. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The decor and vibe of the house was very nice and accommodating. It was a little farther to downtown Charleston than we expected, but Uber was very easy and not to expensive. We would definitely stay here again.
Thank you

Had 6 adults and 3 small dogs, all under 15#, looking for a low country getaway, reunion, and central place to see all that Charleston SC had to offer. Jenna the host said that the 3 dogs were very welcome, and the townhouse offered everything we needed, was very clean, even had some dog toys and bowls, new appliances, washer/dryer, parking for 2 vehicles, excellent beds and baths. Could not have been better, and the price was very reasonable.

Summer vacation
Our whole family enjoyed staying here. The checkin instructions were spot on, the house was clean, and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. It was a quick drive to downtown Charleston and took us about 30 minutes to get to Folly Beach. We would stay here again!

A wonderful stay!
A beautiful home and a lovely hostess. My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and found the house cozy and complete with all the necessary accommodations, as well as a hostess who provides an ample amount of suggested activities and restaurants in the surrounding area! Loved the location for its proximity to the airport as well as downtown Charleston. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot!
Just had an amazing stay in Charleston, this location is perfect for hanging out around North Charleston or driving over to any beach. We were able to walk from the house to see music at firefly distillery and walk over to the brewery across the street and then back home. It was great!

Loved our stay.
The property was well cared for and very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything needed for the stay was provided. Short drive to beaches and downtown. The immediate surrounding area was a little sketchy. We walked to a local park (which was beautiful) but the walk felt a little unsafe. We really enjoyed our stay and could have stayed much longer as there is so much to do.

Great place
Wonderful clean home very close to N Charleston restaurants and shops but not far from Charleston. Good walking area around pond down the road but overall a nice place to stay.

Great attention to detail
This townhome is absolutely adorable, clean and comfortable. Every detail is thought of by this host. My son enjoyed the playground which is literally right behind the backyard. We also enjoyed the dock and walking area which was a short drive (or longer walk) away.
Would certainly stay here again if in the area!

Execellent Townhome that Met All of our Needs!
Great little house that provided us with the room and functionality we needed while attending the Southern Classic Rugby Tournament at the Citadel. The hostess was outstanding and went about and beyond to accommodate our needs.
